pizza is sometimes inconsistent! the last time i got the cheese Pizza it was just okay kinda greesy and all the cheese kinda fell off! however this time.. yum yum so good! i also love the Buffalo dinner and they’re desserts are so yummy! thanks guys

[Long review alert - but I simply can't shorten this] From the initial contact of calling in our take-out order, I knew this was a quality place. I could feel the smile on the other side of the phone, very welcoming. I shared with her (the owner, but I didn't know that yet) that I was picking up a sandwich for my sister who was nearby in a nursing home, who had specifically requested from Amore. When I walked in I was instantly drawn in by the amazing smell of the food, and noticed how clean and cute it was inside. I was greeted with smiles by both the husband & wife owners, even while they were busy helping who was in front of me. Then the husband said "Laura?" - YES! I felt like I was in their home. Chatting with wife as we rung up, she asked how my sister was. I told her how excited I was that she was actually hungry and made this request, as she's been very ill for a long time. The wife was so kind and genuine and shared in my joy, and proudly shared everything they make is from scratch. After we rang up, I was starting to leave and she implored me to "Please pick a dessert for your sister, on the house." I was floored. I said no, it's ok! But she, like a nurturing mom, insisted. --- OK - now I'll tell you about the subs. DELICIOUS! My sister devoured her steak and cheese made just as she'd asked it to be, and my chicken parm was full of fresh chicken, with authentic tomato sauce (no added sugar as far as I could tell, which delighted me) and perfectly melted cheese. The bread rolls were super fresh. And the dessert? I chose the chocolate chip cookie, thinking just 1 but she gave me 2! So I can personally attest now that the cookie melted in my mouth. She must have just baked them today. How on earth I have not been here until today blows my mind. I can't wait to go back. Places like this are rare and I'm going to sing their praises to everyone! I had a delicious 12" pizza pie last night and it was quite good. I am also eating on a Reese's bar that is delicious. The lady and gentleman that work there were smiling and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I had no issues with the food, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. First person I placed my order with on the phone was very rude and then once my delivery got here, I was hounded for a tip when it was a three minute drive I can’t stand businesses that treat human beings like wallets

Wow! We need more places like this. We need to support these incredible small businesses. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the atmosphere was infectious. The smell of their food smelled so delicious while I did my best to select an item from the menu. The food has that fresh, homemade from scratch smell, which we don't get in these chain restaurants. I got the mixed kabob (steak, chicken and lamb) meal which was sooo delicious. This is the best tasting steak, chicken and lamb I've had at a restaurant in a long time. That's saying something because I will go out of my way to eat from good quality and higher end restaurants for the food quality. I will definitely be back here again! When you come to amores you feel like you are coming home. The owners are the two most adorable welcoming humans on this planet. Beyond that the food is exceptional and home made with love. Don't forget to grab a homemade desert before leaving. Been coming here since I was a kid and will continue to do so.

We were welcomed with open arms by one of the sweetest couples on planet earth! Ordered a veggie pizza and the voice in the phone made me feel like I was coming over to a life long friend’s house for dinner. It was so tranquil there, from the lovely tablecloths to the plants in the corner! The pizza was excellent and well-priced. We enjoyed slices of cheese when we arrived, and the gentleman confirmed he makes everything from scratch right there in house! He even offered our friend tea when he was feeling unwell. Unforgettable experience and truly a delight - plus we left there feeling like we MATTERED and our business was genuinely appreciated! Thankful for the memories and will be glad to come back

Toasted Italian sub was so delicious! Steak and mushroom sub also very delicious. French fries, onion ring and deep fried mushrooms were perfect! Owners are so friendly and prices are very reasonable. Food was brought out to us and was also put in to-go bags as well. Highly recommended!!

This place is great! We walked in and were immediately welcomed by the wonderful owners. We shared the homemade clam chowder and a hamburger pizza and both were delicious. Everything is made from scratch and made of quality. What's even better is the owners themselves, they are so nice and you can tell they love what they do. Salem is lucky to have such a great family owned business. Highly recommend it!

The owner was extremely kind. After a long day at Canobie with 6 kids we were hungry. He usually stops orders at 9:15pm (which we had no idea) but at 9:30pm still allowed us to order and eat. We appreciated it and the food was great!

The pizza needs seasoning. The Greek salad, I received had a bunch of celery chunks and feta cheese in it. As if,they ran out of lettuce and used celery instead. If you don't have all the ingredients to make a complete product , just remove it from the menu. Yes, the pics , is of me picking through the salad (celery/ feta salad).

Everything and I do mean everything is homemade and what’s so epic about their restaurant is they have a endless menu a mile long of nothing but heavenly goodness!!!!🥰🥰🥰 and the fact that their restaurant feels like a home setting inside and they are super nice and kind, the old man here and his wife have been in business at this same location for 30 solid years!!!! That is beyond impressive!!!🤩🤩🤩 every inch of food is made with love, all homemade with fresh ingredients, you absolutely will not find better pizza anywhere else!! They have a endless menu of pasta dishes, Stromboli, kabobs many of different kinds and many different choices of spaghetti with different meat and sauce choices and endless appetizer menu omg I just can’t say enough about this restaurant and the owners!! So happy we tried this place! Let me start by saying just how friendly they were when placing our takeout order and even more so in person. The Sicilian pizza is delicious! My husband and I are always on the hunt for good chicken fingers. Golden Rod and Puritan are a bit too far to drive for just take out. We found a new favorite when we tried Amore chicken fingers. YUM! Give Amore a try, you won't be disappointed!

The pizza is good, the homemade desserts are amazing, but my favorite thing about this place is the owners. They are so kind and welcoming! I always enjoy going here and chatting with them.

There's a reason this place is 4.7 with over 200 reviews. When you meet the owner, you may agree that this is the kind of small business you want to support. He's so nice and takes so much pride in the place and food. He remembers people when they walk in. This looks like other pizza shops on the outside, but the food quality is much better and the prices are great. I hope more people give this place a chance.

Fantastic place food was amazing

We went here after a day at Canobie Lake. It's only a few minutes away from the park. We had pizza and the Amore salad. You could tell all of the ingredients were fresh and the food was amazing. The owners are so incredibly nice and they make Amore Pizza a genuine Mom and Pop restaurant that is so hard to find these days. As we were leaving the owners gave the kids homemade chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. It was such a sweet gesture. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Amazing place for pizza, I had Spinach Florentine, it was so delicious. There isn't any seasoning when the pizza is made but you can add it on top afterwards. Great service, good ambiance, definitely worth a shot.

We have been getting pizza from Amore’s for quite a while now, and we keep coming back for reasons far more than just the incredible tasting food! The couple that owns and runs Amore Pizza are the most genuine couple I’ve ever met in my life. When you walk in the door you’re greeted with warm smiles, a comforting “hello”, and an amazing interaction. At this point, I just buy food there to be able to see my lovely friends that own the spot. When you think of Mom’s cooking, part of the reason it is so good is because she is just good at cooking.. but the reason we desire “Mom’s home cooked food” is due to the love and passion that is evidently integrated into each bite. Amore’s is the same way, everything is made or baked with love, and it shows every single time. 100/10 recommend checking out Amore’s Pizza, and take a moment to chat with these delightful individuals, I promise you will leave refreshed, and happy every time ❤️

First time visiting and The half cheese and pepperoni Sicilian pizza I ordered was exactly what I was looking for in a pizza. I loved the generous amount of sauce and the cheese was perfect.
