I placed an order a week in advance and never got a confirmation email or anything. Call them the day of my delivery to get a time and no one would answer. I called multiple times through out the day and left a message and never heard from them. I had to call another store to get any kind of information. Would not recommend this location at all.

I would rate zero stars if that were possible. I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday for an eight-year-old to celebrate her baptism. Only to receive a call after the store closed telling me that their van broke down and they would not be able to deliver my items. I followed up on Monday with the store, attempted to replace the order however, I did ask for and expect at least a discount for the inconvenience and the disappointment of the eight-year-old who waited all day for a delivery that never showed up. I was told it would be passed along to the manager of the store. A few hours later, I received a call not from the manager but the same store associate I spoke with earlier advising that they were moving stores and they would basically be too busy to deliver my order and would not be able to offer any time discount on my order because they had too much going on. They also were out of the gummy bears that went with my order. Hummm… had they delivered my order on Saturday would my order have only been partially filled? Who knows. I was not looking for anything free but as a courtesy due to the inconvenience at a minimum I would think for customer service they would offer a discount on the order. Extremely disappointed! don’t waste your time ordering from here there’s plenty of other alternatives online who provide better customer service

Placed my order well in advance because I needed it delivered before lunch or right after lunch (early afternoon)- I even called the store to reiterate the scheduling time and they still didn't get it delivered until after 3:30 PM and the order was wrong. I ordered the "martini" arrangement, so I called them (they didn't let me know ahead of time) and they said they didn't have that vase so they substituted it- not only was the vase different the entire arrangement was different and much smaller than what I paid for AND I ordered and paid for a balloon that they forgot. Just a really negative experience all around. I posted a pic of what I ordered and what I got... doesn't even look similar. This place has HORRIBLE reviews I should have never tried them....

This company or maybe this location has one one the worst customer service I have seen, Their delivery strategy sucks. They expect you to be home all day without exceptions, They say they will provide you with a fresh arrangement the following day rather than refund your money, makes no sense to me. They should just have a better delivery strategy.

Completed my order on time and on schedule. Trustworthy service that deserves applause. However, I do not recommend ordering at events that might be too busy. For example, some holidays as it does degrade the workers emotions towards recipients and customers. I Had received a call from a family member of mine that tried to ask questions about the order that was being shipped to them only to be met with sass and disregard. As an active duty service member, this unprofessionalism has stuck out to me to leave a average-review. Great quality in item service, but it has some flaws to work out with PR and social interactions with it's customers.

0 stars!!! This was my first time will be my last. I do not recommend at all. Arrangement was ordered day prior, the track order said crafting for 4.5 hours. Item I chose was incorrect and missing items I added. This item was never delivered, but I received an email stating it was. Megan stated I would receive my refund but still have not received that. I am extremely disappointed in how rude the conversation was and how horrible the customer service is. Definitely not worth the money!!! Choose another gift! If you must I would go to another location. Shame on you.. what a complete rip off

I recently had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements of Lakeland, Florida, that I simply must share. Despite an initial hiccup, the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation by graciously adding flowers to my order at no extra cost. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Danny, the delivery person. His patience, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring the delivery was seamless were remarkable. Danny reached out multiple times to confirm the delivery location and was incredibly accommodating, ensuring the surprise for my husband remained intact. This level of care and attention to detail has firmly established me as a returning customer. A big thank you to the whole team at Edible Arrangements, and a special shoutout to Danny - he's definitely a keeper!

I ordered 2 days in advance for a delivery on 3/20 which was a normal Wednesday. All day my order was in “Crafting Your Order Status”. At 8pm which is after closing time it showed out for delivery. Then at 9:15pm I get an email stating unable to deliver Sorry we missed you. First of all Inhad to ruin the surprise to my Mother on her birthday because I had her stay up late to wait for the delivery since it showed 8pm it left the store. No one ever came. So they clearly lied to cover their own. And who tries to deliver an order at 9:15pm? That’s ridiculous. I am out of state and my mom lives in Florida. Since I couldn’t be with her on her birthday I thought I would send her this. What a mistake. Also you can not get through to anyone at the store. It just says all representatives are busy and to leave a voicemail. Which I did and never heard from anyone. Same with the Corporate number, I could not get through to anyone. I’m not quite sure how this owner is still allowed to operate under Edible Arrangements name looking at all the other reviews this store should be taken back by corporate because the owner clearly has no idea what customer service is.

