Do not do business with this shady gas station, go literally anywhere else. No tap to pay at the pump for safety. When you pay with a card inside, the refund for the unused funds don’t automatically go back to your card like every other gas station does and you have to wait for the cashier to process the refund. They also do not do card refunds, rather they give you back cash even if you paid with a debit card. I tried asking to get the refund to my card bc I didn’t want cash but the cashier insisted they can’t do it. This is not a normal business practice which leads me to believe the cashier either didn’t know what he was doing, or the business owner is not very reputable.

I have never been a big fan of this location I admit, always something to complain about, but after 3 years of filling up gas there after hours, for some reason a couple months ago they changed it to where you have to go inside and pay for gas first, no more pay at pump. Havent been able to find out why, last time I asked the woman pretended to not speak English. Tonight I didnt bother asking, it was more of a test to see if I would have to again, I did, and most likely the last time I go there period. I have better things to do with my time than to pretend its 1980 and go stand in line to pay for gas at 3 in the morning while the guy in front of me scratches his lottery ticket. In response to the owner's comments, with all due respect I'm the one who needs more details. Everything you need is in this review to answer what changed. To be honest all of your replies look exactly the same to everyone's negative reviews, so I really dont think you care to address any of the negative issues with this store. I'm done wasting my time with 7-11.

Tonight I experienced the nastiest gas station in Lakeland, the cashier from 7/11 literally threatened to kill its costumbres after he didn’t solve a situation with a transaction , screaming and looking for his pockets to reach for his weapon disgusting place. Stay away from this business

They hire bad people here , tonight the cashier threatened me to shoot me in my head and kept reaching for his pocket , he didn’t want to give me my money back or even tried to find a better solution . This happened jun 22 at 12:00pm

wow super bad service , tonight i saw how the cashier threatened its costumers to shoot them in the head with a pistol on june 22 at 12pm disgusting place, don’t bring your money here

Worst 7-11 to be employed at I am currently employed there and was shorted on pay and treated horribly by management I am 7 months pregnant and my job is constantly being threatened if i dont come in on my day off the manager they have is constantly doing sketchy stuff when it comes to money and employee hours she was also let go from a different location for sketchy behavior don't know how she ended up in a management position

The worker I came across today was smoking outside and not doing her job definitely angry for no reason it’s obviously empty as hell in there with no customers because they are horrible I would never recommend this job !!!

Worst 7-11 stop somewhere else if it’s late definitely not worth your money

Absolute scam of a store, all marked prices are wrong, no sales prices were honored 2 for 5 Gatorade rang up at $5.88 should be $5.35 3 for 6 Gatorade rang up at $9.69 should be $6.41

Terrible experience ! Dirty place

No water in the window cleaners, no paper towels, dirty parking lot, pump does not print receipt.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. Store was clean. The cashier on shift tonight was very personable and funny. Great pit stop.

This has to be the nastiest 7 eleven I have stepped into. No soap , pee all over the floor. Like does anyone check the bathrooms? Because to have no soap in either of the bathrooms is ridiculous. The reason I know there wasn’t in the woman’s bathroom is because my girl told me!!!! I was hungry and wanted some finger food and couldn’t even!!! Does the employees even wash their hands before making the hot dogs and taquitos!!!!

One of the cashiers in the morning needs training on how to serve customers well,…One less customer.

He’s a pedifiles for you. This "manager" came up to us why we were try to quickly get our daughter cleaned up after throwing up in the car. He stood there bandering us and continuing looking at my daughter who is naked and trying to clean her up. As we are trying to clean up he's STILL arguing with us and continuing looking at my daughter as I kept asking him to give us another min. Yet he was screaming at us to move from the "lined spots" bc that's not parking. No kidding we wanted to be out of sight to clean up. If you see this man. KNOW HE IS A PEDIFILE!!!!! Disgusting human being and absolutely no manners what so ever.

This place was very dirty, and the bathrooms are so bad . Food bottle laying on the floor, wouldn't eat anything at this store.

We stopped in at the 7-eleven on Kathleen Rd./ Mall Hill Rd.the evening shift personal was awesome nice and very helpful.

Always pleasant experience. Store clean and well stocked

Place is alright & staff is friendly has plenty to choose from. I will stop again
