The cashiers are very rude, the brunettes are terrible

This store is in a good location somethings need a little improvement like customer service there's one older lady there that's a bit cranky but in general the team are great

The worst customer service in my area. The owner told me to call a lawyer after i wrecked in the pothole. No one called fpr help. One assosiate Tammy is the rudest person ive ever dealt with. Yells and screams at paying customers. The other workers do not want to work with this cow. Homeless addicts are paid to stick around and "help" at night. This store is unsafe and needs to be gone. Be careful people. Ali (the owner) you could have just listened to the sober Air Force veteran. You own a store in my community. I did biy a sandwich and feed the cute birds by the sidewalk as I watched an employee load a homeless, fentanyl addict into her car. No hope for this place at all.

I love most 7-11's, because they usually have the freshest foods available, they will carry hard to find products, most stores are always clean & there's usually a store located down the street from wherever you're located!! Also, they're one of the only convenient stores to carry Vuse Alto vapes & cartridges.

The owner of this store is very unprofessional his name is ALI. My best friend is a African American women who was treated very poorly by this man. He constantly targeted her, he treats his employers like trash. The owner (ALI) creates a toxic work environment for all of his employees as well as the customers. I advise you not to stop here or work here for any reason.

Was closed unfortunately around 6am. Was informed by the worker on the clock that she doesn't know when they'll reopen, all while sitting out front smoking a cigarette

This lady that’s short with red braided hair was so disrespectful idk how she got her job

There’s a lady that works there she’s short and has red braids working the night of Friday March 19th she literally as no manners at all she was really disrespectful and didn’t even activate my boyfriends psn cards right. This isn’t my only encounter with her she is a lil b$&@h.

The lady worked alone in their last night is a saint ,so dangerous Kelly is a nice lady Why would they allow people to work alone.

This location has been closed down and boarded up for a few months.

The girl who was manager today was very rude to everyone poor guy training didn’t know how to ring in my steak and cheese rolls So he ask the manager for help but she scolded him to wait a minute why she scolded the customer for being so difficult and ordering something she didn’t have ready who was after me so I asked her could she help him because I’m in a rush I need to go I’ve been waiting for a while she made me give all of my stuff back and refuse to serve me I needed $30 in gas a carton of cigarettes and the toast Tino rolls I’ve been eating because I’ve been waiting five minutes now. After I told her I was going to give her a bad review sheet then followed me out to the parking lot and was calling someone after me very bad customer service I will never go back there again usually 7-Eleven safe but I guess the one by the ghetto is not very disappointed it was tonight a little after 7 her name was Solanna I think

A lady there named Sara she is doing drugs and causing issues she also is fighting and doing drugs while drinking and working here i know I wouldn't want to go into a safe place store to be helped by a person high and drunk.

This store is full of shot the food stays out all day an the owner of the store doesn't have respect for anyone he just wants u to do shot for free am it's to meant junkys running around to feel safe

Worst 7-11 I have ever been to. Store manager " Dye " is very unethical and rude. Acts like she doesn't like her job and treats her customers very poorly and with disrespect. Why she's even a manager is a good question. With the way she treats people who are customers, She shouldn't be in the position she's in to begin with, with her attitude and disrespect. Store is dirty and nasty and according to said store manager it is a franchised store and upon asking for the owners number to address the rudeness of store manager and the cleanliness of the store, Store manager claims no one is allowed to contact the owner and contact corporate to address issues. " Even though it's a franchised store " Upon asking for corporates number she claims she doesn't know what the number is. Worst experience. Recommend you do business elsewhere.
