It's McDonald's, fast service, one of the better McDonald's

I just ordered 2 number 7 plain. Which means no onion pickles and ketchup. What we got was one burger with no meat and only cheese on the bun. Not sure why they would think not to add a hamburger on the other two. I don’t think they would appreciate to spend that kind of money just to get bread and cheese. The other one at least had a patty on the bun. When you call them they do not answer the phone. And when I contacted the corporate office by mail it is getting rejected. Would love to add a picture to show what we received.

Worst staff ever, they gave me the wrong order, didn't have what I order 1PM 8/29/24

This location says it's open 24 hours yet every time I go through the drive-thru around 3:00 4:00 a.m. they tell me it's either closed or it's only for doordash or Uber eats not cash.

Not good , they need to fire all them that way they learn how to treat a costumer, they need more respectful employees restaurant need to be clean, bathrooms, , and they need to work with the food , not good at all

I was in a hurry and hadn't tried McDonalds in over a decade. Figured it was breakfast so it would be impossible to mess up. I was wrong, and my digestive system reminded me of how wrong I was just a few hours later. Do yourself a favor...don't go to McDonalds.

Slow, waited a half hour, still never got the food. Like a sucker decided to give them a second shot, 25 minutes to get the food and it was awful. Never again, right? But I have kids and they begged be for McDonalds... So I try pull up instead, never got the food again.

Personally I don't eat McDonald's. I was buying for a family member but I will say that they were very polite and my order was filled very fast. Not to mention it was nice and hot I could feel it through the bag. I'd say I'm more neutral.

I was just at this location and was waiting in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with nobody saying anything. I drove around the building and saw 3 employees inside, they weren't paying any attention at all. I drove back to the drive thru again and still nothing. I can't believe McDonald's has fallen off this much in recent years. I will not be coming back.

Door dash and Uber eats and they are taking care of the line not anyone in store

what the hell is up with this place? they wouldn’t give us sauce unless we bought chicken nuggets so we bought chicken nuggets and they added 4 sauces on our receipt. we literally spent $50 on food. when we pull up to the window, and they literally refuse to give us the sauce unless we pay more. she made us pay a quarter per sauce packet.

Slow rough and never get the orders right and have an even harder time getting it fixed

We stopped here to get my grandbaby a chicken nugget happy meal already paid for our food and waiting 48 minutes. Worst McDonald’s ever.

The employees here are awful, they don't pay attention, do not care about service what so ever and have zero attention to detail. They served us stale food, hard a rock, order medium and they give small, or you order and some random doordasher who doesnt exist picked the order up when they decided to close the store. I know this because after a "dasher picked up my order" the store was marked closed. We will be contacting McDonald's corporate because one bad order? Okay. Two bad orders? Thats weird but okay, mistakes happen. But FIVE+ orders being bad?? Thats just poor management and staffing.

I just came home from picking up my order that I made and literally the who thing was half way done, I have two half mcflurries, paid for bacon got one piece and this is the worst thing I have ever gotten so far from this location, corporate was in the store during my visit and the store still can’t be ran correctly

First you park me for ten minutes then I go and ask for my order which they forgot. Then I get 2 egg mcmuffins with a (folded egg). Awful.

Update to review finally got to window 30 minutes after I arrived to be told that they made the wrong size and can I pleas park and they will bring out 25 minutes in line my app changed code 4 times while I sat at the border box for drive through for a Carmel frappe and the girl messaging just one minute Absolutely the slowest McDonalds i have ever been to i thought that it couldn't get worse but they proved me wrong save your time and visit a different location maybe if they lose enough bussiness they will finally wake up and smell the roses new inside but still same slow and lazy workers I’m done with this location

Worst McDonald's in Lakeland. Used to be the best. Now it's a joke. They make u wait outside the drive through allowing only 1 car to order every 5 mins. My guess to act like ticket times are better but even after this it still takes them 30 mins to get food. If you go inside it's worse. Ppl standing around. How this mcdonald's makes money is besides me. Poor management and leadership

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The drive thru is the absolute worst! No reason to sit there for minimum 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you, let alone take your order! Do not even think about doing a mobile order where they bring it to you. The worst mdcondalds ever!

I waited almost 15 minutes at their overflow drive through slot for 2 cheeseburgers. It took the over 15 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers. Avoid this place at all costs.

This particular McDonalds had a recurring problem 18 months ago. They have remodeled the interior. The food here is always fresh and quickly prepared and served. Quick tip: Use the app to order the food before you arrive at the store and choose at the counter. There's rarely a line that way, and you can beat the drive-thru line if there is one. Plus, the app has daily deals, like a buy one gets one super cheap for certain burgers. I have upgraded my review of this store based on recent visits. Well done owners and crew at the N Socrum Loop Rd McDs.

Very disappointed! I went to order on the app and the app was saying I already ordered today and it clearly showed I didn’t. The manger said she thinks the app was broken. So I paid an extra $6 for my meal because she wouldn’t do anything on her end to fix the price. As someone who runs a small business I find this definitely not right. She would have been able to fix this. We won’t be back to this McDonald’s again!

