This place is a joke. I order a Pibb, they just gave me a coke. They did not care. I said deliver it to my hotel room. Their lazy delivery driver just left it at the lobby. Some of you may read this and think “big deal.” Here is the “ big deal.” I as the customer paid my money, for a certain item, and for my food to be delivered to my room. I also tipped these lazy “jokes” And my instructions were not heeded. My money was gladly taken. But my order and its delivery instructions were, just tossed to the wayside. It is the principle of the matter. If I or you is paying. Then our institutions should be followed. Lastly when I called to demand my money for the drink I did not order back and the tip money back. I was hung up on. Lousy service.

Pathetic excuse for a dominos. Lazy with deliveries… lazy with orders. Absolute bums running this place worst dominos in Florida

Do nit buy their bread sticks! I got food poisoned and started throwing up in the middle of the night and go to see the doctor’s office next morning!

Don't get your pizza from this place. My wife got severe food poisoning. If I could give this place minus for the food I would. The service I can't complain about.

Pizza and other stuff was ordered via delivery and it came super late and ice cold… no sorry nothing… next time if you order, tip at the door so they don’t take your tip for no providing a good service… this places needs to fix a lot of things!

Their handmade pan pizza is delicious, it is one of my favorites, I recommend it.🤤👍

Bad service. We arrived and they took us out of the establishment. When they were still during working hours and they told us that we had to wait outside, a lady who was in charge also treated us very badly and didn't pay attention to you. We had to wait to order very bad service. We are left with no desire to return. They have to improve customer service. And if I could give it zero stars I would give it zero stars.

I ordered an order for dinner at 8:00 at night and it was 10:30 at night and they still hadn't given me the delivery, 2 and a half hours and in the application they said that they had already delivered it to me, it is a lack of respect which do . And when the man arrived with the cold order, wanting me to tip him and when I told him no because of the bad service, he was very upset and ripped the receipt out of my hand and left. I think they should have more ethics and more professionalism.

Very bad service from one of the drivers in this establishment, I live in a building on the third floor and when the driver called me that he had arrived he told me to go down to get the pizza because he was not going to come up and of course I told him that the He was the one who had to bring me the pizza and he left with the order without delivering it. They should hire professional people

Your costumer service is pooor ...sucks will never make an online order or take out not delivery or mothing lost $19:43 with delivery order can even fix a simple issue not even if you call and talk to a mansger how sad for pizza and Dominos

I love domino pizza but this domino is really a disappointment for the company, it goes further and further backwards every day, the portions they give are ridiculous for the $8 you pay

I ordered online and my order was ready in less than 15 mins. They did not provide us forks or cups. In MA they do and we are used to it. Not sure if this is related to FL rules. Other than that everything is regular dominos pizza

It took them one hour and fifteen minutes and THEY DID NOT WEAR GLOVES. It is not the right thing to do when handling food.

Pizza is always good. What I hate is that they force you to install an app you don't need or want to be able to get the specials

Incredibly rude cashier/manager I entered and approached the register and before I could speak he turned away from me and went to the side to roll dough, he came back , took a call and ignored me again. I sat down. Another customer came in, he rushed spoke to them and stepped away again as I rose and reached the counter. I had to go to the food shelf and calmly & point and ask a baker on the side if my online order could please be given to me and I could pay…..very weird store. Food hit the spot though.

Terrible service, poor communication, they do not read the orders correctly to give the order exactly as the customer requests. Cold and untimely pizza.

The Dominoes on 57 Avenue and N.W. 7th Street has to be one of the worst stores I have ordered from. They load up their delivery guy with numerous orders so your food does not get delivered in a timely manner and it's also lukewarm and I know it's not the delivery guy's fault but it's hard not to get upset. I feel bad for the delivery guy that probably doesn't get tipped as much as he should because of the horrible management of this store. I always tip but I feel shortchanged. They also charge for a delivery fee which is outrageous considering their horrible delivery service. I hope this store goes under and permanently closes down.

My preference, the garlic buns, I recommend them

I ordered one with spinach and feta and they give me one with basil. When I go to complain, the manager insults me and doesn't want to change my pizza.

Ordered from Domino's because we are in a nearby hotel and we were hungry. After waiting over an hour and a half we finally got cold pizza.

The pasta bowls have gotten smaller lately. Feels like I’m paying more money for less food.

We have ordered twice from this place today first time we had Fernando and the second time Sugey. Both of our orders have been exact on every detail (and we are picky) and both orders have been extremely fresh and fast!

Pizza is good as usual no comment, staff very rude, need to train them how to deal professionally or fire them 👎

Soy cliente habitual, ordeno en línea para recoger en tienda, pero los últimos meses siempre me dan la orden diferente a cómo la pido, pongo extra queso y nunca lo ponen a pesar que lo pago extra, parece que no leen todos los detalles de la orden cuando la preparan, me ha pasado con varios ingredientes que pongo o quito.

My boy Yordan hooked the delivery up big time. Had some trouble finding him but the man would not leave until he tracked me down in my hotel lobby. Super grateful for the service man, apologies for making your night complicated!

Fue pésima la atención, el que atendió no se le entendía nada.. hablaba para si mismo, sin ningún gesto ni nada parecido, ojalá no esté todo el día atendiendo porque si vuelvo a ir y está allí esa persona no entro. Deberían buscar gente amable y cordial.

I order something online. Needed to make a change for the sauce. I called the phone, no one picked up, in over 15 mins. When they finally picked up the phone, the lady said she was the manager, said the order is already made, you should've cancelled. Well, I would have if I you would answered the phone.

I’m staying in nearby hotel. I have ordered from this location 3 times. The first time was ok but the pizza was cold by the time it arrived. Second time no complaints. The third which I just ate I orders the garlic bread twists and got plain bread with no seasoning at all. I was hoping to get my orders corrected but when I called they said they could only give a credit.

Welcome to our neighborhood Domino's! It has been a while since one was needed nearby and I'm glad this one had just oppened recently. So far my experience has been really good whenever I order here with pizza being ready on time and fresh. Since it's located inside the plaza parking is plenty and you can also walk around if you're just waiting for the order to be ready. Great location!
