Vegetarian so I got the only item on their savory crepe menu - I will not be coming back as it was not good- the tastes don’t blend well. It’s missing a lot of something- definitely needs cheese. Left me upset cuz I wanted something delicious for lunch. Very disappointed - $18

Crepe chicken & mushrooms my favorite, and I love the sweet one with Nutella and strawberries😍. The delicious desserts and ice creams, my favorite "the lemon one" have to be tried👍. Very good attention!!

I remember about a year ago i went here on my vacation, i just recently remembered the name so thats why im just now writing a review. Anyway, when i went i got a cuban sandwich and a sea salt caramel icecream, that cuban sandwich is the reason why i love cuban sandwiches so much, and the ice cream was amazing! Wish i could give more stars. I wish this place was in new york!!

Went for a Belgium waffel and was not disappointed. Decided on the nutel, banana, strawberry and it was almost decadent. Next timecgoing for the gelato. I wish the establishment had been one with full sit-down service instead of counter service, but the food was exceptional, and the counter staff were friendly & quick in their duties.

Kids Gelato is almost 8 dollars. I also saw something called service charge in the receipt whatever that is. Prices are getting out of hand

I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and I always am so happy with my customer service experience. I ordered the Contadino i'Panini which is always my comfort food or need a quick bite. All the dessert is fresh & homemade. Calm environment to conduct work, kid friendly, indoor & outdoor eating and amazing Hospitlaity. I will be back for more!

My taste buds were salivating for a tasty crepe, when I saw smoked salmon with arugula and a chicken and mushrooms, I had to purchase for me and my husband, both were awful and not eatable, we made a donation. The food was thrown away, save your time and money. There are better Cafe's with delicious food that is worth $37.00.

Crepes were amazing. Staff a bit confused and not attentive but food was great!

General atmosphere seemed fine (clean, inviting etc). We had one single espresso and one double espresso. Those were fine - just a bit more bright/fruity than we prefer in our coffee. What was not so great was the service. There were two individuals at the counter. It felt like we bothered them walking in. They were both on their phones. One individual stayed on her phone the entire time. The other took our order after finishing what she was doing on her phone for a few seconds. A very mediocre service experience but hopefully it was just an off day for them!!

Do not do direct order. Your money will come out of your account but they will say they don't receive those orders and expect for you to reorder and pay again.

Go right ahead and get Napoleon in there and any crepes. Classic and good. Atmosphere is finenfor small space. Service is family home like. Welcoming.

Panini’s were good but in our opinion a bit pricey for what you get. We had 1 Caprese and 2 Cheese Beef about $12 each. No slaw, chips or anything as a side. Now for the Gelato…. Nothing outstanding but be advised, plan on spending some money. Children size was $6.25.

This place is a gem! Food is delicious and the service was beyond courteous. A friend and I had breakfast there yesterday, they make best cappuccino! Truly tasted like it was a cup I recently had in Spain! Don’t think twice. A great way to start your new year off and then return frequently!! ✨✨✨✨

This place is amazing! The Crepes and Gelato were very good. When we arrived Sunday at 11:30 the place was slow. Around 12:30 things picked up. There were only 3 people working but they were working swiftly all while being super polite. The manager was the sooo apologetic for the wait, but truly, the wait was not long. Sir, you and your staff did an amazing job. I'm coming back for a sweet Crepe!!

My husband and I loved our our food and sat outside at night which was nice and quite. Update: came in today and noticed service charge on my receipt. I called to ask about it and no one had an answer. It would have been nice to know ahead of time or for it to be posted at the register etc. I looked around the store and it was nowhere posted. I was probably charged last time for it as well.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. After covid, like many places, the quality dropped notably. But the last 2 times we came to 365 the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Never a long wait for coffee, but still the cashier insisted we find a table so he could bring it to us. Great service and delicious Gelato everytime!

Love this place been coming here for about 5 years! Everyone is always so friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast it’s affordable and just a nice place to sit and relax,but also great for on the go. The gelato is also very good and my kids love it! Definitely a nice little place to eat.

I love stopping at this cafe when I am at the mall early. I always get egg and cheese on an English muffin and it's the perfect breakfast! The iced coffee is strong, and the gelato is amazing! You can't go wrong here!

Good gelato, nice place but management really needs to step it up when it comes down to the cleaning their bathrooms. The girls bathroom was just nasty. Even the ceiling was falling apart.

