Love ❤️ the action bowls and smoothies

So refreshing ...so so so good!!!

Well, I feel very disappointed because I had very high expectations about this place. Imagine what it's like to leave your house,On a Saturday night, gather your whole family to go to a Brazilian food place and you arrive and they don't have anything available at all. This is what happened. I moved 15 of my Brazilian relatives to this business and we arrived there was no cheese bread, no coxinhia, no esfija… I understand that the main soul of this business is the ACAI BOWLS. But , they advertise other things and they should have it available for any client who might need it at any time of the day.

Waited 30 minutes today and only one person preparing orders and one cashier not helping. Got to do better!

I’m in love with this place I tried it Monday and I came back today I love the fact that you can build you own bowl! The granola is fresh and fruit! I’m not getting my Açaí bowls from anywhere else!!

Order was placed at wrong location. Jordan said the manager Verebna states policy i can not get my money back but theyre able to "hold it".. very upsetting this is the second bad experience ive had with them.

Love it! Ive been about 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Fruit are so fresh and sweet. Definitely my favorite acai bowls. My youngest loves the Brazuca smoothie!

I go once a week, each time I go the food quality is always great. The only problem I have is the customer service with one or two staff members.... I say thank you, no response.... Customer service is what makes people feel welcome..... Bad customer service will cause you to have less customers or people just don't care.

Staff is always very welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing!!

my friends and i LOVEEE coming here, my favorite açaí place ever for years!!! now that i moved to the woodlands area a couple of my friends and i are upset about the distance but would occasionally make the long drive since it is the best açaí around!!! i hope they can open one in the woodlands in the near future!! also being brazilian their brazilian food is amazing, the culture is well represented.

Love this place. Best Acai I have ever had, the staff was very nice and polite which is rare to find these days. I got a bowl one night and went back the next day and they remembered my order lol so crazy.

This place was SO good, like I’ve had several Acai bowls at many different places and I have to say this is one of the best!!! A little pricey ($31 for a small and medium bowl), but worth it!! The staff was also super nice, two young guys served us and were super great!!

Today I ordered the Hawaiian bowl and I added additional toppings which cost more. They didn’t put items in the bowl🤦🏾‍♀️. Called the store and lady put me on hold and never came back. This stuff is very expensive especially ordering on door dash and the young folks they hire don’t pay attention to order details. This is second day this happened 🤦🏾‍♀️.

No personal accountability on the person who took my order when I clearly said I want honey and not condensed milk. The blame was placed on me instead. And was quick to say we can't refund you. Instead of saying sorry for the mistake made. Lacks great service.

10/10 the food is great. And the lady with the curly hair is supppper dupppeer nice!!! And just made my experience so much better I alway love seeing her but the lady who checked me out with one air pod in her ear had such an ugly nasty attitude ! Like for what ?

I'm visiting from NJ and I always enjoy having an Acai Bowl. I looked up this place and realized it was closed. I still called and gave a shot... Miss V. Answered and was willing to still make me an acai bowl! (I don't want to misspell her name!). Acai Bowl is very authentic and has the real fruits and real produce! Definitely coming back here when I visit again!

We love coming here regularly. Honestly they are the best Acai Bowls in Houston. We crave them all the time. Delicious and fresh every time. The Acai alone is unlike any other you have tried in the city. You will not find a better Acai bowl anywhere else in the city.

I’ve had acai a lot of places and these are by far the best! Add Nutella to any of them for pure perfection. Everything is fresh, creamy and soooo good! Don’t miss out bc it’ll soon become your fav, too!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. I recommend trying the Brazilian Acai Bowl with pitaya because it tastes like the most delicious ice cream you've ever had. The mix of pitaya and condensed milk creates a creamy, milky & fruity mix. I recommend adding bee pollen or granola for that extra crunch.😋 Edit: The staff is always attentive, focused & kind.

The best place to get fresh juices and açaí bowls 🙌🏼. The owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming. My favorite açaí bowl is the very berry. My favorite juice is the sunrise and green detox.

My husband and I have been obsessed since last year! We come here multiple times a month. It's our favorite Acai place. 10/10 recommend! Love the point system also. I had $67 worth of points at one time lol that shows how often we go. Our 1 year old loves it as well. Can't recommend enough!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place! Not only is the staff super friendly, patient, and helpful, but the bowls and smoothies are phenomenal! It’s always a pleasant experience every time we visit (at least once a week.) I’d definitely recommend Açaí Brasil to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy snack, they won’t disappoint!

Overall I truly enjoy eating the açaí! It’s delicious and I crave it often. It is also nice that they offer reward points. Generally the staff is nice.

I would go and the employee was backup on mobile orders around 7-9pm and they were so kind and would check in on me as I waited for my order and it was so nice and they got my order out fast

Their food and service are excellent but they are a bit pricey.

The salad was incredibly refreshing and packed with flavor and the açaí berry..The combination of ingredients was delightful, and the portion size was satisfying.

This place is awesome let me tell you. I have had Acai a lot since 2009 from s few different places but this is by far the best. Always super fresh fruits and ingredients. I also know the owner and his wife personally and they are great people who work hard to bring the best. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a great experience anytime day or night!!

SO Delicious!!! I've been craving an Acai Bowl and decided to try this place from the reviews and it being closer to home, and I'm so very glad I did. I got the Very Berry and added banana. Yummy Yum Yum!!! Is all I could say between bites it's So Delicious! Every bite is fresh and better than the last!!! 😋The only other one I've had was at Bebidas which is very good also.

We have tried many bowls and all of them are delicious. The staff is very kind, attentive and friendly. The waiting time is not bad. The place is clean and have plenty seats to enjoy you açaí. Highly recommended.

Fresh, delicious, and no fillers! Hands-down, the best açaí and pitaya bowls around! I also love all of the Brazilian street food. My faves are the ban berry bowl & chicken bites (I don’t remember the name)but everything here is delicious!

I bought a Paul Saul açaí bowl and it tasted expired. It was not good at all. I recommend Vitality Bowls, they always have fresh açaí bowls. Very disappointed.

Have eaten here a few times now. I have to say that I really enjoy the açaí bowls, I have had a few different ones. They are generous portions and fill me up for sure. I will be back for sure. My friend however, who has been with me a few times has felt unwell after each visit… not sure why and sadly we won’t be trying to find out as she won’t go there again. I will be going solo or taking my husband or another of my friends instead! The staff were very helpful and smiley, in a pleasant not cheesy way. Answered all our questions, believe me the first time I had many. Clean environment and plenty of parking.

The street snacks are all amazing and the fruit bowls are fresh and refreshing. I wish they had a drive thru. I'm not a fan of soda, but the Brazilian soda is light, fruity, and refreshing. I highly recommend this place.
