They have the bathroom closed so you don't use it. I also didn't see a sign that says it is broken. Definitely if you need to pee don't come here.

Always someone begging there. Employees not friendly. Food was hard and not tasty

Looked around for bathroom. Once I found it, I walk up to it and it’s locked. No problem so I wait, whole time a worker is standing by the bathroom and waits to tell us that it’s out of order. No sign stating this

Do not come here! It is dangerous and they have the door closed just because. There were people inside. They did want to helping me buying water They didn’t let me in, I needed water for my 8 year old! Thank you 7eleven

The two ladies working right now are the laziest rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I walked in and 2 people were waiting in line one of them was putting money into the safe with not a care in the world of who was waiting o asked if she could unlock the cooler so I could get a energy drink she said to hold on more people came in then the Second Lady came out I told her I needed a energy drink from the back she proceeded to tell me there was a cooler in the front so when I let her know I don’t want any of those I want one from the back she rudely told me to hold on and called the next person in line then she told me there was no key If you don’t want to work you shouldn’t have no job stay home and don’t work with people

This is the must unprofessional store I have been to. You hardly have anything as it is. The place is dirty as hell and they pick and choose who they want to do full service for or ID..told they don't hear up pizza or press sanwhiches. The floor is dirty the employees can't clean dragging a mop behind you as you walk isn't doing nothing. Employees sitting on merchandise and cashier rather talk on her phone then assist customers very rude and nasty attitude. Crackheads and bums harassing you and begging front smells like piss. Never again

If you like crackheads and bums bugging you in the parking lot (or sleeping) and having to get someone to unlock the cooler door so you can get a soda then this is the place for you!

The women with the red hair is horrible. she's rude unhelpful. No respect for customers. She is obviously fed up with this place. She should be fired and told how to talk to people. And if she has the keys to open something she should give it to another employee instead of making g customers wait whiles on a personal call

I'm a reguler costumer at this 711 it be most like 5 or 4 staffs but I guess everyone left and left this young girl an a employer alone working by herself last night and a-hole, sorry stealing in the back he had a fool 20 on his hand & still stealing, it's sad to see this 711 going down, whoever saying they got good staffs just some, not all, some be rude, the other day this other girl red bone chic a staff , I didn't say nothing because maybe she's starving , she took my 711 points, SMH some be turning off the computers so no one use the machines stop lying to these people, there's no management , I had to step in and tell him something & stayed until the guy left because he wouldnt leave and wouldn't stop stealing, taking advantage of her, naw not cool at all,if I was y'all I'll give that girl a raise give it to her because that's wrong to leave her alone working

4th of July weekend and my car breaks down near this 7-11 store. I am on vacation. After midnight I am sitting in the parking lot waiting HOURS for AAA who incidentally never showed up. Clerks came out to check on me to see if I needed anything. They even found a mechanic for me. They have the cleanest public bathroom I have seen in a long time. Store was very, very clean and well stocked and organized.

Your stores are so busy why one cashier....they be seemly fristrated
