If I could I would give 0 star. Worst customer service ever, dirty location

Subpar subway, and the quality of facility is AWFUL. They overcharged for the two subs we ordered. We only noticed after we left, but they selected a different sandwich entirely to the two identical subs that we ordered (upcharging us an extra $5 in total). I would avoid this location.

Pathetic service. Rude employe . If you don't want to provide service then you should close the store instead of showing rude attitude to customers.

The service is horrible, they always look at you badly, it takes them a while to serve, the portions are tiny and the service is terrible.

I had to put up with the lack of respect from the clerk who told me that he couldn't attend to me because I had an order only and that it was his priority to make that order first than to attend to me physically since I was in the store by order of the store manager. The store is a priority for orders only to attend to and make the people in the store wait. The worker did not want me. Giving your name is a total lack of respect for them to tell you that until they place the order they cannot serve me. This happened today 04/21/2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon on the subway located in Biscayne

Im 51 years old, I’m a Miami-Dade County employee for the last 28 years. I walked into this Subway today for lunch, I was super amazed that I could not use the bathroom. I would like to at least be able to wash my hands before eating an overpriced sandwich. I understand not letting people who are not customers use the bathroom. I’m a customer paying $17 for a sandwich, soda and Damn cookie and can’t wash my hands. This is insane. The food was good, but this Subway will be out of business real soon if they don’t step it up a notch. P.S I’ve never ever written a Bad review I always help local businesses with positive reviews. I went there 9 hours ago and in still upset. I can’t understand why a person who orders a sandwich pays leave a tip is not aloud to use a restroom. If restrooms are not available to paying customers, I wonder how clean the person making my sandwich is.

Terrible place, the worker mistreats you, talks to you in a very bad way, in short they make you feel very bad,

We had a group of adults coming to eat but was so disgusted by the disrespectful young man behind the counter as 3 of us were ordering that I told the rest of our group to go to Mexican place across from Arts center for happy hour instead. We 3 ordered footlong heros. We were told we could use the restroom and to wait until we got our order. After we were finally served after he literally argued with us about everything, we paid and he told us we could not use the restroom, even though I told him it was an emergency. We spent over $40. We were told we couldn't have extra marinara sauce for my meatball sub. The guy was the rudest server I have ever experienced. He didn't give us the key to bathroom because he wanted a tip after such horrible service. I love Subway, but would never go to this location and would advise anyone that wants to be treated like a human being to go here either. He was so nasty and there was nobody else working there. Normally we go to New York pizza but they were closed last night. We were all dressed exquisitely for the opera and treated like we were trash. He tried to overcharge me as well and had an attitude when I told him my hero was not that expensive as he tried to charge me.

Today 04/31/2024, an American center attended me in this place, what a bad way he has with clients, people like that should not work providing services, admin take action on the matter, hire nice people and get that guy out of there

The attention of the clerk is terrible, even though you are a customer, they do not want to let you go to the bathroom and the boy is talking to the boyfriend and without attending to you.

Not friendly staff. Visited at night. Not helpful. Clean-ish....

THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE ENCOUNTER IN MIAMI which says a lot being born and raised here. They hardly carried any ingredients and the ones they did have you weren’t allowed to see them because they have them behind a stainless steal partition instead of glass like ALL the subways in the entire world. I asked to see the chicken and reply was “mami is on the menu” , had to walk out when they wouldn’t show me the meats he was going to use.

There were literal bugs in the sandwich! The worker is slow and stand-offish. They force you to buy food to use the restroom so I bought food and the sandwich had a bunch of dead gnats in it! Absolutely horrendous! Do not eat here!

Worst service at this subway. The server is rude and would not attend to you properly. The body language is as if they don't want you to be at store. They would sit inside their rooms and even if you are at counter they will not come out to talk to you. Simply put avoid this subway so that the company changes the staff serving here.

should have read review before ordering here. roast beef sub comes with barely no beef, bathroom broken, no drinking water, empty restaurant at busy lunch time. will never come back.

It’s seems to be a problem with the employees attitudes. It’s not the 1st time I’ve experienced negative attitudes especially from the male associate but it will be the last from this Subway!

The male employee here took out order at the register then we proceeded to order. The place was empty when we arrived. He still gave us an attitude.

Should be 0 stars but that’s not allowed. Went for sandwiches last night about 7 pm and were greeted to the server and a customer arguing about him overcharging for a replacement ingredient when subway was out of the original ingredient. The server was incredibly rude, didn’t even say hello or acknowledge our presence. He was making whatever he wanted. Added things we didn’t request and simply refused to add pickles!! He made faces, rolled his eyes and barely put any ingredients on the sandwich. Seems like every ingredient we asked to be added was coming directly out of his pocket. Sandwiches were decent in the end but easily the worst service I have received in any restaurant ever.

