The service is horrible. I took my daughter there about a month or so ago, because we were at Walmart shopping. They told us that they were closed but they continued to still take others after me. Today, I’m at Walmart shopping and my daughter asks for it again. It’s an earlier time do I figured why not. We stood in line for almost 5-6 minutes. Another shopper came and stepped in front of us; they stated that her order was ready ahead of time and she just needed to pay. I told them it doesn’t matter, we were already standing here and they were supposed to take our order before proceeding. They were adamant that I was wrong because the other person just needed to pay for her order. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you, that they’re doing an awful poor job. We ended up leaving because I feel that my money is not good with them. This is the second time where the staff have basically turned us away. And I will not let it happen again.

I ordered last night, with delivered. It arrived and nothing to do with the photo they advertise. Order the one that is supposed to add dulce de leche. And it would have 10% dulce leche on top, and the moyaria of the churos did not have any dulce leche. I ordered them once again todaydelivered 05/25/23, and worse, A TREMENDOUS GARBAGE!😡they didn't have a single drop of dulce leche, dry, I PAID AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Worst. I never shop there again. Tripped twice in a row over the same stone. The fat they use is super old burnt fat. And the extremely bad service is worse than the fat they cook. Lights off and employees in the kitchen all the time as if avoiding work. Get away from there

Super bad service, we arrived to wait in line, they served everyone before us and when we go to order they tell us that they are “closed” 40 minutes before the time they normally close (9pm) and their excuse was that they only close on weekends at 9.. as store owners you should talk about this with your team... either to have better service and to not close the store prematurely and stop making money or to update the hours on Google map!

Lazy staff who close an hour early so they don't work anymore!!!!

I am a frequent customer and I have never had problems but today Monday 12/18/23 at 5:45pm a girl with a terrible attitude helped me. I asked for extra dulce de leche and the entire bottom part of my order was dry, I immediately returned to Tell her that I had paid the extra and to please put it on her and she refused, she was very rude, and after insisting so much I told her who should I talk to because I paid something and they weren't giving it to me and I felt scammed, I called to the “manager” on the phone with a terrible attitude, and she made me talk to her on video, she insisted that she had already placed it, and that they were not going to add it to me, in the end she agreed but reluctantly , I even lost the desire to eat the churros, terrible service, last time I shop at this place. Look for people who know how to deal with customers and educate them so that they don't continue losing customers.

The service is good, the girls are fast and friendly. The churros I ordered today were very rich with chocolate and dulce leche.

I went at 9 pm to buy churro and it was already closed, I don't understand if Google says they close at 10 pm, they should change that.

Terrible service! How is it possible that after making a purchase! I ask for green sauce, they tell me it's sold separately, I say ok I want to buy it but then it turns out it's only in cash! It doesn't make sense!

It seems to me that they are changing the theme that the franchise has had. Churromania has been characterized by selling churros covered in nutella dulce de leche, condensed milk, ETC, etc. In this location they are only offering churros with sugar and tea, they sell the nutella or dulce de leche separately in a container, which completely changes the style that offers churromania. I understand that they have innovated with new products but do not stop offering their star product.

If I could give 0 stars I would give them to this place! The ladies who serve always have a bad attitude towards the 'HORRIBLE' customer

Son las 9.18 pm, y por acá especifica que cierran a las 10pm y las dos mujeres que atienden de forma muy cortante nos dijeron que estaba cerrado

Siempre q voy a walmart paso y compro churros a mis hijos,hoy pedí churros y mi hija quiso un batido de vainilla pedí 2 la muchacha se equivoca y me pone solo uno así es q no me fijé en la cuenta cuando me pone para pagar el otro batido q me dice 11.15 por los taxes es q miro q un batido cuesta 9.50 el más caro de la historia y para finalizar mi niña me dice q la engañaron q ese batido sabía a agua q decepción a donde vamos a parar.

mala experiencia estaba en Walmart asiendo una compras y pedí un cuando regrese por mi pedido la muchacha de ahy me dijo que di lo había hecho y se lo dio a alguien que estaba después de mi no me tarde ni 5 minutos era un antojo de embarazo no podía estar parada esperando que me isiera otra vez la orden

We were still kind of hungry after dinner one night while visiting Miami. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used 3rd party delivery apps. They take such a big cut from restaurants that I always try to order directly through the restaurant itself. That being said, we ate at our Airbnb that night and I really didn't feel like going out and sitting in Miami traffic. It was either find something on DoorDash or find something to eat that we already had. I went with DoorDash. We got Churro Bites filled with dulce de leche. I also got a guava dipping sauce. We really enjoyed the churro bites. The dulce de leche was delicious. The guava sauce was not a sauce. It was so thick you couldn't dip anything in it. It also didn't taste good. I wouldn't get that again. If you're hungry and pass by this place, it's a good dessert option.

it has been at least five years since i last had churros from churromania, too long if i may say, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this franchise inside the walmart on NW 79 AVE - i ordered two cups of churro bites (one dulce de leche, one nutella) and some tequeños, they were prepared in front of me with care, the cashier was knowledgeable of all menu items, she was very attentive and kind, service was to my complete satisfaction, good value for the price, recommended wholeheartedly
