Place is ABSOLUTELY horrible!!!! Order a simple meal, waited 1 hour and half for wings. Girl said they were 2 hrs back up with 10 employees working in kitchen. They had no ice on soda machine! The lid was not put on right, sauce all over the food bag. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

The place and order at 6:08pm and receive it at 7:53, When I ask the staff why is it taking so long is like just taking to a wall first because they ignore you and second because they have no idea were they are standing. Last time at this location. IT'S JUST WINGS it can't take that long.

When they first opened it used to be good now it's not. When you order ahead of time you so have to wait 20 to 30 minutes longer. And you would think since I waited a whole 25 longer after my food should've been done they would've apologized but nope nothing. Then I asked for a hot sauce & the girl charged me😒 like really after me waiting all this time she could've hadn't me that. This was my last time coming here very disappointed. I refuse to give my money away like that

First time ever leaving a review only because of how bad the service is. Ordered food, meal was missing, was told they will refund me the missing items, never happened. Today, my kids wanted wingstop again, what are the chances of missing food happening twice. Ordered food, 60 bucks, one meal missing, all drinks missing. Call the store, 40 minutes on hold! I'm STILL on hold as I'm writing this! They should all be FIRED for their horrible service! I will never go to wingstop ever again, delivery nor Dine in!

Bad experience with the order, it took them around 45 minutes to give me the order. I don't recommend this place.

It really sucks, think about it before you go, a horrendous delay in delivering the orders, the treatment is disgusting, the entire shift that was there today, August 4, 2024, around 7:30 pm, they should remove them or give them intensive customer service

I just ordered Wingstop through Uber Eats and this Wing Stop forgot my brownie. Also, I ordered carrots instead of fries and I promise you they wrapped up 5 carrots in a Wing Stop paper. The carrots are supposed to replace the fries and they seriously only gave me 5. This place is laughable.

This is the second time me visiting Wingstop at this location 3440 NW. 79th St., and every time I come here I receive nothing but hi quality hospitality from a visiting manager by the name of John I will highly recommend this Wingstop to anyone watching, or revealing my reviews…

Every time I eat here I get small portions, greasy food, they mess up my order and other stuff. Compared to other local wing stops this one is horrible. Do not go here please just drive the extra mile.

rats were greeting me at the front door .the manager is very unprofessional i went to pick up my food and there were feathers on my chicken . my fries were tampered with as if someone was eating my food before i retrieve it.

Probably the worst wingstop in South Florida. I hope they clean house and get a new staff. I’ve ordered twice from this sorry establishment and they’ve messed up my order each time. How hard is it to put the correct items in the bag? It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on this location.

Leaving one star cause it’s not possible to leave zero. This is the worst Wingstop location I’ve ever went to. I’ve tried ordering in person, ordering for pick up and ordering through uber eats and there’s always a problem with the order, missing items, under cooked items, in my most recent order through uber I had THREE uber drivers walk out and cancel the delivery because of how long they were taking and all that just to have the wrong items and items missing. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant go to another wing stop save yourself the trouble.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order. And they couldn't find my ticket. I had to give them my receipt.

I ordered all drums, cost more and I didn’t receive. I ordered 3 blue cheese dipped sauce that I didn’t receive. The wings are so over cooked that they’re hard.

I ordered many wings using Uber eats and my wings and fries were so hard and dry I couldn't eat them. They were so old, must've been sitting out all day or they refried them from another day. So inconsistent with the freshness and quality. Owner/manager if you ever come across this review, please reconsider new staff at the 79th Street location.

I must point out that I went to pick up an order from Ubert that had already been placed and they told me that it was not ready when another saleswoman arrived about 25 meters away. It turns out that the order had been ready for a while, I don't know if they do it on purpose or with What objective will it be, terrible in today's shift in the afternoon, all the drivers there have the same opinion whenever it's the turn that is the same

Worst wing stop location I’ve been to. I’ve mostly gone to the location in Hialeah. Now I know why. The service sucks at this location, and you can tell they hate their job and the customers. The fries were soggy, the wings were good but greasier then usual.

I don’t usually have a bad experience at this location but today i found a roach after biting into the chicken. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location

Chicken was good but my neither one of my fries was not too edible or done. VERY THICK FRIES & NOT FULLY COOKED too hard to eat. I was very disappointed and I don’t want to get on social media so hopefully they do something about this cause this not okay.

One of the worse Wingstop in Miami. I waited two hours for a pick up order that only had 20 wings. Not only that but the one of the employees were cross contaminate the food by touching the her hair/phone/ face and then the food and the orders. Also her hair was loose which is also in direct violation Servsafe policy. It's the only wingstop in the local area with the only close one being on 163rd. Just a shame really.

