Favorite little hidden gem in the Midwest.

The service is lovely, the food is delicious, and the cocktails are smooth. Dining is elevated here and the experience is a great value.

Andrew's is the best, most gourmet restaurant in central and southern Illinois. It's a destination restaurant. We've been going there for over 20 years and have always had amazing food and service. The mansion is beautiful and comfortable. It's a great place for parties, family gatherings, and date nights. Call a few weeks in advance for reservations because they are very popular! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful overall experience at Andrews. Really enjoyed the French influences in the atmosphere, etc. A hidden gem in the area, and you'll definitely recommend it to your friends after you go.

The Ribeye was magnificent. A truly amazing place for dinner.

The atmosphere is noisy and not intimate for supposedly fine dining. The waitresses some do not dress professionally and look like they just came from a field. The food is always excellent. Nice selection of wines.

Welp, my sister and brother-in-law have been talking about Andrew’s for months, coming from Chicago, and the food we typically get, I’m usually not impressed with food elsewhere. I am taken back! The environment, the atmosphere, the delicious old fashion, the wine, the filet!!! THE FILET!!!! Literally the most tender, best tasting filet I think I’ve ever eaten! Sad to say I was done several minutes than the rest of my table, and I had thoughts of just taking the rest of their fillets off their plates. I withheld knowing I’m soon receiving desert. And my wait was well worth it!!! You will 💯 love the dinner. Price is well worth the gift.

Superb kitchen creations matched with an even more impressive wine list and bar selection. Certainly a must try for locals looking to upscale dining experiences or travelers seeking a truly unique experience. As of this review reservations are required, open Fri & Sat, and not accepting credit cards.

Everything was delicious, exceptionally succulent. I wasnt crazy about the rasberry tart yet many of their desserts are delicious! The service is so hopeful and done with a smile. I have always loved the atmosphere of the old farm house spruced up yet maintaining it's integrity, after passing by their grapevine orchards to the front door.

A wonderful family owned restaurant with excellent cuisine. The renovated farm mansion is delightful and we enjoy the atmosphere. The encrusted lamb is back. I always have to have the thousand leaf cake with phyllo layers, sweetened cream and powdered sugar.

We don’t get to go to Andrews often but it is always an experience. Very fine dining at its best! As the website states, they do not take credit cards, so bring cash or a check.

This is my favorite restaurant hands down. I’m telling u, u have to go. That is the waiting room. It’s a mansion turned into a restaurant. The owners are getting older and u better go before the retire. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

We celebrated 50 years of being married at Andrews. The experience met every expectation that we had. The atmosphere was warm and quite personal. The meal was excellent, the desert was wonderful, and the service was the best that could be expected anywhere. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, one to always remember.

This is by far the best restaurant within a 100 mile radius of Charleston IL. The food is exceptional and the service is top notch. I love going there on special occasions. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A beautifully restored home situated beside a vineyard in the countryside is just outside of Paris. While the soups never fail to impress, the entrees and dessert always rise to the occasion to make every dinner a special event. The veal scaloppine is always a favorite of mine, but you won't go wrong with any of the steak, chicken or fish options. Nice wine selection available too! Reservations are required.

My husband and I took 2 friends to eat here last night and it was fabulous, as usual. My husband had a 20 oz, bone in ribeye, my friend and I had a beef filet with a fresh peach/pepper chutney and her husband had the halibut. Everything was perfect. Our sides were salad (the blue cheese dressing was delicious), green beans, buttermilk mashed potatoes and baked onions cooked in a cream sauce. Scrumptious!! Dessert was crème brulee and fresh peach cobbler with house made honey vanilla ice cream. Very pricey, but never disappointing! Chef Andrew is amazing!! Great ambiance and service is superb. It's too good to miss!

First of all the ambience is exceptional. Each dining area decorated uniquely. Cindy and Patrick continually strive to provide an unsurpassed fine dining experience. The cuisine exceeds that of fine dining establishments in many metro areas. Each entree is made to perfection by Chef Andrew. Presentation is superb for each entree. My personal favorite is rack of lamb ribs. Each night succulent specials are available to supplement an already abundant menu. Wine selection is more than ample to meet the needs of most wine connoisseurs

We enjoyed our dinner very much but thought the fish special was a bit overpriced. It was pretty plain, and $38 seemed steep. On the other hand, I had the herb and cheese filet of beef, and it was excellent. It was a good cut of meat, perfectly cooked, and the cheese was delicious. It was priced at $38, and I thought that was fair. Our waitress was also wonderful, constantly refilling waters and checking on us without being intrusive.

