Walked in to a dead location. 3 customers walked in to get their orders fixed. They mess mine up. While waiting, a chubby blonde kid that is preparing food. Wipes his nose with his hand, no gloves, reaches for a tomato from the line. Eats it. And then wipes his hair out of his face before completing the sandwich. No hair nets. Young Spanish manager who clearly has no control or respect just smiles and nods. Absolute slouches.

The little bad boxed dyed red headed Hispanic wanna be manager is rude as hell at this location. Her people gave out the wrong food, returned and asked for the right food, she finally told us she is out of biscuits at 8 in the morning so they just gave us something else instead without asking what we wanted. That’s fine, I asked for a fresh one and she handed me another cold croissant sandwich. When I asked for a hot one she began arguing that he just “heated it up”. She yelled at my husband, bullied us in the drive thru and when my husband said he wasn’t gonna continue arguing with her like a toddler, she yelled for us to not come back as we were leaving like she really told us from her drive thru window on our way to our real adult jobs.

I went in for breakfast on 3/21/24 and when ordering in the drive-thru, apparently the young lady taking my order was new. I had to repeat my order and app promo code a few times. After sitting there for 5 minutes or so while she was figuring it out, I said "I'm just going to pull up to the window while you figure that out", because there were people behind me in the drive-thru. Another woman interrupted and said, "No you are NOT going to pull up to the window, we need the code again". When I finally pulled up to the window, I let the young lady know, whom apparently was new employee, that whoever the other woman was on the intercom was very rude and that I didn't appreciate her attitude and the way she was talking. She then came over to the window and told me that she was new and that I needed to be patient. I felt I was very patient and told her I wasn't upset that the new employee was having trouble with the order, my issue was her attitude and the comment she made to me. Told me "This is fast food, but you can't be being rude like that to people", accusing me of being rude to the girl on the intercom, which I responded, I wasn't rude. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me, saying, "I'm not giving you my name. I don't trust you. I feel threatened!" I was like, "Just give me my food please" Then the woman, who only identified herself as the "manager" kept up with her rude comments and at that point I was really pissed. When she finally handed me the coffee her comments continued, talking over me when I was trying to talk, so I took the coffee and tossed it over the top of my car AWAY from her, into the parking lot. Shouldn't have done that, but I was super mad and could not believe that she was talking to me like that. She then slammed the window and started cursing, accusing me of throwing a coffee AT her, then opened the window again telling me "You need to leave!", I then said, "I need my food", in which she responded, "No, I'm not giving you anything, you tried throwing coffee at me and you are now trespassed, I'm calling the police!" I responded, "I did NOT throw anything at you or was threatening to you in anyway. I either need my food or my money back", to which she again refused. I managed to get the last part of the exchange on video, including another male employee walking up to my car asking me if I could please pull around and that he would get my money back. When he walked out with my receipt and money, I told him what had happened, asking him if they had cameras there to show the very rude exchange and he said he didn't know if they did. He told me that she was his "manager" and that she was "well known for being a drama queen". When I told him I had asked for her name to call corporate and she refused to give it to me, he replied, "You can do that, but honestly it isn't going to change anything. I'm going to go back in there and she's probably going to be talking about you". I then took my money and left, which they shorted me 75c AND I didn't get my food. Never, EVER have I ever been so offended, insulted and embarrassed after an experience at ANY restaurant like that in my entire life! The whole thing was unprovoked and the most unprofessional behavior I have encountered in the retail/food industry.

My husband went and ordered at the drive thru, then brought the food back to the house. He ordered 2 whopper Jr sandwiches. One with out mayo and that was correct. The other was to have extra lettuce, light mayo and light ketchup. It had onions, tomatoes and pickles also. He ordered a double whopper plain with cheese. That one was correct. The other was a double whopper with extra cheese and it had NO cheese. He ordered chicken fries and French fries. The person asked if he wanted ketchup and sauce. He said no to ketchup and yes to the sauce. We had probably 10 packets of ketchup in the bag and no sauce for the chicken fries.I checked the slip on the bag and it seemed correct. He said the screen looked correct. If you employ people who do not understand customer service or do not care, or cannot understand English, that is on you, management. You need to properly train and then make your employees accountable. This was totally poor service. I am not from here, but service in our state is so much better. You were given 2 stars for some correct items. This experience was unacceptable.

