Good food, good portions, and great service. Vegetarian and vegan options. I recommend the crab cakes, and the butternut squash with apples. Delicious!

1st time and it was good. i got curry chicken n shrimp with cabbage. it was great. tried to make it stretch 2 days but ended up eating it all in one, couldnt stop eating it. great customer service and presentation.

Me and several co-workers order today. When I say everyone was pleased, they can’t wait to order again. Oh and those that didn’t order were so upset because the office was smelling so good. Several asked for information for private catering events.

I had the wonderful first time experience of ordering from 1st Tri Caterers and it was amazing. The food was delicious, well seasoned with fresh quality ingredients and abundant serving sizes. I ordered a whiting and an oxtail platter…the sides were as good as the main course. I would like to congratulate Chef David and Tammy on establishing a brand and a business that attracts loyal customers.

Excellent!! Food presentation was A1! The food was delicious my first time and will be back again and bring others with me! Best soul food in Delaware hands down. I ordered bbq back chicken very tender and juicy. Also, the Jamaican cabbage was perfect, fresh and seasoned just right. Now my favorite and first time trying the apple baked butternut squash. Omg I have a new favorite side. Great customer service. Thank you 1st Tri Caterers!!!

Chef David has over 36 years of experience and does Vegan Catering and BBQ Catering and travels nationwide. They are fully licensed and insured, with ServSafe Certified, and handles food with care! Amazing oxtails, shrimp, cabbage, fried whiting fish is amazing, even the beans were delicious!

My meals consisted of bbq chicken, Mac & cheese string beans let me tell you absolutely delicious the love is most definitely in the food. 2nd platter blackened salmon, string beans and butternut squash absolutely the best portioned perfect presentation is everything to me not disappointed at all . Thank you Tristate catering for checking all the boxes for a perfect dinner
