we got the combination lo mein and it was gooooood! the shrimp fried rice needed some more flavour to it but it was excellent too!

Apparently Capitol Cafe is closed. We got tea from a small counter in the lobby. Cold drinks, coffee, and pastries also available.

I was given a dirty glass for beer. Took em 20 minutes to have it replaced. Great location.
