This is THE cutest little restaurant/shop in Crystal River! Food was great and then you can shop when you're done eating. Definitely will be back again.

Very polite staff and the food was great! I had the shrimp and grits breakfast and it was delicious! My daughter, who I brought for her birthday, was treated very well. She had the avocado toast, which is a huge serving, so naturally I couldn’t let it go to waste 😏 The gift shop is very nice as well

This little gem is a restaurant and gift shop specializing in homemade chocolates. We stopped in for breakfast as it was a beautiful morning and cool enough for outside seating. The garden patio is exquisite, such a quaint spot for an intimate date. The menu is limited but the service is amazing. Our waiter Xavier was such a nice and courteous young man, it made the atmosphere even more comforting. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and I enjoyed a fresh buttery croissant with a side of bacon and fruit cup. They have specialty coffees but we stuck with a good old cup of Joe. Everything was very nice. Definitely enjoy this place and will return.

I love Amy's. I live local and frequent this great place. The interior is so cozy and welcoming. The food is always wonderful and the desserts are to die for. My waitress was extremely sweet and went out of her way during each visit at the table. For some bizarre reason, the cashier in the gift store does not like me. I don't even know her, but when I try to be kind and cordial while checking out, she gives me attitude. I usually chalk it up that she's having a bad day, but this has been the third time in a row. The place is so great. It won't stop me from coming. I stay positive and friendly, no matter what.

Absolutely a gem! We wanted something light before going on our kayak excursion and it was super close to where we had to park for kayak tour. The staff was amazing and the food was so incredibly beautiful and delicious! It is decorated beautifully and it even has a little gift shop inside. This is definitely a great spot for something light and refreshing!

Repeat customers as this cute cafe is near my elderly mother's Assisted Living and she likes it. We took her to breakfast for her birthday. The server was very friendly. However, the paper bill was $45 and went I went to the counter to pay, another woman said tjhe total was over $52. I asked about the difference and she said it was due to using my credit card. "we try to warn people," she said, but actually nobody said a word nor was there a sign. Seven dollars? Really? Then she mumbled something and went down the list of the items we ordered and maybe the server made a mistake. Or...maybe this is how they gain more money at the counter. I didn't make a big deal out of it since it was my mom's birthday and I didn't want to ruin any of the morning, but c'mon, that's just not honest and honestly, we will find a new place.

Very quaint, welcoming restaurant and boutique! Two of the three meals were delicious! Quiche was mediocre at best, crustless and not too flavorful. The boutique is eclectic and filled with wonderful home goods and gifts bakery was fabulous too!

Like most businesses I'm this area, parking on the street or close to the door is difficult. However there may be parking on the side or most likely in the public parking lot. Once you walk out of the public parking (rock/gravel) you are on a paved surface and sidewalk. Not a far walk. Seating outside behind, or inside (two areas). Food was fresh and delicious. They can accommodate GF. Desserts are plentiful. Truffles are delicious with large selection (most are GF). The cakes hummingbird, and a few others looked delicious but none are GF. I had a Greek salad and a glass of Moscato. My lunch partner had a chef salad. Friendly and accommodating staff. A nice store area with a variety of items. Definitely will go back.

Breakfast was the best in citrus county, service was excellent and the atmosphere was absolutely superb! We loved the shop inside too!

Excellent lunch at this quaint restaurant in the heart of Crystal River Fl. Small craft store in the front and a small indoor dining area and a large outdoor area. The lunch fare was great. The large club sandwich was fresh and delicious. The beef and au jus sandwich was very tasty. Everything made from scratch and don’t forget their desserts. Amy’s cookies are awesome.

In this place, you order, then pay, and then you get your food. I ordered and paid, only to find out that they couldn't make what I ordered. Why not tell me that when I placed my order? I was not compensated in any way for the issue, which would have gone a long way in my mind for the problem.

We Absolutely LOVE ordering from Amy's! The Greek & Cobb Salads are Delicious & The Quiche Special Is Phenomenal. The Club Avenue Is Another Favorite We'd Recommend. 5 Stars !