It’s time to admit you guys cannot handle being 24 hours. You don’t have the man power during the night to run the store, so why continue wasting resources? It’s ridiculous I & others waited 37 minutes for one meal & I only did it because I already paid for it- yet I knew better than to come here so smh to myself. Other than that it’s a decent location.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been , imagine be told to pull out of line to wait for your drink.... a drink.....I have never came here and they actually have it together The only thing guaranteed is your fries will be cold. They need a whole new management team and staff 🙄

Too many issues to count. If you ask for a special order they either will forget to make it the way you asked our they will be rude in the way they complete your special order (for example, I ordered extra onions on my burger and ended up with 2 massive handfuls of onions on the burger). The wait times get longer every day (my daughter waited over 20 minutes for 2 ice creams) and they lose orders (my husband waited pulled up by the front door as directed and they never came back with our food. After an hour he went in for a refund).

The location is great for the area, and the new lobby is really nice. It's a very busy location which is why I give it 3 stars in service. The employees are nice, it's just really busy and often takes awhile.

They had no ice cream, Dr pepper was away and rude staff.

Saturday night shift workers on May 18 2024 are a bunch a rude unprofessional and lazy.The food was GARBAGE.Long wait at the drive thru and dinning close very early. We waited an extra 5 minutes in spot #2 for our burgers because they said they were making two fresh quarter pounders for us. They walked over to our car and gave us the food. IT WAS COLD. Obviously not fresh

Date August 11,2023 around 6:20 pm.The rudest worker ever.I think she's the manager too.If you hate working there why not find another place to work or learn what costumer service mean.Never again coming back to this place.I wish I can put -100000 star. REMODELED THE PLACE ALL YOU WANT BUT THE SERVICE AND FOOD IN THIS LOCATION ARE THE WORSE STILL.WORK ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND GET RID OF BUNCH OF LAZY IMMATURE.

Everyone needs to boycott the two lane drive thru. It causes upset when you get to the speaker first but the car that was behind you gets their order taken before yours from the other lane.

I waited at the drive-through on the outer side with the orange cones exactly 10 minutes all three cars on the inner side speaker went ahead of me I finally pulled up to the front window and ask them if they could take my order there and they were really rude about telling me no the black lady said had to go all way back out again wait another 20 minutes to get my order taken when they could’ve done it right there in that window Easily enough I guess you’re prejudiced against white people that’s the way we felt

05/16/2024 Drive thru is extremely slow. I ordered beforehand in the mobile app. No napkins and none of the requested condiments. I had to park and go back inside to get my condiments. I ordered a regular McCrispy. It still slaps though. Better than Chik-fil-a.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to. It is insanely slow, even if you have a mobile order. No matter when I go or what I order, I still have issues with waiting 15-30 minutes. The iced coffee is always just pure creamer and the food is always cold. The staff are never friendly and never apologize for the wait. Even for the lowered expectations of McDonald's, this is pathetic.

NO MATTER THE TIME OR DAY …. this mcdonald’s has the worst service & it’s the exact opposite of fast food. It makes no sense that we sit in this drive-thru for over 25 minutes each time and then when the workers do acknowledge you .. it’s always with an attitude … Coming to McDonalds should never be stressful BUT this location makes it just that … STRESSFUL . & PLEASE IF I PAY FOR A LARGE FRY … fill the container up! if i wanted a small, i would’ve ordered that!

You guys need to pay attention on happy meal orders requesting double fry instead of apples. Give people their drinks ,oh and i would really like hot french fries.

Very poor communication, slow to ask for order, no greeting, and the prices are too high!

Waited in line for over 10 minutes after placing the order, when they took my card they charged me for someone else's order without even clarifying. I wasn't even told.. I over heard their conversation behind the counter about my card. Took over 10 minutes before a manager was gotten to fix it and then they gave me cold food that I watched them make before I even paid. I know everyone's food in the line behind me was cold because I watched them make all their food and drinks before I even got my card back.. Wait times are always terrible at this location no matter what time you order or what way you place your order. You can remodel but that doesn't change the service received.

Service is usually hit or miss, and the wait in the drive-thru is very long if you don't use the app. However Miss Amanda was so lovely for me, y'all treat her right!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Always slow, always gives the wrong order, always unorganized. Food is also usually terrible - it always tastes old. Once I even received a cheeseburger with no patty. Avoid at all costs and go to the one off 98. It’s only about 10 min away from this one.

I wish I could give 0 stars but sadly I'll give them 1, they have no problem getting disrespectful to costumers, I have a health condition and if I don't eat I'll pass out, I have a busy life so I sadly have no time to pass out either, but according to whoever answered the phone it's my fault I needed food, they got my order wrong and I didn't want to pass out so I had to eat what was given, I would've eaten what I paid for but instead I'm not feeling sick. I called to tell them about it and instead was given hell for my condition and talked down on for "not calling back sooner", I'm not gonna call when I'm driving it's illegal and I'm not gonna call when I'm with my family fighting to pass out. I asked for the manager and she hung up on me so I didn't get anyone's name and I didn't speak with the manager. Either a better more respectful staff is needed or the location has to be closed, we've had tiny problems every now and then before with this location but honestly if it's gonna get this bad might as well shut it down. Whoever answers the phones needs to be spoken to as well for their poor customer service skills.