DO NOT COME HERE! The manager and every single worker is miserable here. They don’t even say anything to you they just take your money, give you your food and look away. Like WTH happened to good customer service?! My boss when I was in the retail/food service industry made smiling and greeting people a requirement. This place NEEDS new management because that’s where all the problems start and fester. Also, I just moved right down the street from this Burger King I have been here three times in the past three months and every single time they get my order wrong and then make me wait in line all over again to get the right order. The first two times I came the order was cold like it had been sitting there for an hour already and the burger tasted like crap. It is a joke, they hire 16-year-old little kids that do not listen and do not want to work. Save yourself the headache and drive an extra 10 minutes to get to a different one. I bet you will be waiting in line a lot less than you would here and you might even get what you actually ordered.

I usually do not give bad reviews but when you can't do the basics, that's where I have a problem. The center on both my chicken wraps was very crunchy and almost cold, not to mention very tiny and not worth the money. The whopper was overcooked and missing tomato and lettuce after it was supposed to have everything on it. It will be hard to come back to this location.

Proceeded to ask what other drinks they have as that was I looked for and it’s been over 10 years since I’ve had Burger King. She said coke and didn’t elaborate, asked if they had sweet tea. To which she very curtly snapped no. So we got a sprite that we probably won’t drink and she made it a large. Ordered a whopper, fries and onion rings. The fries were hardly warm and the onion ring are very cold. The onion rings are probably the best part of this meal and they are stinkin’ cold. So very disappointed.

I ordered an impossible whopper. I was not satisfied with it. The whopper was burnt all the way around the edges, I could hardly chew it. I asked the manager was that normal and they thought it was. I threw my sandwich in the trash and was not happy at all. I wasn't given my money back or another sandwich they simply didn't care. Looked at us like we were the problem walking out.

It's clean and well maintained, the staff is great, friendly and quick to serve customers. I would like to see paper towels in the restroom. Sometimes I need to wash my face and the air dryer is not a great way to dry the face and neck. I'm sure it's a corporate decision.

I've been in the drive thru many, many times. Burger King is my son's favorite. He's 27 and autistic. So when he goes to the Dr. this is where he wants to go after. On today's visit we went inside. Went to the counter, I said " Good Morning" always with a smile, I was greeted by two young ladies dressed as managers, not a smile, not a "Good Morning, nothing. It was 10:25 a.m. I asked if we could order lunch. She said "No, not until 10:30. So, we sat and waited. There was not a thank you for waiting, nothing. The food was good, as always. The drive thru personnel are always upbeat and very friendly. These inside employees should understand, a smile and thank you goes a very long way.

I always get the Impossible burger here and it’s always so good. The quality of the fries has gone down a bit and they gave me unsweet tea that tasted a bit rancid but it saved me from the calories, lol! Just beware of those small things. But other than that, it’s a great choice for a fast food pit stop.

Got 3 of my last 4 orders wrong. The people are friendly enough but constantly put in fries instead of onion rings. Today they both had fries instead of onion rings and swapped my chicken fries for chicken nuggets. Multiple times in the past they missed items entirely.

Although this is a lower rating I do want to start off I will return to this Burger King. My advice it to triple check your order at the register and in the bag before you drive off. I came here on Friday, January 13th and ordered through the drive thru. To start, the woman taking orders at the drive thru honestly needs to be removed from her station. I was two vehicles behind and literally heard her both times give attitude, backtalk and become aggressive with both customers who were just ordering and one asked a question. When it came to take my order I had no issues with her from my point of view she heard what I said and gave me my total. However, when I got to the window she clearly was distracted because she got my order 50% wrong. She wasn’t at the window it was another cashier and he was EXTREMELY friendly. He repeated the order back to me at the window and I did clarify the order was wrong. I wanted 1 whopper meal, 1 chicken fry meal and 1 side of chicken fries. The lady had rung up 3 chicken fries. I corrected this with the gentleman but somehow still ended up with a wrong order and got charged 3 orders of chicken fries. They did take a while to cook the meals however, having worked in the fast food industry fresh chicken that needs to be dropped into the fryer does take a while so this didn’t bother me. What my biggest issue was when I got home I was missing half my order. There was no fries in my bag and I was charged two meals, and for being charged 3 chicken fries I only received two orders. Considering how much they charge they need to really check the order and bag before handing it out the window. I’m extremely disappointed and will be disputing this with my bank since I didn’t receive my paid for products. Now to note, the food was fresh and for the most part everyone was friendly. I love this location as it’s easy access to enter and exit and good pit stop when running errands. I would just HIGHLY recommend triple checking your order was taken correctly and bagged correctly.

I must have gone at a good time because I had a great experience here. The workers were super friendly and the service was super fast. I had a good size order which I used the app for drive-thru pickup, they gave me my order with everything correct. Wanted to try the new ghost pepper burger, 10/10 would recommend it’s actually spicy and has good flavor. Hope the service and food quality stays like this.
