I work in the plaza and I come here a lot just because it's convenient and almost every time I do there's some kind of service issue. This time the AC was out, the ice machine was busted, and the soda dispenser was dispensing flat soda. Last time it was the AC and ice machine. Time before that it was online ordering/pay by card. Time before that they were out of chicken sandwiches. The odds of you actually getting what you're looking for at this store are so slim I'd advise you to not waste your time by even rolling the dice on this place, at least not until they get their house in order. The food is...okay. And if you do manage to actually get what you ordered you're gonna wait twenty minutes even if you ordered ahead so be prepared to wait. This place has wasted many of my lunch breaks. I'm definitely done ordering from here, but good luck to you if you decide to risk it.

The food tastes nice. I always get the mango habanero and spicy Korean Q wings. My only problem with my specific location is the wait time. I even ordered my food ahead of time on the app and everything. And still had to wait for nearly an hour for my food. Even people that arrived long after me received their food before I did! If I had to pick between this location and the south Lakeland location, south Lakeland wins every time! This may be the last time I come to this specific location. The only thing really saving this rating is the food because otherwise I would’ve given it 1 star.

Extremely horrible experience. Got a message saying 16-21 minutes. Got there in about 25 minutes and still had to wait over an hour. People were coming in and ordering and leaving while I was still there. I have had quite a few bad experiences here so I think it's time.

And the drink machine was still broken and we still had to pay for the drinks and delivery fee even though we ended up going and picking up our food ourselves. Never coming here again

The mobile app said it would be ready at a certain time, it said come to the counter it’s ready, I went over there and they said “10 more minutes”. I waited then went back up to the counter and they again said it wasn’t ready. Not to mention it’s about 98 degrees in there because of no air conditioning. I went back out to my car and waited for about 20 more minutes before going back in, I sat there for 5 minutes before them saying it’s ready. And missing my drink, but they said it’s broken and burning hot… never going here again

It just makes no sense when online ordering says it’s going to be 15-20 mins and you end up waiting an hour. THIS IS EVERY TIME. the workers seem ok but they haven’t been trained properly. You would think they would make it a priority to get larger orders out first but I’m waiting people who ordered just fries come in order and leave before me, it’s ridiculous. if you order, plan on waiting an extra 30-40 minutes. Just not worth it in my opinion. Won’t be ordering from them again.

horrible experience at this location. i placed an order online for 2 20 piece wings with 2 fries and 4 dipping cups. paid almost $40 only to have half the order arrive about an hour later. the food was cold and half my order was missing. when i called back to let them know i was told i can come pick up the other half that they forgot to give the delivery driver. i told them i can’t make that drive and was then told a manager would reach out shortly with a resolution. i never received a phone call from the manager. the next day i tried calling about 10-15 times, the only time they answered is when my number was blocked, only to get put on hold each time until someone disconnects the call on me. each time i try to call and explain what im going through they put me on hold for about 5mins and then disconnect again. extremely unprofessional, you cannot charge someone for an order and never give them that order. i will be reaching out to my bank to report this and have them do their investigation. i will never order from these thieves again. save yourself the headache and go to wing house or buffalo wild wings instead.

I just don't understand how this restaurant stays in operation. My wife and I quite literally have a pact to say "talk me out of ordering from Wingstop next time". Horrible service at this Wing Stop Rick Ross would be appalled at the service. Came in to get an order at 5:16. My order still wasn't ready at 6:16 a whole hour later, which makes no sense. There's no communication in the back of the house at all. You heard no one talking about food. You heard them talking about their life, what's going on with them, and how life is changed for them? That has nothing to do with the food. No communication was given to customers for the extremely long wait. How can you put out good food when there's no communication in the kitchen? Not one time did anyone reassure me that my food was on the way. Or we apologize about the wait. I saw more carry out orders get processed faster than anyone's order that was dining in.

This place is ridiculous. I just left there. I ordered Buffalo Ranch fries. Got to my car and looked at the fries and they were covered in Buffalo sauce and one little dot of ranch. So I went back in to ask for ranch and told them they only put one dot of ranch on it, he got an attitude and also charged me for the ranch. I should not have to pay for ranch because they originally didn't do their jobs.

