Ordered a milkshake from them through DoorDash, they were fine, but the milkshake tasted like it was made with spoiled milk 🤮

Don’t go here for an ice cream cake! I ordered a photo ice cream cake for my daughter’s 15th birthday because they were the only location locally that popped up as being able to do so. I ordered the cake 5/6/24 to pick up on 5/13/24 (more than the 48 hours requirement). I received a phone call 5/11/24, which I couldn’t answer right away due to being at work. When I called back the same day, the girls that answered were kind and immediately called the manager who had reached out to me and tried to communicate putting us on speaker and translating what I could not hear properly. I was advised that the store’s printer was not working and that none of the other stores could print the photo for on the cake and that the manager could do a different style cake instead. I was upset but understood. She gave different options and I chose the candy cake as a replacement, making it clear this was for a 15 year old’s birthday and that I didn’t want the cake to look childish (the photo was supposed to be Astarian from Baldur’s Gate 3…if you know, you know). The manager told me that would be no problem, she would throw in a dozen doughnuts (gave me the option of which ones), and that she would give me a $10 refund for the picture. My husband picked the cake up the morning of the 13th and service was great, cake was on time and the Dozen donuts had been hand selected as well. He sent me a picture of the cake after getting home and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. The cake for our first child’s 15th birthday looks like it was made by (and for) a 5 year old. They didn’t even do the icing color in the right color! And we have not received the $10 refund yet that was promised as of yet (this is being written on 5/14, 3 days after speaking with the manager originally). The customer service was great but the follow through was not.

I don't think the people working here have ever had a milkshake before. I've gotten 5 milkshakes here in the last month-and-a-half to two months. Every single milkshake was thinner than a glass of milk! The last 2 milkshakes I even SPECIFICIALLY ASKED them to make thick - not even close. I had my girlfriend take a sip and she spit it out and was like, "That's gross! Thats just a glass of milk!" They're also fairly rude here too like they can't be bothered by customers. True story: I went to the Baskin Robins in the middle or Lakeland about 15mins down the road across the street from Love Bird. I made a comment to the worker there about how the Northside Baskin Robbins sucks and he cut me off with, "They make your milkshake a glass of milk?" Yes! He told me about hiw he's had a number of customers come in complaining about the Northside location - the quality of food and the customer service. I wish I had taken photos for reference. I do not plan on going back. The other Baskin Robins is only 15 minutes the other direction.

Went here this evening at around 9:20, we pull up to where you order around back and there's about 5-6 employees smoking weed, and swearing at each other like they were at some college frat party. They see us pull up and two go back inside and take our order, we then pay and get the card back and it reeks of weed. After we get handed our ice cream the lady starts walking to the back, to continue smoking weed. Do better. I understand we're in a hiring shortage at this moment, but that does not excuse this. I hope you check the cameras of this evening and get proper management in this location. How disgusting being served food with the same hands that were sharing a joint. Disgusting.

Whomever is in charge of ordering please rake note to the fact your ALWAYS out of Chai.

Very poor customer service. The girls working took their time to assist. Only 4 jugs of ice cream in the counter. Already closing way before nine. We understood it closed at 10:00 pm per Goggle.

Baskin Robbins they're always canceling my order because even tho what I order is on the menu they say they canceled because they don't hv some items ok once or twice is ok but it's evreytime I order from them. But I found another place so I won't be ordering from them anymore. They're to annoying.

Ordered through Uber and they did not fill the order completely. I called and they said they did not make the missing item and give it to the Uber driver. Next time they should pay attention to the order.

Very bad service. The staff is disrespectful. I’ve been there 2 times and I’m not going again.

The two girls from the night shift refuse to make the orders, they make the orders with missing ingredients, they are very rude, if they don't like their work, they shouldn't go to their shift, I've been several times and the result is the same with the same two girls.

Fruit flies covering the doughnuts, which they continued to serve through the drive through window. Tabletops full of crumbs. No management on duty. Clearly not interested in health codes, or rectifying the issue when brought to their attention. Poor customer service.

Ordered a milkshake and a sundae through Uber Eats. The sundae was fine, the milkshake was completely melted. It seemed like the shake sat out for a while before being picked up. Delivery was priority and it only takes 8 minutes to get to our house. This is not an Uber issue, it is definitely a Baskins Robbins issue.

The Staff was very accommodating and patient to make sure I got the exact cake I wanted for the cake order

The place looks beautiful but service needs to improve they mostly concentrate on the drive tru I will say 95% on the drive tru it should be at least 75% to the drive tru and the rest to the people inside

Excellent service, very friendly, and fast. Their donut shipment arrives 12:30am-ish so if you go late night, they may be out of donut products until the truck arrives. Which is great to know, for the best of quality. The later in the next day it gets - the less fresh they will be coming off a refrigerated truck, to be placed in a warming zone or fridge.

It's ice cream how bad can it really be!!!! Went on a Saturday around 4pm and was quiet really enjoyed it!!

Prefer this DD/BR combo to the one closer to I 4. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. They aren't always good about receipts but that is a tiny flaw in comparison to over priced coffee.

If you want ice cream or donuts now, the north side Baskin & Robbins is the place to shop. Christmas night, they're open. Friendly staff, great choices in flavors and fresh donuts galore.

Not the usual selection of BR products. (i.e.You can get a shake here, but not a malt. All they need is malt powder!) I don't like that they make the Banana Royale with only a HALF banana. Also, you have to pay extra if you want 2 toppings, instead of one.
