Bad at all, little space, bad attention to the public

Fast service. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared to order.

They will just hire anybody nowadays, won’t they? Most of these people don’t even care about their job. Let alone care about customer service.

I have been to many McDonald's this is the slowest of them all, 9 out of 10 they get the order wrong. I think they don't care. I remember when this restaurant had caring people and I'm not referring this one in particular but to them all. Here in polk county this is the closest to my house and the worst one . 🫤

Ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins, well toasted. And a hash brown..simple order! You'd think. 10:52am. They parked me,fine. 11:07 I go inside, not a one come to ask me if I needed help after 2 minutes. Ask for a manager and she hears me, goes, gone for 3 minutes and comes back with two hardly cooked muffins and a cold hash brown!! McDonald's wants $15 an hour to work? If the service and quality of food don't change...more money for WHAT?!?! step up management! Coach and educate on how to listen and make food. Correctly

All I ordered was a coffee and a hashbrown. They parked me to wait 1 minute for my hashbrown to come out of the fryer, I waited 10 minutes for 1 hashbrown and decided it was a waste of my time and left...

This location is new and for the most part clean. Food is good and service is OK.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Polk county! I waited 18 minutes for a double cheeseburger in the third window. Everyone behind me was getting their food. This lace needs management to step it up and actually care about their customers. This is not my first bad experience here.

Little slow on the service and out of two drink choices we asked for but the food was hot

You want to go to a McDonald's with bad customer service. Bad ability to complete orders correctly and give them to you and then you can't even call them to tell them about it because they pick up the phone and leave it off the hook. Then definitely come to this place. You told them they were missing an item and they look at you like you're crazy and then they still didn't put everything else in the bag correctly and then pick up the phone and left it off the hook. That way they don't have to answer the customers. They definitely need a clean house there starting from the management down.

Slowest Mcdonald’s I ever been they always take forever. I waited 15mins in line for 2 Frappes unbelievable. Hope eventually they figure out something because the wait ain’t worth it.

Poor service. Poor communication with the staff and the managers at this location. The gereral manager and the manager have lack of respect and communication skills. Poorly managed location. I have been to better locations than this one. This is by far one of the worst ones I have seen.

Absolutely one of the most clean and nice looking McDonald's I've ever been in.

This location is always a problem. Service was good this time but the burger buns were hard and stale. Yuck. To add to this review and take it back a few stars. This is terrible horrible service, rude people working the windows, the fries are so salty they are inedible. The old man was a real jerk tonight and probably did that on purpose. It's not my fault you hate your job, sir. I'd rather drive further then deal with this location.

The person who finally came up to front counter was dirty. Hair all in his face.they were so rude and we waited over 15 minutes for our food

30+ minute wait for 6 hash browns

They didn’t know how to ring up any of their McCafé items, rung me up for the wrong item, made the wrong item and denied doing so when confronted and took 10 minutes per window.

BEWARE!! They kept my bank card in the drive thru. I called and confirmed they had it and they said management was going to put it in the safe until I got there. By the time I made it back to pick my card up my account had already been charged $982.90 in fraudulent purchases. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Set in the drive through for 20 minutes to be given the wrong food. Had to park went back in to. Get the right food was given the wrong food. 2 more different times the manager has an attitude. And obviously don't know how to run a McDonald's. I would choose a different one if you need a happy meal. They're only serving. Not so happy meals here

We went through the drive through this morning. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, plain mcgriddle, 1 hashbrown, 2 chocolate milks, and an egg mcmuffin. Yikes the egg on the egg mcmuffin smelled so bad and was green... called 9 times and no one answered the phone. Went back for a refund 😕 We usually do not eat at this McDonald's but our grandson wanted a plain mcgriddle. Everything was cooked correctly but the egg mcmuffin. Food for thought when considering that particular breakfast sandwhich.. 🤔

I typically visit this McDonald's frequently. Don't use the outside pickup option here. They work fastest on drive thru or pickup inside.

I sat in my hot car for almost 15 minutes. There were three of us parked and they brought out all three at once.

