I love Nassau Health foods and the Fresh Cafe! They have good specials throughout the week in the grocery part and items you can't find anywhere else on the island. The options at the cafe and in the grab-n-go cooler are also always great, tasty, and unique! When I'm craving just a proper and creative selection of veggies, I know I will find something awesome there. Also...why are the dressings so good!? Every dressing on the salad or wrap I've ever tried is so good. Probably my only suggestion might be to make sure wraps don't sit too long in the grab-and-go (or discount them if it's been past a certain point) because there have been a couple times I've gotten them and they were not the freshest...but it's not frequent! I also wish the old coffee bar got turned into a smoothie bar or something because I think that could be an added tasty/healthy addition.

Chicken and veggie soup was amazing!!

Delicious GLUTEN-FREE wraps! The ginger chicken wrap is especially good, and accompanying mixed green salad with balsamic dressing is extra yummy🙂 When the weather is nice, the new outdoor patio is a great addition.

Thank you Amelia Fresh Cafe!! I finally have appetite now!! The vegetarian brown rice stir fry was absolutely amazing! I gave up meat for lent and have been a vegetarian for a month. Everything has been tasteless without meat until I tried the food here!!! Namaste 🙏

Amazing breakfast and lunch choices for vegans. Pricy and plates could be bigger, I suppose. But lovely staff and great taste.

Radically changed. Various soups used to be on regular rotation. Now it's sweet potato and mushroom (not cream of). A breakfast omlette w toast does not come with jam. Jam now has a cost. Is there another restaurant around not providing jam/jelly for toast? Basically, important things have changed.

Stopped in the health food store with my wife. We decided to try the Cafe out for lunch. I liked that while they served a variety of vegan items, they also had food for carnivores. Jeff recommended one of the specials: pork, salsa verda tacos. There were two, with chips. These were hands down the best tacos I've eaten. And while I thought I'd still be hungry, it was not the case. My wife had a Quesadea, which was also quite good. This will become a regular lunch (or breakfast) spot for us.

I’ve always been very curious about this place and i am so glad i finally checked it out because it was soooo good! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options and the daily specials sound amazing.

Inside a health food store. Plenty of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, too. We had the protein rice bowl (okay), tofu club sandwich (fantastic!), and tabouleh (also fantastic). Also tried the vegan desserts available in the fridge at the edge of the restaurant section. Out of this world!

We had a very nice lunch at this quaint little cafe. Food was delicious, service very friendly. All the people that work there are so nice! In today's climate, I feel like its a "safe" environment😉

Great food and customer service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are so glad to have found this little oasis in Northern Florida. Needless to say.. if you are reading this..just go..its delicious and healthy.

This place is delicious. I had the tofu club sandwich, which came with some BBQ chips on the side with some a few spicy picked veggies. The bread for the sandwich was a multi grain. It was filling too. My wife had the Big Buster (?) and she liked it too. Would definitely go back!

Had avacado toast - with grilled tomatoes and two perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs on the side- super yummy coffee too. Hubby had breakfast burrito and bacon- said it was great. Friendly hardworking staff-clean- and you can grab and go with their cooler selection. A+

Ordered a cup of the chicken vegetable soup to go..absolutely delicious..right amount of spice...and the hint of curry.. loved the fresh zucchini and squash in it...the pimento spread and seafood dip is delicious too

They have vegan and gluten-free options as well as me eater stuff :-) my food was delicious I had a nice spicy ginger curry soup and a BLT for $10 total

A healthy and tasty cafe located in the Nassau health food store. They have vegan options that are perfectly prepared and brought to your table. They also have premade meals you can purchase in a hurry. UPDATE:: So I went back to the restaurant and it was totally different the people were rude and my grilled cheese was burnt 😑

Great place to grocery shop, get healthy cosmetics and vitamins also with great breakfast and lunch! This place is getting better and better so I decided to add to my previous review! Their grass fed burger's are amazing and every Friday they have fish tacos that are my absolute favorite I drive from Jacksonville just to get these. Everything taste fresh and their entire menu has a wide variety of options. The lemon caper salmon is also one of my go tos. And if you want breakfast, try their breakfast burritos! Also their staff is really nice Nick is a great guy and their owner buster is the best! Tell them LT Dan sent you!

Amazing delicious wholesome local food for a great price, try their brown rice veggie stir fry if you're on a budget, for $7 it was one of the best loving hearty bowls of wholesome awesomeness I've ever feasted on.. highly recommend ^_^

My husband & I decided to buy their lunches this week and have them for dinner in hopes to eat better, healthier and portion controlled in the evenings.
