A great experience trying out Bella’s pizzeria yesterday! Came in 30 minutes before closing but was not an issue for the nice owner operator couple Bella and Tony. Very welcoming and homey feel to the establishment, great customer service from the cute cashier, and superb food. We got the white pizza with garlic and it did not disappoint!

I intend for this feedback to come across the best way possible, this place needs work. I ordered for the first time through Door Dash. I will give them high marks for the order time, peak lunch hour and it was very quick. I ordered a lasagna and a pasta fagioli. The Lasagna: Pretty small portion, even though it is a lunch special, still felt a little small in its portion. The cheese seemed to be pretty decent quality but the top of the lasagna didn’t have a nice crust of cheese, almost felt like this wasn’t really properly baked. The pasta inside the lasagna was cooked well so no complaints there. The meat, however, was really poor. The meat felt like it was not seasoned at all, it came off like just wet beef and it was no appealing, I tossed it after one bite. I would not recommend the lasagna. The pasta fagioli was just okay, I didn’t hate it but I wouldn’t go back for it. The garlic knots also didn’t feel fresh but I wasn’t focused on that as much. I do hope this makes a difference and wish success to the business.

The food and services was great!

After reading all the positive post about Bella's restaurant and pizzeria I went tonight and definitely will not be back anytime soon. When we went in to place the order I never encountered a more rude reception from anyone. The lady working the counter was snappy and rude. I was taken back by the attitude after she asked me for my order. Then I waited for my order, and received the same rude attitude when confirming what was in the bag she handed me, since she only mentioned the salad. I get home and it's not even the correct order. Not to mention the carton that holds the dessert was ripped up with holes. Not to mention the shape of the pizza and it's over done....to many other pizza restaurants in the area ....Anthony's on 1792 in the Publix shopping Plaza way better pizza and service

Great pizza sauce was nice basically ny style great sauce. Small dining room and it is attached to a gas station so not really where you would take a date. But bring it home great flavor.

Best little secret around for some excellent pizza. I have been going here for years. This place is family owned and operated. I love their pizza and lunch specials. I have not had a bad meal here yet. Give them a shot I promise you won't regret it.

It's my first time coming here. Nice people, but the food was not as expected. Calzones are bigger than expected. Medium looks like a large, and and large looks like an extra EXTRA large. Both calzones were bland, too much ricotta, and too much grease. My wife an I felt gassy after taking a few small bites. Couldn't eat it all, had to throw them away. $55 wasted.

You go to Bella's for the food if you are looking for 5 star customer service this is not the place. But if you can get past that... well their pizza, salads, soups they are very very good.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Ordered a chicken parm pasta lunch special (see pictures) The lady answering the phone is also a piece of work. She refused to correct the situation stating that due to the price it should be a SUB not a lunch pasta as shown in the picture. How is that the customers fault ? Beware horrible customer service and terrible management. She told me I could go to her establishment and argue about it because she wasn’t going to remake anything. Absolutely horrible

I was very pleasantly surprised when purchasing a pizza from Bella's pizzeria. It's close to my house, a small Mom and pop's place, and they definitely take pride in baking a pie. I had the supreme but without bell peppers cuz I don't like them and ground beef instead of sausage cuz my wife has gastritis. The pizza was delicious and I will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely a joy Everytime my boyfriend and I come in! We get the Italian ice and slices but this time we got a large ! It really reminds of up north pizza . I won’t go anywhere else .

The pizza It's excellent and so are the Stromboli. The owner is Awesome and always remembers me. I enjoy speaking with her. The restaurant is family owned and their son delivers the Food if you call the Restaurant directly. The dynamic atmosphere isn't great but we've really only used it as a take home or delivery. I strongly recommend they're food. The price is reasonable and fair as well.

this place is the only thing i miss about leaving magnolia area. they have the best food. literal mom and pop shop. i think the son delivers. they are so sweet and always nice/friendly. food is always on point. i moved over a year ago, but i was talking to my son about things that we miss and he mentioned bellas, and i was like oh yeah! their bbq wings are fire!

My absolute favorite & has been ever since 2013 when I used to live right next door~i literally ate here 5 days out of the week at least! & Years later everything is still So0o0o0o Delicious!!!!!!! 👌👍

Usually they are pretty spot-on but this last time that I went the pizza was undercooked and the toppings fallen off but like I said usually they are so dang good

I had a shrimp salad. It was so fresh! Shrimp cooked to perfection. This place is a hidden treasure. Owners are really nice and friendly.

Don't let the looks from the outside fool you, I've been going to this place for 3 years & every time I either order pizza or something else they always deliver the best quality, they put love & dedication into the food they make, the lady in the front is such a sweetheart & the gentlemen in the back are constantly making sure everything is alright to provide the best quality as possible. God bless them. The Sicilian pizza & stuffed pie are a must try.

