I actually randomly went to this place after see the advertisement outside and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the attendent at the register and hot fresh the food was was (meaning you have to wait) but was all worth it definitely want to try more items on the menu since i got pizza and wings but they had so much more...

Food was amazing. We had pizza and wings. It was ready on time and hot and fresh. Would highly recommend

Paid $24 for 2 Gyros with a side of fries. Only was given 1 ketchup. When I asked for a few more they said they charge for it. Are you kidding? Won't be back. Was it really worth .10 cents of ketchup you saved?

The food was awesome...found a diamond in the ruff...wings, pizza and garlic cheese bread were fantastic. Will definitely be ordering from here again...want to try the pasta dishes and Strombolis...great job!!!

Wanted a pizza pie but wanted two of the slices to be put in a separate bag. I was told they couldn’t do it but I could do it myself. I just went to a different pizza shop where they are allowed to cut slices and separate them.

I live 12 minutes away from them and they won't deliver to me.

It is what you would expect for a hole in the wall. It is mostly carry out. However they do have several tables inside. The wings were great (I ordered the hottest sauce). The fries were delicious and well seasoned. Overall it was a great experience.

The owner is so rude is ridiculous. He definitely needs to humble himself.

All I can say is Holy Marinara, the amount of cheese in this pasta was just perfectly placed in every bite. 10/10

Service wasn't good the price for a large pizza was crazy it was 22 dollars your can get better Service at another pizza spot sad to say

Terrible costumer service, never ordering from this place again. Never got to taste the food of this location. Made order online then called the restaurant to cancel and they said it was fine. Next day I receive a message saying I won’t get my refund because the restaurant didn’t approve it. I called the restaurant again and they said nobody took my call and they had made the food. Said it was my lost, better luck next time and hung up on me.

Call to make a order and there customer service was great super friendly staff can’t wait to eat here again

This place has been a staple in Kissimmee for most of my life. I have eaten countless slices growing up. But it is in no way good food. Don't get me wrong, the food is ok. I don't think it is bad. But there are definitely better places you can go for pizza and wings. Might not be as cheap price/ingredient wise but it isn't bad.

I absolutely in the past loved this place. Recently I stopped on a Sunday after church for pizza I got home it was burned. I called they said they wouldn’t do anything unless I drove back with my crying children to show it to them. No apology was offered and I said who would say they had a burned pizza he said a lot of people. How offensive not like sorry Mam when you come again let us offer a discount nothing. I am a Buisiness owner so I called today to give them another chance but was informed that I’m BLOCKED from ordering since I complained. Way to run your company Al’s.

I didn't realize that the Philly cheese steak came with lettuce and tomato. I'll order it more to my liking next time.

Al's makes a great pizza! The wings, subs and salad are also delicious. They make a great salad. They changed their hours and that has made it difficult to order from them. They seem to close early on weekends which is odd.... we always want pizza late on a Friday or Saturday and discover they're closed. I am not sure why. Al's is definitely worth a bit of planning to enjoy such a great pizza.

Was working in the Area saw the lunch special was two cheese slices & a fountain drink for under $6, as a NYer it reminded me of up north wasn’t expecting quality & boy was I mistaken prob one of the best pizzerias I’ve tried in Florida, close to NY style very good &ni highly recommend i wish this place was closer to daytona

I’ve done business with this place quite a few times spend thousands of dollars with him from my company would never do it again along with the other 35 employees that he disappointment of ours refused to give a refund for $32 pizza unbelievable after spending thousands of dollars and it only cost you three bucks to make that pizza real business like When speaking to this company they advised me that they only process the order after getting the stores approval they’re bad business

The service is amazing. Kind and helpful staff. The website makes it seem like you are ordering through them directly which is not the case. And the service that picks up your order is a little sketchy. So just call for order. The wings and pizza are my new local favorite!

This is a no brainer dinner plan! We love getting the extra cheese pizza with the Thai chili wings. They also have a special that comes with a 2 litter and some garlic knots.

Although the place and location are not great, the food is excellent! I love their Philly Steak Sandwich and all their pizzas. Prices are OK. I believe it's a local businees. Worth trying it.

This is the best pizza place around! The calzone is to die for! The pizza is made with such tender, love and care that it looks prize worthy! There isn't anything on the menu that I could give a bad review about. This is my pizza spot! This a second part, (because I tried something else). The pasta frijoli is wonderful! Extra cheesy, cooked right, just all around great soup!

This place is divine in taste, services and prices. But the most important thing is missing space for customers to eat there!!!

Order 20 wings six of them were burned Beyond being able to be eaten so crunchy and way too hard to even get my teeth into them. No celery sticks offered that's primarily one of the reasons most people buy wings for the carrot and celery sticks none were offered😞

Online it says order online skip the line. What does that mean because I put in my neighbor order after I ordered online and she got her pizza before I got my wings and they sent it to the wrong address ugh

This is my #1 pizza place in Central Florida. The Bianca Pizza and the Lasagna Pizza are my favorite. I love the big foldable slices. The wings are also as good, or better than, wings from the big wing chains.

Super disappointed in the special they had. I’ve never in my life seen a special like that when it comes to pizza. Two pizzas for $20. One of them was a regular size and the other was a personal. So not worth my money.

Just moved to the Apopka area and saw this place on my way home- decided to try it out. Called in to place the order- was told to give them 10 minutes. After waiting outside for 12 minutes I decided to ho inside to check if the food was ready. Went inside, told the clerk the name on the order, paid and waited since it wasn’t done yet. Waited another 10 minutes before deciding to ask for the status of my order. Was told not too much longer, then the guy who appeared to be the manager/cook stated- oh she can get the refund, it doesn’t matter to me. I asked the clerk what the guy said to be sure and it was repeated. At that point I asked them to just refund me. As I was walking out the guy started speaking or some other language- my family loved wings- I was excited to try this place but I refuse to spend my money in a place who responds that way to a waiting spending over $30 in a pizza shop. If the food Md service would’ve been good you would’ve had a loyal repeat customer.