So about 2 weeks ago I go thru the drive thru and the lady said she will be right with me. We waited no lie about 30min in line to then be ignored we drove around 2x and nothing..today we go once again and we asked for sweet and sour sauce the guy tell me it's 50 cent per sauce? Like really well he never opened the register and came back w the sauce so I guess he kept the 50cent..so sad

Drove 15 mins from my job to get me and my sister food around 10pm I thought they had everything right and my food felt hot I was satisfied at first. When I got home (which is 18 minutes out)and finally opened up my food from its wrapper I realized my Cheeseburgers only had meat and buns, the bread was stale, and my fries were COVERED in oil. My sister's meal was exactly the same as mine hers was made correctly and FRESHLY MADE. I drove ALL the way back and just got a FULL refund for my food and told them to toss the food they gave me. I have been to this McDonald's on 3150 Kathleen Road many times. It is the most poorly managed McDonald's that I've ever been. Both the drive-thru & the dine-in ordering consistently delay my order & other patrons' orders. Today, inside the restaurant one lady waited over 30 minutes another patron waited over 15 minutes and I too waited about 20 minutes. We all did not receive our drinks which was another 10 minute wait. The staff turnover is high. The kitchen staff seem disorganized. The cashier is always absent. A patron had to holler into the kitchen to get someone to take his order. They don't seem short staffed. The manager was annoyed towards a patron when she complained about having to wait over 30 minutes for her order. The employees overall are rude or apathetic. It seems that they prioritize drive-thru orders over dine-in orders. I think it is poor management & poor training. I hope the owner, owns up to it, and gets their act together- so this establishment can thrive.

Worst McDonald's since it opened!! Never does anything in a timely matter workers think it's a hang out to laugh n talk I've made multiple complaints to corporate about this location

The worst McDonald's in the area always have to check your order an get it right cause they don't. Every time I order they have to remake it cause they can't read a screen correctly. I can only imagine how much food they throw out everyday.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and barebones. The food was fresh and hot however the cappuccino was very weak. 1st world problems but Why buy a weak cappuccino ? Almost got a perfect 5

This place consistently opens 10-15 mins past their posted online hours. Cars are waiting in the drive through for 15 min with zero response. This happens ALL THE TIME. Poor management for sure.

This is the worst McDonalds, they NEVER open on time. Then when they do open you have to wait forever for your order. Make sure you check order because half your food is missing or it’s the wrong items.

On Monday, February 5, I went to buy 18 MC Chiken and they only put 14 in my order and if I paid the 18, it is not the first time that I need food in this place

Says they close at 12 but they close early and get rude with you.

Yup the reviews you are reading are correct- be prepared to wait for your food AND to have an incorrect order. NEVER pull over and wait- that’s the death nell for your meal being timely or correct. Too many times this has happened to us- guess the “convenience “ is not worth it.

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds. Over an hour and half wait for three employees to ask for my order after it was placed on the mobile app. When asking then for a refund the nightshift manager tried to short change me. I had to pull up my bank account to prove the correct amount. The manager was very rude and unprofessional.

Food was fresh and what you'd expect, the only thing that keeps them from getting 5 star's is the customer service employees are rude and unprofessional as well as the manager she is very unprofessional and rude so you obviously can't expect anything more from the other employees when your leader acts that way....

This McDonald’s is the best one I have been to in Florida. The young lady that served our food was very pleasant, smiling and seemed like she enjoyed her job. I do not know her name but the managers do, I told them about her being the Rock Star of McDonald’s. Both Managers was great, food was very hot and fresh, building and kitchen looked clean, pleasant atmosphere. The is McDonald’s rocks! Thanks for the hot meals! Was worth it. This McDonald’s gives the others hope ❤️

This McDonalds is the closest to my house. When they are on top of it, they are awesome. However, if they pull you up to wait for food, beware. I've been asked to do this numerous times. They will clear your order off the board but NEVER actually bring it to you. I've had to call into the restaurant to remind them I'm sitting there waiting for food.

They are usually friendly. The food is always good, but they really need to work on greeting customers in the drive-through. If they need to put you on hold that’s cool but sometimes they don’t even say anything at all for a few minutes.

Hit the drive thru tonight for ice cream sundae's & they were really good, they followed instructions carmel in the middle & hot fudge on the top.

Ordered from the app for curbside. I never got a confirmation that the order was received. I went inside and it worked out. The order was in the system and I got my food.

Staff was not friendly and bathrooms had no toilet paper in Any stalls at 9:30 in morning. That's uncalled for. No silverware with order.

Just stop by for some hash browns and some breakfast burritos they're always pretty similar no matter what store I go to although everything seems to be getting smaller these days and the price higher but at least with McDonald's you know there's going to be some consistency

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order. This location either needs twice as many employees or twice the pay for the ones who are there.

There was a longer than expected wait based on restaurant traffic, and our hamburger patties were cold. The main sink in the men's room was out of order. There were no napkins or condiments available for self-serve.

Sadly, I had time to walk to the back of the restaurant, use the restroom, and walk back to the front of the restaurant before anyone even noticed we were there. The server was nice. But the cook was very slow. All we ordered were garden salads and soup. My husband ordered a chicken salad. Lakeland restaurants seem to have serious problems with training their employees on great customer service. I'm pretty sure we will try it again. Every body has a bad day now and then.
