Pulled up to the drive thru window already knowing what I want, started to order my meal then was interrupted just for her to ask me the same things I was about to tell her if she let me finish speaking. Just to get up to the window and she doesn’t even verify it’s my order she’s reaching her hand out for me to pay. Get to the 2nd window and they gotta ask what sauce I wanted again even though she already interrupted my order to ask. Then gonna hand me the bag with my nugget box sideways and open in the bag. I promise yall had the extra 30 seconds to close my nugget box and let me finish talking! Have the day you deserve

It's the employees that give McDonald's.a bad name Kayla and the gang. They arer rude no surprise. I'm not the same color. I don't have to buy my hair. I grow my own. Took my order And then couldn't put sugar in the coffee as I requested.I stood there.Tasted the coffee before I left.Because I know better than not do that. Cause they don't know. How to take orders very well.It was not made with sugar at all and I let her know. I know how many sugars it takes for a small coffee and how many creams it takes for me to to my satisfaction. I'm the customer I payed for it and i'm gonna have it the way it should be. That's the way it's gonna be. Few days later in the video no surprise Surprise it's your damn job so do it. I'm not gonna drive off until it's right.I'm gonna start coming in from now on So rude so damn rude Slam that little Window door on me before.I can ask for a Sir because they don't know how to do their jobs very well so you have to ask for everything they can't think for themselves. You gotta tell them this.You gotta tell them that you want A stir with your coffee because they're not smart enough to figure it out. And then napkins, oh my God.Yes napkins are definitely needed. You got to ask for those. Because they are not smart enough I figured it out.They're just stupid.I thought they were just being mean. I think stupidity is part of their problem And yes they are being mean laughing at the end of the video. This is why. I video tape Because it's my proof on how i'm being mistreated by these ignorant individuals.

The store is very disappointing to be a McDonald's. Had a quarter pounder with cheese very greasy and sloppy put together .I also had a large french fry they forgot the salt and just squished them into the box. Definitely will not go back.

They take soo long even tho there is no one even in the store nor drive through taking atleast 30min for some little things

If you order on door dash I'll show you what happens to me. Update. Order was canceled even though doordash driver stayed there for like 15 mins. I'm sure they just let them steal there items. 🙄

I ordered on the app. Was told at the drive-through that cash only was all they were accepting. Ordered a large black coffee and asked for the app deal price. Was told they didn't have a coffee for that price. Paid for my coffee. 10 minutes later, I was given a very cold, sweet coffee. Tried to call the store the next day to complain the phone number listed is not a working phone number. Very frustrated I am

Horrible service! They took to long to make my food and they gave me a horrible smoothie also asked for nuggets they did not give them to me!

Crazy 4 cars after me got their food before I did, I ordered a cheeseburger and a McChicken.

Drove thru order at 3:52 and sat in drive thru for 18 mins before getting our food. Outrageous time for 3 meals. Avoid this location at all cost

I can tell that this place has definitely changed since April or May. Honestly I'm impressed. Some of the kindest people work here and I really appreciate how much this place has changed since covid.

It was a very good service, but definitely need to hire a new cleaning lady.

I attempted to use the drive through twice. There was only one vehicle in the drive through both times. Whether I used the 2nd drive through position or waited in back of the other vehicle, I didn't get waited on at the 2nd position or the vehicle didn't move away in the first position. The drive through was totally dysfunctional. Upon visiting the inside, the Spanish clerk laughed when I advised her about the drive through. I ordered 2 Burritos which were only half filled and flat as a pancake. When I pulled in under a tree in the parking lot, a Spanish female in a compact car also under the tree, made attempts to get me to leave, yelling & scowling at Mr. She apparently was sleeping in her car In the future, I will seek out a higher quality breakfast place than McDonalds when I eat out.

The quality food and fast service at this McDonald's location were outstanding! Fresh, hot food made to order! Customer service was amazing! My dining experience was very satisfying, and an absolute great experience!