The inside of this place is disgusting and their service is horrible, despite the positive reviews which I normally leave myself this place is unworthy and needs to be investigated by OSHA

Ordered a Mexican sub and a order of garlic knots at 7:59 at 8:34 they call and I told him that I was on my way we had lost the keys they said okay fine get to Bella's at 8:53 and all the lights are out no one is there no one is answering the phone after I told them I was coming the least they could have done was answer the phone or call me back saying they were leaving right then and there but instead they just leave after I told them I was coming thanks Bella for not letting me get my food that I ordered when I told you I was coming. I'm a very good customer I ordered at least 3 to 4 times a month also when my family that are Italian come into town I always bring them there and I tell so many people about Bella's but that's going to change now because of the fact that I was treated like nothing I had no one call me to say please please come now they could have told me when they called me that they were leaving instead they just left.

The past few visits have been rather enjoyable. Orders were accurate, price was fair and a hearty meals worth for your money for sure. Thank you Bella's Pizzeria and staff for a fulfilling meal for me and my family! I will be returning for another calzone/stromboli someday again soon! 😁👍

Nice local pizza joint, nothing fancy, nice folks

This is a little slice of heaven (See what I did there?). We have been loyal customers of Bella's since the early stages of the pandemic because, in spite of other restaurant limitations, Bella's strove for exceptional service and quality every time. Might I recommend any of the pies as a Sicilian style. Our fave is the Greek, but don't take our word for it, try it yourself.

Lasagna pizza beautiful tasting

My staff just sent me spaghetti and meatballs and eggplant Parmigiano from here and I am gobsmacked with the taste of the sauce and how eggplanty the dish is! The bread is yummy with the marinara dipping sauce. Also nicely secure for delivery!! Happy surprise!!!

Pick up order. Older lady who helped me was a gem! The cook was just as nice. I got a sm. Salad and bacon cheese burger. Very yummy. No croutons on salad which bummed me out but it was enough for me to have it for lunch the next day. Will be going back!!

Very rude customer service. I was threatened and called names just for asking how much longer for an order. Very unprofessional and unpleasant I would not recommend this place. There is no reason someone should be called out of there name and threatened just for asking a question I do not appreciate this behavior at all I will never be going back ever again.

Hidden secret for sure! Very friendly family owned & ran business. Food is EXCELLENT with homemade flavor (large portions) with warm & caring service. Highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. It is a mom and pop shop. They are fast and efficient and their food is amazing. All of the staff are very pleasant. And did I say the food is amazing! Lol

So my car broke down in front of this little pizza shop and I might say I was very impressed by the pizza, I got a personal pizza took me back 9 bucks for an 8" not bad at all, plus the people where supper nice

Quite Simply - Very Delicious Pizza. I love when I find out that I restaurant that is truly a hidden gem, and this is definitely a Gem. Only tried their pizza (that's what I start with) - but the Pizza was fantastic. The owners were some of the warmest people I have met, and with that combo that's all I need to be a regular customer. Did I say their Pizza was delicious? And trust me, I've tried many locally owned Italian restaurants in O-Town and this is already in my top 3 places

Wing sauces is good. Soup was fantastic! Pizza was decent. Delivery was quick and they do a great job at packing the food so it stays hot for a while.

This was my favorite pizza place when I lived in the area, and when I return to visit, it will always be my go-to pizza place. Friendly owners who often like to strike up a conversation. Pizza is really delicious. Offers standard lunch specials. One suggestion I would make is to put Tobasco sauce on tables. Try their Eggplant parmigiana sub...awesome!

We have always ordered Bella’s on date nights and the food always arrives fast and is hot and delicious! Their calzones and cannolis are absolutely to die for and the guy that delivers them is always very friendly and always remember us. I wish I could give them more than just five stars for both quality and service!

Family owed & operated. Wonderful people who make their food from their heart. Being from the north, I'm particular about my pizza. There are very, very few places that make a good pie. Bella is definitely at the top of the list!

Got a calzone here for pickup. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, it was done in 15. It was delicious- buttery and a little crispy on the outside, fresh delicious ingredients on the inside. Reasonably priced, with extra sauce on the house, and friendly people. Highly recommended.

What a nice surprise! We just moved here from another part of town and ordered a supreme. My husband said it's best pizza he's had in the Orlando area. It reminds him of the pizza from the Italian eateries in Ottawa that he's missed since he moved away.

If I order a cheese pizza or Greek salad from Bella’s the food is good, when I tried different menu items from here not so good. The eggplant I ordered was not fresh and the pizza was cold. I really want to support this place but it’s not the first time it’s happened. It’s also cold when they deliver at times.

Really great spot for some really great pizza. They are always so nice and welcoming when ordering from there. The pizza is delicious. This is my go to spot.