Pathetic service the person serving there was not even listening to the order he was making what ever he wanted. Felt as if he was being forced to work there. We had to tell him 4 times thats when he stoped packing our sub and added sauces. And then started making faces and rolling eyes. Worst service ever. Plus a huge rat just popped up from behind the counter and ran and hide below the refrigerator. Felt disgusted. Will never visit ever again not because of the rat but because of the servers attitude.

No running water, health hazard

I was there today with my husband. The lady was very polite. There was no line and we could buy very fast. Our order was fresh and delicious. Thank you 😊.

The attending lady was just too rude. She clearly hates her job and treats customers as if it is their fault. The place was dirty.

Come here on my lunch break. I don’t have a problem with the food but whoever is training the staff needs to have higher standards with performance. Young Spanish boy got multiple things wrong on order, didn’t care at all, and just rude. Staff need discipline and correction to perform well.

The young Hispanic lady is rude and so disrespectful I asked for pizza an she had an attitude an denied me the kind of pizza I wanted (which I didn’t know employees can do that ) further more my great aunt who uses a walker asked to use the restroom and was denied an she ended up using the restroom on her self an I had to take her to the passport office to go to the rest room , this place an employee was extremely disrespectful and didn’t deserve my money .

I am NOT the type to leave negative reviews but the absolutely incompetent staff have completely butchered every order (more than three) I have placed through Postmates from this establishment. The place was filthy when I went in person, and the staff proceeded to have a five minute conversation in front of me before taking my order. No one in there washed their hands and scratched their heads with the same gloves they made the sandwiches. I hope the managers of this establishment check the reviews from time to time, because I am being completely sincere when I say that I have rarely received such poor service from any establishment in my entire life.

WOW, worst Subway I have ever been to. The dining area is very dirty. Employees pay zero attention to you when they are just standing around talking. AND, when I ask for the restroom key after paying, I was told “that the bathrooms have no working water”. Well that’s not true because while we were eating we watched an employee unlock the bathroom and use it! I understand homeless people are an issue but I just spent $28.00 in your store please unlock the bathroom for me I’m clearly not homeless and please don’t flat out lie to me. I have had poor customer service and this location is far beyond poor they are terrible. The sad thing is.. the owner probably has no clue how bad the service level really is. Maybe they will read this…

Mmm general subway I imagined. Frankly, this area is not a safe place for foreigners as me, and I believe that they do not allow them to use the restrooms for drug and security reasons.(not allowed to use it in Asia if it's security reason as well.) It is an inexpensive restaurant so I don't ask for much. Good luck

The worst place to eat ever in my life. There is this one Spanish kid with gold teeth 9147 is his server number, he's extremely rude and racist. He refuses to give me what I want in my sandwich, which I'm willing to pay for. Bread 🥖 stale, no options only white. I work across the street and uncomfortable when I see this kid working in there, to go get a sandwich 🥪, I refuse to. He also proceed to press 20% tip without my consent. He needs to not be working there. He makes me feel like I'm bothering him or beneath him. The owner needs to reclaim his store with all these bad reviews. This guy is the only one that's ever rude to me.

I was killing time waiting to pickup my passport, so I hiked several miles and worked up a thirst (and a need to use the bathroom). I got into line and a black gentleman asked if I had change for a $50, as the clerk was refusing to take a fifty on a $20+ order. I said that I didn’t have any cash, but I offered to pay for the gentleman’s food (which had already been prepared). The female clerk appeared annoyed. I added a soda and bag of chips to the order and paid the $25 on my credit card. I then asked to use the bathroom, and the clerk told me it was out of order. Fair enough (even though there were two stalls, and it seemed a bit unlikely they would both be out of service). I sat down at a table to eat my chips and drink my soda. About 20 minutes later two older Hispanic women entered the store and asked this same clerk to use the bathroom. She promptly unlocked the men’s restroom for the one woman, and they both proceeded to use the facilities. The restroom had not been serviced between when I asked to use it and when she permitted the two older women to use it. I politely asked the clerk why she had refused me access to the facilities but allowed the women to use the restroom, and she fumbled through an improbable explanation about the facilities being out of service until 10:30. I will not speculate as to her motivations, but this case, but this conduct seems consistent with the very many other reviews left.