If I could give this location anything below a 1 I would! The customer service here is absolutely insane. I had a delivery set up for my daughter for her birthday at her school. The school turned the driver away. I called him back in less than 5 minutes he didn't answer. The person at the office laughed over the phone at me as though it was a laughing matter. I would NEVER order from them again. And whomever Lindsey is who thought the situation was funny needs to be fired!

I ordered flowers and a cheese cake bundle for my girlfriend when ever it was delivered it had strawberries in it no where on the website did it say it came with strawberries which my girlfriend is allergic too and they also forgot her flowers that came with a xoxo vase i called them and told them about the strawberries and they said they couldn't do nothing for it but they said they could deliver the flowers and when they did deliver the flowers there was no vase. $166 dollars basically for flowers and strawberries.

I order early, Feb 2nd, 2024. And my Valentines order was never delivered after I stated that it needed to be delivered before 3pm at my hubby job, I called the store after 3pm since it was not delivered and changed it to my address, I was promised a delivery today before 9pm and guess what? Grand daughter ordered bday gift to be delivered Sunday. We waited till 6 PM ..had to go out. Grand daughter called said the deliver guy was trying to get us…when we checked only had calls with number from Puerto Rico…we would not answer this. So they left note along with the bill for product which said call store for del. Called Mon they said ok…Delivered after 9:00 pm Mon. Product was inferior ..stems on Strawberries all dried up. Pineapple had core center…very hard ….No Balloon which was included on bill. Should refund this …I would appreciate a response . Store was Lakeland on South side.

Go anywhere else except this store! Their customer service is really bad!! I ordered from them for my parents anniversary. Not only was part of it wrong, but the other part was missing. I tried to contact them for over a week and left 3 messages. I was purposely ignored. Their “inquiry” system was turned off through email. The only reason that I received a partial refund is because I left a message directly on their website, and still haven’t heard anything back from them. At this point, it’s not even about the money. It’s about the fact that they don’t have appreciation or respect for their customers!

Unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking the reviews on this location until after they failed to fulfill my order. Please don't use this location as clearly they are unable to complete orders as promised. I submitted my order days in advance and on the day of delivery (a regular ole Monday) I did not receive an update until 8:59pm that my order was unable to be delivered. Based on the other recent reviews this is a common trend with this location and whoever manages this place should be ashamed. My local store WOULD NEVER have such a poorly run operation. There are good edible arrangement locations out there, but this place is absolutely not one of them.

I've tried 5 times to place an order online today, get all the way to enter payment and submit order then receive an error message and it removes the product from my cart. I tried the chat bot, that's a waste of time and got me no where. What a shame. It's not worth my time anymore to fight with it, and when trying a different zip code for another order there was nothing available for delivery and they're in a big city.

Ordered a small platter WITH chocolate covered nuts. Nuts were never delivered. $25 wasted and god knows how many hours/emails this will take to be fixed. Also, when getting items delivered, they don't give you a timeline. Family had to wait at their home all day just for it to arrive at 4:30pm. Save your money. Go to Publix and chocolate dip your own fruit. It'll be quicker, cheaper, and with no headache.

Not happy with my order. My husband pre-ordered when he got there he was told they never got his order. He was ok with waiting while they put it together, but it still wasn't what he ordered which he didn't know till I tried it. It was the wrong fruit and the flowers had these prickly ugly flowers with the roses. Not even 4 hours after he brought it home the flowers we put in water started blooming and dying. Would've been better off going to publix. Not ordering again. For the price it should've been better.

A disappointing and inconvenient experience. My friend had pre-ordered a chocolate strawberry arrangement and balloons for my birthday. With the intention of receiving this gift, I had made plans to stay at home. However, we left for dinner around 6 pm, only to receive a call informing us that the delivery would take place shortly after we left. Regrettably, we were not present to receive it, and were subsequently informed that it would be delivered the following day around 12 pm. Once again, we adjusted our plans to be available for the delivery. Finally, at 8:40 pm, the delivery was made, but to our dismay, it was not the order my friend had placed. This has been an incredibly time-consuming ordeal for my friend who had paid for the delivery on my birthday, as well as for our family, who had made arrangements to be at home for two days to receive a delivery that arrived a day late, and nearly at 9 pm. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a basket to be delivered for Thursaday August 17th (and paid for guaranteed delivery). It was never delivered the day it was supposed to. I called multiple times the following day (they dont answer their phones BTW). When I finally got ahold of someone, the guy said they had to change the delivery date to the next day and would be delivered. First- I paid for guaranteed delivery for that specific day. Why wasn't I contacted about the change or even to inform me? On Friday (the next day) it was still never delivered!!! The person I was sending it to was home the entire day! No one came by with the delivery. I checked the tracking on Saturday morning, and it said "delivery attempted" (which was clearly a lie). A few hours before, the tracking still said "crafting" so they lied completely. I left 2 voicemails and called multiple times until they decided to answer the phone. No appology or anything. The lady said "we can deliver it on Monday". Nope. I requested a refund which im still waiting on. Do not order from this location!!! This was just a regular normal day. I couldn't imagine if this was a holiday with them having a ton of orders.