Adorable little cafe in crystal river. I love that they have outdoor seating in a private patio area. I posted the menu in the comments. Very cafe style foods consisting of sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. they serve coffees and mimosas as well! The server was quick and attentive, and answered any questions I had. My friend ordered a hummus appetizer, BLT entree, and mimosa. The hummus was very good! It did need a few more slices of pita to be able to eat all of the hummus. I also ordered a BLT, as well as an Amy's cookie and slice of hummingbird cake to go. BLT was delicious, came with pickle and chips. When I got home I tried the cake and it was soooooo good. My lord it was delicious. The cookie sounded like it would be sweet but def wasn't. It has chocolate, macadamia nuts, and coconut in it. On the way out I caved and got two truffles. They are kinda pricey, but very good. There is a cute little shop attached to the cafe as well! Overall I would def come back. I thought it was adorable, the food was good, and the prices were fair. Cute little downtown spot!

Staff was great. Place was a fine. The food was a nightmare sorry to say. Couldnt finish my breakfast burrito because it was so bland and lukewarm. My beautiful fiancée got the crab bisque and it was a nausiating nightmare. Practically cold and gelatinous. She may never eat bisque again.

Came with my Mom and Sister! Nice lunch on the inviting patio! I usually share photos, but we were hungry and I forgot. I first tried Amy’s while I was parked outside of the Cafe as a vendor for the Stone Crab Jam. I loved the Greek Salad with a jumbo shrimp on top!

Potato soup, turkey sandwich on a toasted croissant. Seriously fantastic. We'll be back. Great service as well. Spouse got the club sandwich, and was good as well.

Wat een leuke zaak is dit! Wij hebben hier de eerste keer een koffie met een huisgemaakte taart gegeten. Was echt verrukkelijk en het is gezien de grootte aan te raden om één portie te delen. De volgende dag hebben we hier geluncht. De clubsandwich was echt heerlijk. Ze hebben hier goede koffie en de service is uitstekend. Achter de zaak zit een leuke patio waar je gezellig buiten kan zitten. Echt een aanrader.

Sue was wonderful. Helpfulness of an owner yet she is a 20 year employee. Amy can be very proud of her. Wonderful helpful demeanor and attitude. Suggestion-Be open Sunday and make closed days Monday and Tuesday instead of Sunday and Monday.

I stopped in and had lunch with family while visiting the area. This is a great little place. The staff were all very nice and the food was good. They also have some interesting chocolates and other goodies.

I brought my daughter & son-in-law to this charming bistro for lunch after Christmas. It was chilly, so we sat inside, but normally I like to sit in the courtyard. The service was excellent & food was delicious. We all shared a huge slice of Hummingbird cake for dessert. And don't forget to explore the cute gift shop! A fun experience.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience for breakfast outback. Service was not great, coffee was brought out without cream and sugar and no silverware. After asking for these items and waiting for about 5 minutes had to go inside to get them. The Belgium waffles were good, but they charged $3.75 extra for fruit and whip cream. There was like one Strawberry and 4-5 blueberries, not even close to being worth it. Maybe they were low on fruit, but should not of charged us. I order a quiche, didn't have much taste, was round not from a larger pie. Almost seemed like what you would get frozen from the grocery store. Also ordered a blue berry muffin, the menu claimed jumbo muffin, trust me this was a small at best muffin. No taste, was either raw or the mix was not stirred properly. I did send it back and with their apologies they took it off the bill. I think the gift shop is nice, but would not go back to eat there, this was my third time there and it seems to be getting worse every visit.

Cute little side stop. Has a beautiful gift shop and a little caffe off to the side. Menu offers a good variety of foods. Service was very friendly and kid. Outside seating was very pretty.

The potato soup was beyond delicious. Only critique is that it should have been hotter. It was luke warm at best, but tasty enough to warrant no deduction in stars. The "French Dip" on a croissant with brie was also quite yummy! Will definitely be back!!

I just paid $40 for a salad (that was $13.25 and chicken literally gone in 5 bites and not very good at all) and 6 truffles that taste like soap! My mouth is burning and I can not get the taste and burn off my tongue. Within minutes I have a red throat and my tongue has a sore. Just that quick. I only have a cinnamon allergy in which nothing had cinnamon in it. Also, I was charged 3.85% to use my card. A charge I was not told about. I will NOT be going back.