Fabulous dining experience! We are never disappointed with the wonderful food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff. I get the Herb & Cheese filet every time because it is amazing. My husband typically gets the special or the lamb and he is thrilled with every meal. The location has a rich history. The Patrick family has restored the home from an abandoned farmhouse to a beautiful restaurant. Please make it a point to visit this hidden gem for a lovely dining experience!

Today I had the beef with some kind of fancy sauce...lol...it was amazing. Minto mojito was the best ever. And, as always, dessert was phenomenal!

Chef Andy never disappoints! He can fix food in ways you didn't know was good! Beef you can cut with a fork. Crab cakes that take you to New England. Fresh local grown vegetables. The chambourcin wine is my fav. And I can leave without my fav dessert that only Andy can make..... Thousand Leaves. To die for!!!

A little out of the way truly genuine country luxury experience. The food is sublime and the space is totally charming down a country lane and long driveway to a stately farmhouse setting. Two charming labradors may greet you with class- and arrive early to share a first drink in the sweet little bar or large great room waiting area before your reservation. Wine selection is vast & save room for dessert because the husband chef creates works of art that may be a nice shareable portion. ..just do it

Andrew’s at the Westbrook is a gem on the prairie. It is - hands-down - the best food I’ve ever eaten. My husband and I liked it so much, we got married in their vineyard! Andy’s standard menu is always accompanied by two special entrees. Personally, I try to get some version of his filet, but his fish options are amazing also (my husband shares his with me). The goat bleu cheese dressing is divine, and the creme brûlée is my favorite dessert. My children love the Thousand Leaves cake, and it always sells out. Andrew’s is perfect for special occasions or making someone feel special.

Excellent. From start to finish. True “farm to table” cuisine. Started the meal with a crisp salad, and delicious homemade bread. The entrée reminded me of New Orleans; shrimp and sausage, over a bed of grits with goat cheese. So good! Seasonal vegetables on the side. Squash, etc. Perfectly done!! Dessert was amazing! Blackberry cobbler, with the honey-bourbon vanilla ice cream...all honemade! All in all, one of the finest dining experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

Have eaten here several times, I have never been disappointed. Menu is small, changes frequently, always top-notch selections. Usually to special nightly. Andrew the chef hows what he is doing, he personally checks the food as it is delivered. Meats are raised by local farms that are familiar with his wishes and standards.

Andrews is high end dining in the middle of nowhere. Everything on the menu is made with taste quality in mind. Make sure you save room for dessert.

We love Andrew’s at The Westbrook. Great menu. Lamb chops are to die for. Good wine list. Worth the drive from Terre Haute, Champaign, Danville, Matoon and all points within. Very well stocked bar. Bring your gps, but so worth it.

We love Andrews at The Weatbrook for special Occasions! We celebrated my birthday with friends and they never disappoint! Hands down Herb and Cheese filet for me but you also can’t beat the fresh fish if Andy is offering that as a special! And make sure you save room for dessert! Can’t wait to go back!

Andrews has a neat setting in an old farm house in the country. We had a reservation but were not seated until 20 minutes after even though there were open tables. I enjoyed an excellent lamb shank. The sauce was a bit salty. Unfortunately the dessert choices were limited, they ran out of two of the desserts. The dessert that I had was the house special, Thousand Layer Cake was bland. A member of our party thought it tasted like a funnel cake. The service was good except for a few technical mistakes like not offering new spoons for dessert.

This is the only place around that has 5 star quality food, service and setting. In addition, the grape vineyard along the entrance presents a setting that rivals California's Napa Valley farms. Definitely a must on fine dining! ( I try to go at least...

The chef's creations are exquisitely prepared and delicious. The cheese and herb stuffed beef was delectable and the 1000 leaves dessert was unbelievable! I also had a lemon chicken soup which was very good. My husband enjoyed a cedar planked steak with a watermelon salsa. Our waiter, Roger, offered the perfect amount of attentiveness. This is so delicious and super classy. My husband took me here for our Anniversary and although it is a little pricey the experience is well worth every cent. I can't wait to go back. From the outside of this establishment it is a little underwhelming since it looks like an old farm house, but once you go inside it becomes part of the appeal. My husband and I live 65 miles from here. It's about a 1 hour 15 min drive.........and let me tell you that it is WORTH IT!! Probably one of my favorite meals of all time! They have an excellent wine selection, great service, cozy and unique ambiance, and the meal will surpass your expectations. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.....hands down.
