Great service and such a friendly crew! And food is always delicious!

Fast drive through even with multiple cars and it wrapping around the store. Was upset that the young man @6pm on 8/1 forgot to add my fruit cup. He looked like he didn’t want to be there. Had to go back in the order line and of course pay. Very inconvenient. Should be trained to repeat the order.

I have never sat in a fast food lane for 35 minutes in my entire life. And what makes it worse is not a single employee had the decency to come to a single car and explain why we were all sitting there without our order taken. Than to pay full price , without even an apology. Chik fil a is popular for service and good food. This place falls completely short on service. Horrible.

What can I say? It is always an amazing experience and Chick-fil-A from their food to their customer service. It goes without saying their food is by far the best in the fast food industry.

Didn't get my military discount even when I showed my Veterans ID.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes and when I drove away and looked at my order had to come back because they gave me a totally completely different order not good for business and act it like they didn't care they tried to give me my food I was sitting there.

We ordered on the drive-through, it's was fast, and the meal was delicious. The young man at the cashier was amazing, what an incredible customer service!!! Well done! We ate the new Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. It was a little bit spicy because of the pepper, so my little kids found it was too much. My husband and I found it really good.

i visited this chick-fil-a monday june 16 at around 1:50 p.m and the boy taking orders outside was amazing! he was extremely efficient and polite and he made the line move so fast! great experience overall!

Spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries for the win

Food was pretty good, i did however have one issue a manager ignored me when I was waiting in a line for a refill. She was refilling other 2 customers in front and guy in front of me. She then proceeded with her tasks when I was the only one left waiting for a refill. I understand people are busy but I felt this manager ignored me on purpose due to the fact she acknowledged me with eye contact and I had to ask another employee to get a refill. I hope she has better Customer service next time I’m here.

Rough Monday so I did not feel like cooking for the family. Young lady at the window was so pleasant and accommodating. Although I looked like I been rolled hard and put away wet she smiled and made the evening better.

Sadly the food just is not the same chicken. it just taste different. More chewy . And service has dropped was my go to. Now just like the rest.

Just moved into the area. What a great Chick-fil-A. We had very polite drive through people. Especially the director who while we were waiting for the food was talking about school And she was really, really great. I think she was one of the managers and going for criminology degree found that absolutely awesome. Definitely a chick fil a you have to check out.

HORRIBLE rude rude rude service. Don't give no sauce and then say that they can't do anything about it??? So I have to eat a dry sandwich because y'all at the window talking too much and girl wasn't even trying to give me my drink and was arguing with me. Please tell the drive thru girl to stop talking while she's handing stuff out cuz she accused me of already having my drink then come to realize she still has it sitting right there and didn't even hand it to me yet. She straight up said "you only paid for one large tea" I'm like yep....so can I have it or are we gonna keep arguing with customers???

During their busy times, the food is heat lamp warm at best. The service is good, for the most part, but there have been times when I've stood in line and the morning lead looked dead at me without saying a wods to the girl working the counter (she was busy working on something behind a partition). I live 1 mile from this location but will go out of my way for a different one because I'm usually disappointed.

The hit is the sauce. Because the portions are small. The chicken is very dry and crunchy, but not much.

Placed an online order for drive thru pick up. When we FINALLY got to the window the order wasn’t ready?? What the point of placing an order online? Then when we got the order it was missing items. Get it together Chick-fil-A! Service is going out the window.

The past two times I’ve come through the drive through I haven’t been asked for sauce and the last time when I asked about it I was told it was in the bag but wasn’t.

It's my favorite place for a quick, delicious meal. The service is always stellar, and my order is correct. The restaurant is neat, and employees frequently walk through cleaning the tables. The kid's play area is open so I'm sure children enjoy their visit also.

The wait time was a little bit longer than I usually associate with a Chick-fil-A, but the food and service was everything you can expect from your typical visit. This appeared to be a newer location as of my visit and it showed in appearance.

So sadly I've read that you changed your chicken and honestly it makes sense cause the last two times I've ordered the chicken nuggets they are not the same and not delightful. I couldn't even finish them. I thought it was maybe just old chicken or something but thinking the new change might be the culprit. Gross. Please go back to using no hormones ever. PLEASE! 🙏🏻

This place was so nasty. I ordered a large fry, and a dr Pepper. I waited 5 minutes for them to come fill up my drink at the counter. When I got my fries they were soggy, mushy, and overall disgusting. They were way undercooked and gross. Never again.

Food was delicious and fresh! The Mac and cheese with bacon bits in it was absolutely incredible! Definitely would go again for that!

Stopped here while on vacation, bought 7 meals. My husband asked for lots of chick fil a sauce and the lady told him she put it in the bag. We got back to the hotel and they had given us 5 sauce packets for 7 meals. The food really isn’t great without the sauce and we didn’t have time to run all the way back as we were flying out in the morning. I tried to just call to report the issue, but no surprise there was no answer. I don’t live here, but if I did I wouldn’t visit this location again.

Bad experience with their night staff. I had to refund my sandwich since it was carelessly made.

Don't come to this location unless you have a lot of time to spare, and make sure to double check your bag. They regularly forget things in the bag and they are much slower than most Chic Fil A

Placed an order 7:59 am, food was ready 8:06. Arrived at the store 8:07 asked the staff if I could get the food from the pick-up area which was sitting there and she could just handed it to me. This rude employee didn't say a word, didn't give me my order and just ignored and walked away. I would understand if the establishment is understaffed. But I didn't get why these staff are way too rude and taking it out on the customer. These employees shouldn't be working in an establishment that deal with basic human decency. Chick fil a, needs to pay attention with the way their employees are dealing and treating their customers. This wasn't the first time, I didn't leave a review the previous times it happened, but this is the third time this happened, no matter what time of the day I placed an order. Even during not peak-hours.

Second time, two different restaurants - asked for no cheese on one sandwich and no eggs in a salad - both times we got our orders with our requests ignored. WE LOVE CHICK-FIL-A so it's been surprising. Probably just a coincidence to have two errors in a row.

I ordered a couple of items in drive through, and many of the items are missing, for example the fried, Avocado lime ranch, this is not the first time I met this issue. I have to come back and get out of my car then go to the front desk to ask for that again. This is such time wasting. I wonder how a chain restaurant keep making such stupid mistakes. So disappointing!!

Spicy chicken sandwich always tatse authentic and rich. The right amount of spice. They are so good.

Was ignored in drive through evently cars piled up behind me so I moved through only yo be told o needed to make my order at the window and then the window guy was not prepared so then I had to move and wait for the food just lacking usually Chick-fil-A is the perfect drive through. Everyone was polite even of they all seemed annoyed with me.

First time visiting this area's Chick-Fil-A but it's a very nice one. Everyone is very courteous from the person at the counter to the server who brought us our food. This location gets a huge DOUBLE THUMBS UP 👍🏾👍🏾!

Always a pleasure to eat at a Chick-fil-A. The attitude of the employees is consistently excellent, and the food is above average. I rate the atmosphere only 3/5 because all of their restaurants are too loud for my aging ears.

Having had the experience of going to Chick-fil-A’s in and out of state I must say that their customer service standards are excellent. They seemed to have been getting busier but are so organized that you hardly feel the wait.