Amy’s is amazing! Food, service and atmosphere is great. You do not have to make reservations but they went out of their way to accommodate our group of 14. The presentation was very nice. We’ve been several times. One of our favorite places in Crystal River. Prayers that all is well following hurricane Idalia! 🙏🏼

We stopped by looking for a snack in what seems like a cute stretch of stores. This place is very 'busy' looking... a combo of knick-knacks, clothes, and a cafe. We just picked up a couple truffles. I think they were good but not great. Tasted like the caramel was mixed into the chocolate somehow and not a separate filling. I also don't know if $3.50 is a fair going rate for something that small. At least we paid cash, since the > 3% fee for credit cards still applies, though I'm glad they're upfront about it and not simply increasing prices by 3% for everyone.

Food is always good! We always enjoy sitting on the back patio. Services was slow and girl working the cash was not over pleasant but will be back.

Was my first time going here and the experience was top top notch! I chose the back patio during the hottest time of the day since the inside was a little busy. I was offered a fan to help combat the heat which was so thoughtful. My servers name was Jess and she was so sweet and very attentive. The food was delicious! The perfect amount for a light and lovely lunch. Did I mention how amazing the service was?! 100% will be going back and highly recommending this place to everyone! Please ask for Jess when you do visit.

Everything on the lunch menu is delicious and generous portions but alas what I used to believe was reasonably priced was shot down by the sign on the register... convenience fee assessed on all card transactions!

Amy’s is one of those small town gems, a coffee shop cafe with healthy, tasty meal options, incredible baked goods (stunning, huge cake slices!), and a back patio garden with painted murals! It shares a space with a gift shop that is my go-to for specialty truffles when needing a great gift!

We went here for lunch. I had chicken salad on a croissant, my husband had the same on rye. We liked it so much we went back the next day. Besides sandwiches, the desserts are to die for! We had some kind of pumpkin crunch cake and chocolate cannoli filled cupcake. Yummy. Next day we got two more desserts...so good.

After searching for outside dining due to traveling with a pup, we chose Amy’s for a quick breakfast. We sat out front at a bistro table and were quickly waited on. We ordered coffee and breakfast croissants. Everything was delicious! Cute shop inside and a beautiful courtyard out back to dine in. The courtyard is not pup friendly though.

Second time here. Amazing place to eat after a day in the water. The best service around. Our server Jessica was outstanding and so very friendly. Service was quick. Love the home cooked feel and the cookies are amazing! Will Definitely be back!!

Ate here yesterday after spending the morning swimming with manatees! It is such an adorable place and has delicious food. We got coffee, sandwiches, and some truffles! 10/10!

We ordered a regular American coffee with Hazelnut and a macchiato. Both as hot beverages as it was very cold the day of the festival when we were at Amy's. They had five girls behind the counter with a coffee was none of which paid much attention to us. After they paid attention to us I don't think that this woman needed to be there, when you're paying over $5 or coffee and she can't make coffee. A waste of money. The brownie that my husband ordered was hard and not particularly fresh the color of the chocolate was like it was refrigerated for a while. So we got two coffees like I said one regular coffee and a brownie and our bill was $26. I did not leave a tip. I am really tired of money that I work really hard for go to somebody else who they are working for hopefully getting paid a decent wage. Perhaps they're not but in any case the management and the owner needs to know that the place is not well run you need to have coffee Baristas who really need to know how to make a good cup of coffee. And you need to bake your goods fresh. Or reduce your prices or don't surf coffee and desserts

Best place for lunch and gift shopping!

I’ve been visiting Crystal River for years and I first saw the cute little gem just before the Covid lockdown so I wasn’t able to go inside. I was up there this past weekend and was looking for a place for breakfast with my sister when I remembered Amy’s. I so glad we went. We entered and were greeted by their wonderful staff who made us feel like we were family. The decor is is absolutely stunning as they’re also a boutique with some of the most beautiful and tasteful gifts and treasures. It’s decorated for the holidays and it really gave us that warm holiday feeling. I ordered the avocado toast and it was mouth watering good, which is something I rarely say. The bread was fresh, thick and perfectly toasted and was topped with herbed cheese, spring greens, avocado with a drizzle of honey. My sister had the BLT croissant and loved hers equally as much. The owners use quality product and you can absolutely tell they care about their customers. We took two slices of cake to go. Their hummingbird cake and key lime. My sister said she was going to share, but we both love our cake so much that we decided to keep our own. Value for dollar, this is spot on. Make sure to stop by because you will not be disappointed.