We drove here and went through the drive through about 20 mins ago to pick up our order that we had already paid for online and the girl kept saying our code wasn't working it must be for another McDonald's. So we drove to the other one across the street. It wasn't for there, it was for this location. So we drove back over and my husband went inside and our order was just sitting on the counter. Get it home and not only the wrong burger inside but disgustingly drowned in sauce. Jesus do your jobs better. Morons

We ordered our food in the dining lobby, grabbed our number and sat down. Waited for our food and after about 8 minutes we were told by the manager on shift we had to take our food to go and leave since the lobby closes at 10:00pm. Super rude. They didn’t even start our food until we acknowledged that we would be leaving. So the entire time we waited, they didn’t start the food until the lobby “closed”.

Went through the drive thru. Arrived at 10:05pm to the 24 hour McDonalds. Woman came over the speaker and said “we will be with you when we can”. She told the people in the other lane the same thing. There was a long line behind us. At 10:12pm she came back on the speaker stating “at this time we are closed and won’t be taking anymore orders”. It was absolutely ridiculous. This McDonalds has always been one of the better ones in town, but it sucks lately.

I could see the person making the order was doing a good job but that's it. I was there at 6:15am and one worker was sweeping the lobby as I stood there waiting 12 minutes for my order. One individual in a blue collared shirt filling orders asked did you order i said yes but I thought it was 712 but wasn't sure because the kiosk didn't give me a receipt and only showed the number for a split second. The reply I received was silence on her part. Again I waited for another ten or so minutes. They messed up my coffee and put cream and sugar in it that want asked for. Both coffees were dirty on top. When she handed my order to me she said this one's caramel and that's it, no have a nice or anything to show she gave a damn about me. Just a terrible place.

The kids needed some fast food, and McDonalds here did not disappoint. Look, it is basically like every other McDonalds we have all been to. The staff was friendly and the restaurant seemed clean. What more could you ask for from one of America's largest chains?

What an awful experience. Lobby full of people waiting on food, nobody taking orders. Employees moving at the slowest possible pace. No urgency. No effort. Left without food. Effort takes no talent. Do better.

Worst employees in history night shift, there is truck parking out front i parked, went up to the door for obvious reasons I can’t go through the drive through, a skinny black girl with a nose ring answered asked me to walk and order at the drive through with the worst attitude in history, I go there standing at the drive through trying to order and for some reason they thought to just ignore me for like 5 min a car came so I let him go, they answered, if you think messing with tired truck drivers who just want food is funny then something is wrong with you, you shouldn’t be working at customer service, if you hate your life and you think it’s amusing to mess with customers find a job you like, looser’s.

Was told to pull up it’ll be three minutes on fries. Pulled up and waited 15 minutes. Got out my car went inside, Manager told me sorry we forgot you were out there. Spent almost $20 for cold food and no fries.

If you guys can no longer afford to put a whole slice of cheese on the sandwich, sell the sandwich without cheese. That way, nobody can complain about getting a sliver of cheese on a sandwich that doesn’t come with cheese. And, I asked for extra tartar sauce. Thank goodness; otherwise I would have gotten none. Half of this went into the trash. Do better.

The food and service at this location was as expected for a McDonald's; but the male bathroom was terrible (one of two urinals blocked off and the other overflowing).

Everything was pretty much ok I ordered a mobile order get inside its ready at the pick up spot my bag of food I had oatmeal and it was barely any oatmeal in the cup and what was in there was definitely not stirred up at all it was all dry oats on the bottom of the cup which was very shallow of oats to begin with so not sure why it was so hard to stir them up which I'm sure they just added the water nothing more to them well I had a frappe with my order which was with the bag of food and I'm thinking these people are on it the straw is in the bag I get to my truck and of course when I think people are on it and got everything right they didn't even put the straw in the bag I mean the one thing needed to drink the frappe they couldn't put a straw in the bag really so no four stars for them simple stuff yet so hard to do

The food wasn't hot or warm. I was very disappointed. I usually go to the Gulfport McDonald's but I decided to come here because I was going to pick up someone from work and your place was on my way, wrong decision.

Well, ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg, hold the muffin. What I received was JUST the muffin. Circled back around to the drive thru. The lady apologized, then gave me a tray with an egg and a piece of HAM! Attention to detail seems to be lacking here.

