I recently ate at this Restaurant during my visit, and as a Peruvian, I felt right at home. The risotto a la huancaína was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful, making the place feel warm and welcoming. The service was great too; Nelly, who served us, was very friendly and helpful, making our meal even better. I was happy to see they had Inca Kola on the menu – the best soda ever! Overall, this restaurant made my day with its tasty food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting real Peruvian food, or just delicious food!

First impressions was very high. Nice decor and I was immediately seated by the host. A small plate of fried plantain chips and a verde spicy dipping sauce (cilantro, jalepeno, vinegar and mayo...my guess). I went straight for the Lomo Saltado. Boy! Was I glad I did. This is the best Lomo Saltado I've had. It was brought to my table in five minutes! The flavor of the beef and gravy was so flavorful. You must try this dish at 305 Modern Peruvian Cuisine. I chased my meal down with a Passion fruit flavored Pisco Sour. This is a unique wine or more like unaged brandy. It comes from a specific type of Peruvian grapes. Don't let this drink fool you. The alcohol content runs around 38%-40% ABV. My host was Dayanna. Her demeanor was cheerful, attentive and would help you with questions you might have with the menu. Top notch atmosphere and decor. I'll be back for sure to try out more dishes and desserts. My bill came up to $39.59.

Very tasty Peruvian Food, although they're plenty restaurant around the city, this one has that special touch. Very happy and satisfied, as a good Lima native I recommend it. 👌

Peruvian over here, the service was great and the manager/owner was extremely kind and welcoming. Very well executed menu and the taste of the food was top notch. We got ceviche sampler, corvina a lo macho and seco de res and they were all outstanding. Definitely recommend this place.

Dayanna served us for our first lunch at 305 Peruvian and it was delicious! I ordered the classic ceviche (mixed) and the minty lychee drink and it was delicious! I got not spicy because the spice was pretty strong for me, and the dish was so yummy. I loved the lime flavor balanced with the sweet potatoes and the crunch of red onions. Our server was very nice and helpful, thanks Dayanna!

Happened on this place by looking for a McDonald's (it's next door). The food is authentic Peruvian and excellent, but all the dish names on the menu are translated, so I had to translate back to spanish to be sure I was ordering what I really wanted. I had a lunch special, ceviche de pescado y tallarines verdes con milanesa de pollo. Delicious, could not finish either though, portions are definitely "Peruanos". My hobby had Yuca frita y Chaufa de Pollo.

If you come to this Restaurant you will love the food and the attention of Dayana (server). Super!!!!

We came here for lunch. Got the ceviche which was excellent and 2 entrees. Our server Hazel recommended us to try something different and through out the service she was very attentive and kind.