I order threw door dash 3 6 piece meals when my food arrived my fries was not cooked at all my chicken was very cold and plane when I ask for original hot so I Uber to the store to get my order remade and to complain and the workers was very rude and they jsut redropped our chicken back in the fryer when I ask them to make my entire order all the day over they all had attitudes

I honestly prefer to go to this location out of another that is much closer to me. I’ve had better interactions here and my orders came out accurate. This was a first for me at this location and I hope that the quality can be improved from the unexpected encounter I had today… no feathers please.

Love this wingstop. The employees at this location deserve to be recognized. Sometimes this location gets packed of people, some of the customer's can become nasty. They never lose their composure, at least while I'm there. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile. There cooking are is clean and also the bathrooms.

I came here with my friend to have lunch one afternoon, as we arrived to the store we were the only ones there. As soon as we entered the store they took are orders. Then Four African Americans came in and ordered behind us. We then waited about 10-15 minutes and realized everyone who order behind us got their food first. We asked the lady who had taken are order why it was taking long and she had said it was coming right out and we waited a total of 45 minutes.

She was rude and had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there as if it isn’t her job. Speaks to you with an attitude, sarcasm and b*tchy tone as soon as you walk in. Walked in and she was sitting using her phone and just said they were closed when it was 10pm and they closed at 11. She needs to be disciplined

Wing Stop is an okay spot for wings, but the service leaves something to be desired. The wings themselves are decent, but the slow and unattentive service can be frustrating. If you're willing to overlook that, it's worth a visit for a quick wing fix.

Wings Stop como restaurante tiene las mejores alitas que he comido, pero específicamente esta sucursal no tiene la altura de personal que los otros locales, la atención del personal es muy pésima, en especial para latinos, hay gente muy grosera, arrogante y muy cortante con los clientes, no volveré nunca a este local, pero si a otros establecimientos de Wings Stop dónde nos han dado una atención muchísimo mejor.( Llegamos a las 10:30 a hacer un pedido y nos nos quisieron atender, el local cierra a las 11:00 AM)

Este de la 32 con la 79 es pésimo el servicio las dos veces que hemos ido no nos han atendido muy mal. ATienden de muy mala manera a la gente 😡 latina. very dissapointed with this place, never ordering from here again. came in to pick up an order and was never acknowledge by any employee, the moment one came up to me she said "whatchu want" very rude and unprofessional,i said my name and she looked for my order and gave it to me aggresively, almost throwing it at me. got my food and even said thank you have a nice night, really nice, not giving attitude to make her smile or maybe she had a long day, but nope she rolled her eyes and left quickly.

Literally walked in at 11:06 to order my family some wings and was denied service. If you are not serving food during “open” hours why even be open?? I was told to find a place on the corner in “the hood.”

I ordered from Doordash from this location. The first order I received was completely wrong. The redelivery I received the right chicken and fries. But I received soda instead of tea, and did not receive ranch or the brownie I ordered. If you're ordering for delivery from this location, I would choose a different place. If you're picking up and carrying out I would suggest checking your order before you leave. It really seems like this place is incompetent.

This location, particularly on 3440 NW 79th Street, needs to be closed down. The staff are way too out of control, and I could not believe how unprofessional these workers were. I walked in on 3 staff members blantly insulting a Hispanic woman, saying that Hispanics are in their country and they need to learn the english language. They went on about immigrants moving into the country in front of 7 Hispanic patrons, 1 Hispanic worker, and 3 African American patrons. To top it off, it took 40 mins to get my 15 piece wing order. The young lady charging was sitting down behind the register, charging people and barking orders. I thought I was in a movie. This was on December 31st at 3:20pm. I will be escalating this experience to the BBB.

The manager with the pink and black braids was very unprofessional and rude. Also the women with the dreads at the fry station looked like she didn’t want to work today. Prior to that situation I placed an order and I called to see if it was ready no one even had the nerve to answer the phone . When I arrive there I pay for my order . As I was about to leave I checked the temperature of my fries they were cold . So I politely told the cashier they were cold . As I’m patiently waiting for fresh fries the manager had something slick to say . If I’m paying my money it shouldn’t be any feed back especially if not giving any problems. Point of the matter is do better and you’ll receive better . Y’all need to tighten up 🤷🏼‍♀️‼️.

I like this Wingstop mainly because the wings are cooked to perfection. They do not over cook the wings. I have experienced this at other Wingstops. My favorite the lemon pepper wings. Delicious! The customer service could put you off sometimes. I however have no complaints regarding my wings!!!
