This store needs an investigation as to why they are never open at night but yet I also see a dread head person and a another person inside just walking doing nothing.

“Bathroom is always broke”. This seems to be a common occurrence.

I had the worst experience as a costumer there… it was raining and i was inside trying to see what can i eat and then the manager comes to me saying that i have to leave my backpack in front…and they put it in a place that whoever can take it… i dont like that attitudes they need to training people there to know how to speak with costumer..worst place to buy

Unprofessional and rude service, they close the door so as not to work and it hasn't been on a single occasion, today was the third time.

They might as well take this and the Walmart next to it out and put another fleamarket in. Like with everything in the hood, we just can't have nice things. I have been trying to come to this 7 Eleven for e months, been here 3 different times of the day, and every time they said they are closed. The rates aren't even displayed up on the billboard. So what's this gasless, priceless gastation doing up?

This is the worst gas station I have ever been too. They have really loud Oprah music you can hear even if all your windows are up. Awful it was so loud you can hear it from Walmart.

Staff has too many "other" responsibilities.

Don't use the air pump for tires at this gas station! I thought I put air in my tires and my intuition was telling me that there wasn't enough air in my tires. So I went to another gas station and successfully filled up my tires and the low tire pressure light in my car went off. That's when I realized the air pump at this station was taking air out of my tires not adding air! Very dangerous! And the machine is tricky, it will overcharge you. I was charged 3 times the amount because you have to swipe multiple times for the machine to start working. DO NOT USE IT!

Do not use the 7-Eleven app to put in an order they use various delivery partners and then don't refund the money when the driver tries to say that they delivered it even though you have proof it was never delivered they'll say the driver said it was delivered sorry highway robbery and they purposely make sure to use these little companies like skip cart and then the driver will say delivered the driver collects the tip 7-Eleven gets paid and nobody is none the wiser and then you get to go through it with your credit card company and dispute it it's nothing but a waste of time you will not get your items guaranteed

I love this 7-ELEVEN location. It's well stocked and maintained. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. Of course, there's nothing better than a Slurpee!

The store hours says 24hrs however i work overnights at Walmart within the same parking lot our lunch time is 2am to 3am and just about every other night the store is closed with a homemade sign on the door. Mind you at that hour of the morning we dont have many choices to get something to eat. Just bad for business!!!

Always closed at 11 pm till 5am

I go there every morning and buy a beer around 6 am. Now they say they don't sell beer till after 7 am. What's the difference. Gas station across the street sells it at whatever time. So does every other 711 in Dade county. Not good for the owner. Gonna start losing money now. I'll take my cash somewhere else.

They is so unprofessional. The lady closed the store because she said they’re getting shipment. But there was not truck. They always rude closing at the most unconventional time. :( disappointing

this is the bathroom you have available to your loyal paying customers in a pandemic.

Staff should more welcoming with customers. The lady that took care of me was definitely not having a good day, not a smile but she did thank me.

Worst store ever the system aLways down and never open employees don’t like to work

6:45 PM no body working inside and other employee with bad actitud sitting on the floor talking by phone

Always friendly. Always clean and neat and tidy. Always well stocked and the food items fresh.

Idk who is operating this store I came to do a uber pickup and one of the employees thew a pair of knives at the door tell me ther closed and curse me out like I'm supposed to know holding the sesers like she was afraid never coming here again

I gave this location 5 stars on my first review, after going there for the first few months they were open; but it has gone downhill pretty quickly. The hot food doesn't seem to be as fresh as it used to be, or restocked quickly enough. Last time I checked they also still had the fountain drink machines closed. And, worse of all, they have been allowing low-life drug addict homless men to hang around the front of the store. I went in one night, pretty late, and there was a homeless guy opening the door for people and asking each one for money, and he was standing INSIDE the store doing this. The clerk, who was clearly stoned, didn't seem to care a bit. Then, a few days ago, another one of these pos was standing outside the front door of the store asking for money. I told him "no" when he asked me, and as I walked in the store I heard him mutter "shiii, I'm bout to jus start takin. Gettin tired ah askin.". Just hire an armed security guard, 7 eleven, to keep them away before they do start robbing people and someone has to aerate them. And get those fountain drinks running again please!

In the gas pump that I used only the most expensive gasoline can be chosen, the other buttons do not work.

I do not recommend it. Worse gas station I've ever been. Workers are very rude. I had to pay twice because I was buying other things and it took me more than 3 min to put gas. That is ridiculous! I'm waiting for them "to return" my money from 3- 5 days.