I ordered some chocolate covered fruit for my daughter‘s 30th birthday. I placed the order online the day before and when I got to the store everything was ready just like it said it would be. In addition I wanted to get some flowers and I was given a couple options and was able to buy some beautiful roses plus a vase. He was very accommodating and even Put the flowers and vase in a bag so that it was easier to carry and wouldn’t fall over. I had a very good experience here and highly recommend!

Sent someone a delivery to say Thank you for going the extra mile. When they delivered to her office she had already gone home for the day. The person at office called EA to let them know. They told him to keep it and they remade my recipient her arrangement and kept going back to her location until it could be successfully delivered. First time ever ordering from any Edible Arrangements. Ordered stuff for my mother in law a week in advance for Mother’s Day today. Said it was delivered so we called to verify with her. She said she got someone else’s order. Card had someone else’s name and a completely different order in it. I called the number on here but it directed me to corporate for some reason. On hold over 30 minutes. Then put on hold for almost 10 more but was transferred and not even told I was being transferred. When I finally got someone from this location on the line there was phone issues since I’m in another state. They call me back and my husband is explaining yet again what happened and they just hand the phone to someone else and ask him to repeat it again. I get on the phone and have to retell this entire story a couple more times because whoever I got didn’t seem to understand that she never received what we ordered. When I tell them it’s another order with another persons name on it, I’m asked to send a picture of the order and give them the name of the person who’s order she got? I explained I didn’t think to do any of this on the phone with her since that’s not my job and this is crazy I’m being asked to do leg work for their job. Plus she’s 70 years old so getting her to send me all this isn’t easy. And craziest part is that the driver took a photo of the order on the account so I’m not sure why they needed me to do this? Turns out they have 2 drivers and one person had our order and the other had this other order that was down the street and somehow they delivered this other lady’s order down the street to my mother in law, but put down that my mother in laws order was delivered. She ended up hand delivering it herself to this woman and was sad because when she got the package she thought it was for her and was disappointed when she opened the package to see it was for another woman. I spent almost an hour on the phone repeating myself to several different people today when I’m a mother myself and wasting my own time on Mother’s Day. And at the end of the call, they give me a vague solution and don’t tell me if this order is getting delivered or not. My mother in law ended up calling them and apparently they were just going to take her order back to the store and leave it there but said they’d deliver it to her. Gee thanks, after I had already talked to everyone there. I’m being generous even leaving 3 stars on this review. I only am because they still delivered it today to her and they did apologize on the phone. And I realize it’s a holiday so it’s probably really busy there. But a lot of the time on the phone I felt like nobody was actually listening to me and almost felt like they were acting like I was trying to swindle them out of fruit and caramel popcorn. When all I wanted was the ordered I paid for to be delivered. Corporate didn’t care much at all it seemed like either btw. Outsourced customer service and not very helpful and long wait times.

Ordered a package for my friend's birthday yesterday which was delivered same day. She informed me the fruit wasn't fresh wasn't fresh at all & had to spit it out. I called the establishment this a.m a lady checked into it for me, came back stating the fruit was freshly cut before it was delivered. Didn't seem like was trying to do anything to satisfy the customer so I just left it at that. No time for the back & forth. I've never ordered in FL before but have had great experiences with orders in CT. Not sure if I'll use this place in FL again or if I do, I'll try another location. Bumped it up a star due to the fact I was contacted about the matter, it was professionally addressed & handled accordingly. I appreciate the store manager for reaching out how he did. We may do business again @ some point

I called the store and they graciously allowed me to reroute the delivery to another location. Their customer service was top notch and I greatly appreciate that they were willing to adjust the delivery location for me. The items also turned out great!