This place is priceless. They do have one young man who works evenings at drive-through who is an all-star. The rest will always send u to the park, so it looks like a 1 minute ticket time, but really, it's 15 mins. Great practice and customer service. It's pathetic and a scam for the ppl working. Everyone knows you are slow. You don't need to hide it. Well, I guess hiding it from upper management, but that solves no problems of why ur so slow. The young man at the evenings needs to be boss.

This is one of the McDonald's I frequent, and I'm glad it's a good one. Have never had a problem with the taste of the food, although sometimes when ordering on the mobile app it will display incorrect information. More than once I have ordered a frozen drink on the curbside pickup method and then have been told they cannot make any frozen drinks. I know that's probably not the particular stores fault, and I don't blame them for it. The only complaint I have is that usually they only have one person working the drive-thru speaker area, and there are usually two open lanes. This forces the employee to have to switch every other order to the other lane, and it definitely holds up the drive-thru. It's definitely one of the much better McDonald's out there, though, and I'm glad it's the one nearest to me.

The place sucks it's supposed to be fast food and I was in line waiting for my food for 30 minutes, plus when I was eating my double quarter pounder it didn't tates right and I was sick the following day

1 hour to get our order… Ordered via the app (for faster service they say) at 12:40am on our way back from the airport. I understand it’s a tough job and not fun to deal with customers at 1am but the management of this restaurant is ridiculous. Also they didn’t have our order from the app… they had to do it on the fly… longest wait EVER… Avoid at all cost at night.

This location likes to pull every car forward, all day every day. It slows the service down while allowing them to get a low score on the drive thru timer. There is seldom a good reason to pull anyone forward.

Getting the food was quick, but honestly, it didn't taste great at all. The buns were overcooked and tough , the chicken on my deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was soggy, and my sons fries were all dumped out in his happy meal box. Compared the McDonald's in St. augustine and St. johns where I live, this place was just... yuck.....

Grill people playing with food . Order 2 McDonald's only ketchup . They hid a handful of onion in cheese. And even if order that's not where onions go

Wanted fresh fries, and they were simply re-dipped in the oil. They tasted sort of stale. My wife had a good Crispy Chicken Sandwhich, and my big mac was "ok". I ordered Extra mac sauce, but didn't get it.

wouldn’t recommend eating here. i ordered at the kiosk inside. i ordered 2 double hamburgers with only pickle, extra pickle. i always check the food because the burgers always come out wrong. sure enough, both double hamburgers had cheese, one of them had lettuce as well. i took it back to the counter and told her it was supposed to be only pickle, extra pickle, no cheese, no anything else, ONLY pickles and extra pickles. waited probably 10 minutes for the new burgers to be made. i checked those before walking out and one of the burgers had 1 pickle, the other double hamburger had 2. i don’t mean 1 pickle on one patty, and 2 pickles on the second patty. i mean 1 pickle for the entire double hamburger. so i went up to the counter and waited probably another 10 minutes. one worker took someone’s order in front of me, which was waiting a while. and then once she took that customers order she walked away from the counter. i felt like she was ignoring that i was even there since they already had to fix it once. all i was wanting was a little bowl of pickles for the double hamburgers. get out to the truck and start eating and my fries are hot on the outside but feel like they’re still partially frozen in the inside. but that could also be because i had to wait 30 minutes for them to get my order right🤷🏼‍♀️ so not sure if the fries just got cold if they were actually still a little frozen. definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I don't know WHAT it is with night shift. But. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, I order delivery while working. Never a straw with the drink. NEVER, out of 30 orders in last 6 months. Only 2 came with straws. 30 orders. only 14 came with fries. 30 Orders, only 2 were accurate to what I actually ordered. Like god damn. Wish chic-fil-a delivered at 1am during my work lunch break. At least they would get my order right.

Staff party, the majority of seating occupied with their half eaten non mcdonalds food for staff only . There were balloons that my kids saw in multiple areas left on the floor and 2 gals working came over to lear as if the balloons and facilities are not welcoming of customers. We left, the building vibe was messy and uncomfortable with no management to have the old party things cleaned up. Weird situation at a McDonald's.

I placed my order on the mobile screen and waited for 10 minutes only to find out it was not even being worked on. So I will prefer going to the cashier to place an order.