If I could give this place negative stars i would. First of all the guy with twist and bleached hair was telling everyone the wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had placed a online order. One of the employees, she was white with clear glasses and red hair. Had mentioned something about it being mandatory for her to have a 30 minute break due to minor Labor laws. The manager or guy with a collared shirt had then started yelling at her saying “honestly if you want to get sent home keep it up” just completely embarrassing her and screaming at her, he allowed her to go on break. I then waited a extra 15 minutes for my food. I walked outside to see that same employee sitting outside crying on the phone. I will not be returning here. If this is how you guys allow your manager’s to treat your employees i wouldn’t tolerate that. He was beyond disrespectful to his staff and customers. Why keep these kinds of people employed.

Oommggg Yesterday I had the worst experience here. The staff was rude all because I wanted all flats which I paid for and they gave me such a hard time and I drove over 25 mins to come there. I have been there before and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE (older gentleman as manager and staff). I asked for extra crispy wings and she told me they are already crispy which they weren’t. But they argued with me about what I paid for. My food was over $30 and they tried to embarrass me and keep saying my card was declined. No sweetie I just got paid run it again. They need better training and customer service the crew who was there Friday March 15, 2024 around 5-6 pm.

Took a while to get the food which is no big deal, but the food was not very good. Ordered French fries with extra seasoning and they had none, not even salt. They were all stuck together more like one giant fry. Chicken is overcooked. The sauce is actually pretty good but the dry rubs don’t taste like anything. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I love wingstop with all my heart, lemon pepper its the way, cheese fries, ranch, I lived in a country town for a while and I used to drive 2 hours just for wingstop, but this store its probably the worst, the wings was dry, no oil, no flavor, no ketchup, no cheese for the fries. You can drive 20 minuts to the next wingstop and be happier

The wings were a little too well done for my liking. You don't get any dipping sauces with your wings, so I paid $3 for 2 of the Blue Cheese dressings that were very runny. I prefer my dressing to stick to my wings, not run off like I dipped them in seasoned milk. The cashier and cook were very nice, so applause to them :)

Honestly not upset. Placed an online order and it said 15-20 mins. It’s going on 40 mins now. However the manager here acknowledged the delay before anyone could say anything and communicated with everyone waiting. The team is working hard behind the counter and trying to get the food out asap. A little patience goes a long way. Thank you for the manager for keeping calm and conducting her team to get it all done! Bianca was great!

Today I placed an order online due to I was unable to get through on the phone. I arrived 65 mins after I placed my order which online stated it would be 65 to 68mins (something like that) once I arrived I noticed it was NOONE working the front just 2 ladies in the back cooking and packing orders with a mile long line of tickets. After standing for a while one of the ladies stated "come back here where the fun is" or something like that which was said in a fun way so I assumed she was playing just trying to make the best of being short staff and busy! After still waiting and noone came forward we seen 3 orders on the rack and went to see if it was 2 of ours since we had 2 orders and at that time the young lady said can you stay back and not touch the orders and that's when I stated we wanted to make sure our order was not sitting on the rack getting cold since noone said anything to us and then at that time is when she advised me that her funny joke to come to the back was for us to really come to the pickup window so she can continue to work and help us as the same time! All that being said and even though they had no WINGSTOP ranch in all the 2 ladies that worked tonight on 3.13.23 around 8p and 945pm was a beast and was handle that million of tickets that was lined up and was still in the great off mood and working together as a TEAM something you don't see in fast food! They need a bonus for tonight or something for sure 2 staff that needs to be acknowledged for hard work and great attitude hats off to you ladies!!! Keep up the good work! Oh other then no ranch(they did try to replace it but it wasn't wingstop ranch lol) the food was cooked great and fried hard like I requested.

So I went to wing stop it was about 8:30pm and we are ready to order. They asked are we dinning in or carryout we said carry out and they said only online orders because we only have two people yet there was three there. So we were about to do it then someone came in saying they've been calling and was mad they had to do online order so they took his order. Then another customer came in and took her order. So me and my brother were confused why they got to take there order but we were told only online. We went up and they still told us that. I said but you just took there order? They still said only online. 1 I'm a customer and if I see you taking someone else's order I'm thinking okay you'll take mine. Nope and then a girl in the kitchen with an airpod in wad like sorry dude only online orders I'm like okay cool wingstop. It's not hard to take an order at the register. It wasn't busy only 3 people were in the store as customers and the three employees. That'd horrible customer service. I'm very upset I love wingstop and getting treated and told that is ridiculous.