HORRIBLE !!!!! they only have two bread choices and it’s stale The guy making my sandwich didn’t speak English and kept messing up my order and had the nerve to be rude on top of that. Another time I came to this Subway and the employee had both her hands in her mouth biting her nails and said really loud no cash card only as she proceeded to take her hands she just pulled out of her mouth to put on gloves to make my sandwich I walked out they are nasty and I will never step foot in there again!!!! In addition to the transients that watch you when you go and out to possibly rob you!

Bathrooms are out because she didn't have a key. Found out by another employee that she didn't want to Clean bathroom that's why employee said that. Plus their Ice machine wasn't working after I paid for food and drinks. Then she mentions she has no soup after paying for it! 🤦‍♂️

A horrificly rude employee that has red hair, (older woman) was completely inappropriate and went on and on about both restrooms being out of order (I honestly felt it was just not to have to get the key to allow a customer to use the restroom!) She claimed that she doesn't drink any liquids just so that she doesn't have to use the restroom. ( if that is accurate that is against the federal law not to have a functioning restroom for employees)I asked well where is the nearest one and she had no response.

Bread was stale (old). As a customer, I asked to used the bathroom and both were closed to customer-access. Having no bathrooms violates most jurisdictions' restaurant health codes. Said it was open mornings on Fridays, but didn't open until noon. Shame because it was a convenient location - won't be back.

Really surprised to find out the store closes at 9PM despite its hours on door said 10PM. Ordered through Subway app and said ready for pick up then when coming over, the staff not open the door. Why the Subway app takes order and the store said ready to pick up but then shut door at 9:26PM? The lady waved at you and then disappeared leaving you at the door with your Subway app said your order is Ready for pick up!

Pedir Uber eat en está locación es una porquería la gente que trabaja ahí es una porquería sin educación… cuando en la aplicación te dice que está listo ellos se dan el lujo de decirte que esperes 40 Minutos más aparte discuten con el Cliente y ponen de defensa a gente de la calle .. está es mi segunda ves que pedí ahí la Primera ves la Tipa tenía cerrada la puerta y no quería abrir cuando abrió se molestó y siendo que uno quiere recoger su pedido son un asco de personas

El lugar sucio, el pan de fresco no tenía ni el nombre, el empleado parecía drogado, rellenando las salsas sin usar guantes...en fin, me arrepentí de hacer el pedido y me fui del sitio.

I'm extremely disgusted I ordered a tuna sub with bacon and received a sub with chicken and salami no bacon and no tuna I received this through Uber Eats and I know they got the order right because the cucumber and onion and mustard are there this is extremely despicable in this business needs to be closed down if they can't hire quality employees I can't believe they blatantly put the wrong ingredients on my sandwich sent it out of the door whoever owns this business if you're reading this your employees simply don't care and your business will not be making much money with this type of service I got to send this to the news stations

The worst service I have ever had in any store. On Aug 13th, evening they lady works there let you fell that you are a beggar and they are providing free food.

-Hiring -currently understaffed - restrooms almost never work ( homeless and regular folks come inside to mess it up; not flushing , not turning off sink after there done , not picking up toilet paper etc…. ) there’s a sign outside that says no public restroom ( please read ) another between the restroom that’s says restroom for customers only , -since I’m very understaffed it’s hard for me to prep everything and be open exactly at 9 am ,I get there 7am everyday to get things done - staff over worked ,I’m the manager opening and closing :( currently an assistant manager at dominos as well at night after I close subway at 8 pm -lovely people despite the homeless, people always hating on the homeless but yea no one wants them there but no one wants to help either so, I say live let live they are humans too - online orders I’m sorry my superiors haven’t been able to update our system to say we DONT CARRY PEPPER JACK CHEESE OR BBQ SAUCE , sorry! Not all subways are the same we don’t do pizza either ! - thank you for choosing subway and my deepest apologies for the previous bad reviews , I can’t fix what was done before my time at the store but thank you understanding -

I visited one, Can you imagine what happened to me? I wanted to use the resthroom. Since the door was lock. I asked one of the employee. Can you open the door for me? Please!!! The employee replied I need to buy something. So, They can let me use the resthroom.

Spanish young lady was working alone in the afternoon of 04/02/17. There is a bus stop is in front so constant traffic. Ice machine was out and facility run down. Long wait but that girl was amazing. She went out of her way for everyone. We stayed nearby overnight and just got off of cruise ship. Was struck by her efficiency in the face of adversity. Also, amazed that a franchise can ignore a facility that deserves a lot more attention. Amazing worker with despicable franchise management.

Typical subway. Nothing impressive or detracting. The homeless that come on often don't bother me but, I did witness a non-English speaking tourist family harassed once before.

Friendly, efficient, fast service. Time: 8:56 AM, Tuesday.