I ordered online for curbside service. I arrived and was prompted to enter my parking space number which I did. I waited 10 minutes when I decided to go inside to see what the problem was which was painful since I have problems when walking. The door was locked. I got back into my car and drove through the drive thru. I still had to wait for my order to be made. I was told the reason for the problems was they are short staffed.

25 minutes after the order was placed and the food was still not ready. I am done with this location! Never again!

The people were in drive-thru were rude they couldn't say please or thank you. The service was just pitiful if I was the manager I would not put up with that. I would drive to any other McDonald's than to not go there again.

We literally ordered 2 medium fries going through the drove thru... they made us pull over to one of the reserved spots. It took over 12 minutes...FOR FRENCH FRIES!

We thought McChoke N Puke was fast food. Only people in the lobby. Placed order at the kiosk... 25 minutes later. Made us late for the football game...

It was freezing in here probably in the 60s. I had a big breakfast meal to go, no jam, no utensils to eat my eggs with. What the hell?

I went through the drive-thru after I left the hospital so it was about 12:30 a.m. We got stuck in the line and couldn't move we set in line at least 20 minutes before we got to the intercom so we could get out of line! It was ridiculous like it was a game whoever was working that night should be embarrassed! We never ordered. We drove to 98 North and Dodge Street McDonald's and got perfect drive-thru service 🤦‍♀️

Always easy ordering and good accessibility

Just nasty... ordered 2 6 piece nuggets a double cheese and a medium fry. As I was pull out of drive thru I checked my bag I noticed I didn't get my medium so went back thru to get them. When i went to eat, the fries were old and cold and the chicken nuggets had a funny taste and was like trying to chew on crispy dry sponge. As for the double cheese I don't have anything to say about it, both my stomach and I were to upset to even try it.

What ever happened to interaction between the customer and the associates. You either order on the app or use a kiosk. Technology is destroying social interactions. Also, my hamburger looked like it was put together by a 2 year old.

Really great for breakfast, favorites include hotcakes, sausage biscuits, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage mcmuffin. Coffee always tastes fresh etc. I don't care much for McDonald's lunch/ dinner menu, but I do love the breakfast.

They shut down from 3-4 every day even though they post that they are 24 hours.

We pulled up to the drive thru at 3am and the employee said "we are closed at this moment" as we drove off we observed 2 employees smoking weed in the outdoor dining area. Wow.... just wow...

it was bad. we ordered 3 sausage mcmuffins, a hashbrown, and a caramel iced coffee. we received 2 egg mcmuffins. the hashbrown was very hard and old. the coffee was sickeningly sweet to the point that we couldn’t drink it and just had to throw it away.

This was my go to location. But management turned over in 2022 and now I actively avoid this location. 4 days in a row my iced coffee was burnt and disgusting.

How do u stop taking customer orders at 9pm to do Door dash and Uber eats orders only. I could understand at midnight maybe but not 9pm. Then drove around to drive through window everyone standing up front on phones. But yet so busy with Uber eat and door dash orders right 🤷‍♂️

I regret to report that my experience at this particular McDonald's was subpar. The unsanitary conditions of overflowing trash cans and unclean bathrooms made me feel uncomfortable, and the unprofessional behavior of employees taking extended breaks further detracted from the overall experience. I would hesitate to recommend this location to fellow patrons, especially families with young children.

This McDonald's really screwed up today they Park me for my food which is a normal thing at all the McDonald's I waited 15 minutes no one came out the other two parties that were parked at the same time as me where it ended within less than 5 minutes I walk inside for them to tell me that they haven't even started cooking my food if I wanted something else. If I would have not gone in they would have not even come out to see what was the car that they parked needed how ridiculous is this.

Just went through the drive thru for a Large sweet tea. Young lady did not say anything, no total, can I help you, nothing, once ordered went to the first window, she said $2.13 I handed her the amount in change (8 quarters, 1 dime, 3 Pennies) she just stared at me blankly… well I guess she has never seen change before or she couldn’t believe I paid in change. Moving on to the 2nd window. I see my drink sitting there as the girls proceeded to eat chicken nuggets then a young lady comes to window with her jacket hood on hands me drink and walks off…. What a shame these employees have no customer service or etiquette. Just do better.