Nice place for an afternoon sandwich. People were very friendly. Small patio out back was perfect during our October visit.

Went for a special mother-daughter lunch. We were nicely dressed in shorts and tops (It's Florida) and stood there while servers walked past us and ignored us. Finally, I asked if we should seat ourselves which we did. I ordered a French dip type of sandwich. It was a very small, thin croissant with a slice of beef and a slice of cheese. It came served on a thin, plastic tray - no napkin or paper under the sandwich, with a small bag of potato chips like you put in kids' lunches, and a slice of pickle. The price? $12.75! My daughter ordered a smoked turkey sandwich - slices of deli meat turkey on bread, (nothing else on the sandwich), a bag of chips and a pickle slice. Price? $11.25. Our cokes were served in child size plastic cups, full of ice, for which I paid $2.75 each! Then they brought out the dessert platter, with no prices, of course. My daughter had two normal size cookies ($2.00 each) and I had a piece of pumpkin pie which I didn't like, but for which I paid $9.00 for one slice! I paid with a credit card, not knowing there was an extra charge for that too - 3.85%. The cashier had a sour attitude but it wasn't as bad as mine when I looked at the bill: $53.69 for a lousy lunch for two. What a huge disappointment1

Amy’s On The Avenue is one of the best Local Gems in Crystal River. Boutique style breakfast, great coffee, and gift shop for the ladies. They always welcome you with a smile. They have a great scenic back deck patio area, which adds to the vibrancy of the establishment. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

What a fabulous place. Chocked full of delights of candles, clothing, jewelry and more. And a delightful café with amazing food. We have been twice and hope to move closer so we can frequent more often.

This is a boutique and restaurant, I shopped at the boutique bought what I thought was a beautiful painting til I got it up on the wall and the light hit it, flaws could not be seen when painting was lying flat or held up close in natural light. They don't want to take it back accused me of leaving it in my hot trunk for a long period of time. I desperately wanted this for over a month why would I do anything to harm it. I fell in love with this and cried when my bedroom light shine upon it.

Wouldn't waste money on breakfast here. Short but, sweet version. Cream curdled in coffee. Will have to say fresh coffee was good.. Cheese quiche seemed microwaved all you could tastes is cheese. One bite done...Guest ordered waffles that were cold but was eaten . Croissant egg bacon cheese. Eggs to wet made croissant soggy and fall apart. No great flavors at all. Guest ordered milk with waffles. It was brought in a bowl. Then she forgot to put it in a glass ,cup and bring it back. On the been there done it list...👍Save your money go where you can get real eggs alot cheaper.

Loved this place. Was recommended to us by a family member. We had coffee drinks and a few of their chocolate desserts that look like large chocolate bonbons. They were amazing. Shop was cute with lots of fun gift items. They had tables for those lunching in.

We stopped one morning for breakfast during our stay in Crystal River and returned for lunch later that day and again for a breakfast the next day before departing town. The food was delicious, the waitstaff attentive and professional and the atmosphere charming. After eating it was fun browsing in the boutique for small gifts to take home.

We were the first ones in the courtyard for breakfast. Food was just ok and overpriced. Our waitress started out ok, but we needed more coffee to finish eating. After waiting 15 min, I went inside and found our server talking to a co-worker. She seemed stunned when I asked for more coffee and check. When she finally came out, she went over to another couple, talked to them, cleaned their table and went back inside. She came back out with coffee, set the pot down at table next to us and cleaned another table. Horrendous service! Will not be back! Went to Cattle Dog next day and loved it!!! Half the price!!

I only stopped by to get coffee and it was not so good, not rich, just thin and bitter. Otherwise the place looks very cute, packs in a weird collage of things but it seems to work.