There has never been a worse McDonald’s, it’s always slow, the food is always bad, they are too lazy to make a breakfast burrito so they say they have been out for 2 months. Today I waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes before giving up. (Not exaggerating at all) just go anywhere else if you are hungry.

By far and away the worst McDonald's in the country. Slow incompetent service and terrible food. The drive thru sensors either don't work or are completely ignored. Orders are cooked in no sensical order.

It’s rare that I have a good experience at this location. I heard the person at the drive thru window say “give me a few minutes.” After waiting about 15 minutes, I left with no food. It’s usually always like this. The McDonald’s near Walmart is a lot better

Made the late night munchies. Everything was as expected. Hot crispy and savory.

My husband went and got dinner. He waited about 30 mins in line. He came back home with fries that literally had barley and fries in the containers, there was absolutely not even a drop of salt on them and my kids chicken nuggets were old. I went back up there with the fries to get them replaced, before I could finish even telling them what was wrong with my order the girl on the headset cut me off and told me just to pull to the second window. I waited roughly 20 to 25 mins. The girl who helped me at the second window was kind and was not rude and she replaced my fries and filled them appropriately. BUT when I got home to actually eat my burger I ordered it had gotten cold and it was burnt to a crisp. My kids who the fries were for had fallen asleep by the time I got home and didn't get to eat their fries which also upset me. This is the second time I have came here and gotten ripped off with the fries. Having to go all the way back up there after working a 12 hour shift was really inconvenient.

Horrible just horrible, almost every meal I've ever ordered from here has always been wrong and they are always rude and never want to help at all, plus they are the slowest and most unbearable mcdonald's I've ever been too.

First time stopping in a McDonalds in probably 6 yrs. This place was an abomination. Stopped here on 2/25/24. Complete disorder and confusion behind the counter, I ordered a big mac, med fry and med drink. McDonalds food is complete trash. That burger wasn't fit to feed a dog. There was about 1oz of meet between the two patties and there was so much sauce it was pathetic. I took one bit and threw it away. There was a group of 6 of us and nobody liked their order except 1 person who got the nuggets. This was a reminder why I don't go in a McDonalds. Their food quality is absolutely disgusting. What amazes me is the amount of people who frequent these stores every day.

Overcrowded, understaffed and just plain chaotic! Definitely a one and done for me.

In the drive thru over 30 minutes. The lady was annoyed with my order had me pull forward and then told me I needed to come in for my order because "it was too cold they ain't coming outside" run by a bunch of teenagers. We won't be back.

Went through the drive through to get my son a happy meal, no big deal right? Boy was I wrong. I asked for a 4 piece nugget all fries. When we got home I opened the box to find someone else's meal a cheese burger and apple slices. Neither of which my 2 year old will eat.

Their were four cars in drive thru. I went inside no one was in line a couple was seated the manger or supervisor (white woman with short hair she also had on a neon vest) walked by me to give the couple something. When she was walking back to the counter I asked "do i have to use the kiosk to order" she said "no but i have to go to the back so you can wait or you can leave" I left the restaurant and I will not be going back. This was very unpleasant and rude. I only give one because zero is not an option!

Ordered 200 MC nuggets at midnight, and they did it perfectly.

Sadly this is the closest McDonald’s and it’s always horrendous. Either forget our food or give us the wrong thing. Sometimes they don’t have any soda besides Fanta and of course the smoothie and ice cream machine never work. Hate this place so much, double check your bags if you come here. People in the drive through are always rude and rushing you.

Just left their drive thru. (2/4/24 4:35PM Order 73) I requested upon ordering the my food be cooked to order. When I pulled up, they pretty much had my order ready at the window which was too quick for what I had asked for being there was no one waiting in line. I asked had they cooked everything (nuggets fresh, fries lightly salted and fresh and light tartar). to order and the young lady looked me in my face and lied and had the audacity to smile while doing so. Fries heavily salted, lukewarm and limp; heavy tarter on my fish fillet. They usually get it right and I happily wait for it, but this group today was just being lazy. There was literally no one there, so there’s no excuses. When I take the time to ask for something…any special requests, that’s what so expect. Terrible service…

This is pathetic. This sandwich was obviously just thrown together and was a complete mess. Also in the order was a vanilla iced coffee that had so much vanilla sweetener in it that I actually threw it out before I even left the parking lot. This isn't the first time at this location and the experience is still the same, poor ....

First of all, we ordered a mobile order and had to wait 30 min for our food. We ordered two meals and 3 kids meals. They were all wrong in one way or another or missing items.

Always unfriendly children working there that never say thank you and always get the order wrong. Please just hire friendly people.