Best cooffee shop in the area! Lovely place, amazing people, the manager, Jay, is very kind and he's always trying to make you feel good with your order. The place inspires peace, and the soft music in the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and at home. Cakes, Icecreams, Coffee, Sandwiches, are delicious and in big portions. I'm a regular here for a while now, and I'll continue coming 😊

I came here not excepting much in terms of coffee since they sell other products. But I was greatly surprised. My americano was delicious, nice surroundings, and great service. If you’re into great coffee, you need to come here.

This place has a little of everything and feels like a cafe you would find in Italy. I highly recommend the gelato. Most of the flavors, which there are many, are excellent! My favorites are the pistachio and coconut. Yum! The coffee hit the spot, and although I didn't have one, the panini's look tasty. Service was very friendly and prompt. Nice place to take a load off as the atmosphere is pleasant.

4 stars because my panini was small. It was good, but small. Plus it doesn't come with anything, just the panini itself.

Staff is very professional and so nice!! I got crepes and my sister got waffles and they looked beautiful when they came out. They were both good portions and I was full by the time I finished it. Their hot chocolate is also some of the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tried, it’s rich and creamy and not watery like some hot chocolate you get from cafes.

Mmmmm, home of the $6 gelato. Other than fancy ice cream, they also have a variety of cakes and smoothies available. Napkins are on hand for the inevitable dripping mess. Many flavors to choose from, and they offer samples for those that can't make up their minds. They have some outside seating which is nice if you have a big group.

Highly recommend! Came here for the first time last week and got a Ghirardelli hot chocolate-did not disappoint. Im not a coffee person so i love that they have other options. My friends got coffee they loved theirs too. The waffle was soft and a good portion size! Overall I’d definitely come here again, cute vibe, nice workers. The only downside is the indoor seating is a little cramped but they have a nice outdoor space.

Delicious coffee, better than Starbucks, I wish they can make first visitors more welcoming. It was my first time there and I was lost, no one said good afternoon how can I help you. I just stood up in front of the machine until someone came on the other side of the machine and asked me what I wanted to order. No greeting, no suggestions about the menu, no other communication. As a first visitor I felt lost

Went for coffee with my husband and we both got cold coffee. We asked for black coffee and a cappuccino. Not going there again.

Slow service and water down coffee. We waited like 15 min for three really bad to go coffees. My husband ordered a double latte and still was watered down. I gave it two stars because the server was nice.

Best gelato in Wesley Chapel! The lemoncello is the best! Sweet and tart perfection. All favors are good too. The crepes are money too. The Grand Marnier Nutella crepes are amazing. A must try.

Food is good however customer service really sucked, on Saturday 11/26 during evening shift the attitude from one of the male workers was extremely rude and disrespectful to customers.

I was in the area and I was looking to have a quick coffee around me. I searched near me and decided to have coffee from 365 Caffe Italiano. It is a popular cafe serving different types of coffee along with Crapes, Panini's, Waffles and Ice Creams. From the menu for coffee I decided to order Ghirardelli Frappe with Espresso Shot. I got my order of coffee in 10 minutes. I love my frappe which was delicious and had black chocolate which made it more delicious. I will definitely be back to have more coffee and food also.

I ordered a coffee, the cup was half full…there was no foam…tasted bland and made my stomach feel sick. I think the person that made it was new or something. $5??!! I need it back lol. I’m sure it wasn’t supposed to be like that since it was supposed to be one of the “special” ones. Coffee name Started with a G.

The cappuccino was good but the service was pretty bad.. we were there before closing time and they refused to make us crepes because they were closing in 5 minutes although they just made one.. if they improve their attitude they can have a very successful business!!!

Excellent coffee and food offerings at a reasonable price. The coffee is high quality and well brewed, without any sourness to it. There are loads of breakfast and lunch offerings, as well as gelato and lots of pre-packaged Italian snacks available for purchase. Easily one of the best cafes in the area.

I LOVED it. My sister loved it. We will definitely be going back! We enjoyed our food and were so hungry we forgot to take pictures haha! We both got the banana nut, nutella crepe & an egg&cheese omlette on the side. Everything was made fresh from the moment we ordered and was super delicious - not burned or anything. We got the crepes first and as we ate we could hear the eggs being whisked and knew the omlette was fresh and going to be good. The cheese did that pull-apart-oozing thing cheese does when it's fresh and hot and good. For sure. It was worth the drive.

When we walked in it was very quiet. The employee made the wrong flavor. After they made it they handed it to us and offered no toppings. I walked to the register where a man and a woman were more interested in their conversation than me. I asked if they had chopped nuts. They said no and offered no toppings. I could clearly see a variety of toppings including a dish of chopped nuts through the glass. I paid and left. So weird. I won’t be returning.
