Roman was an excellent bartender and a wealth of knowledge about the area! And most importantly he made our visit fun!

This was my wife and I's first time to The Red Hut Diner and I have to tell you we were very pleased. Stopped in for Sunday breakfast. I had my usual 2 Eggs over easy Hash Browns, Rye Toast, Bacon an
