Very good food. Especially the potatoes. If you're in PCB, you must try Andy's.

Third year coming here on our trip to PCB and every year I devour their veggie omelette. Wonderful staff and chill environment.

the owner came and shook my hand when we sat down. i was unsure of what to order, so they brought me a sample of the crawfish julie. i never knew i like crawfish, but it was amazing! i got it on the gouda grits 🤤

The food is incredible at Andy’s! We had their special Italian benedicts, frittata and french toasts. Everything was delicious. The owner Andy warmly welcomed us and speak a little french. We will definitly go back soon. Highly recommanded!! 🩵🩵🩵

Wow!! Cannot say enough good things about this place. From the greeting by the hostess, to our amazing server Jen, to the best Grits I’ve ever had (Gouda style), and the fact that the owner spoke with us twice about how everything was. You just don’t get this kind of amazing service all around anymore and the food was so so delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely will ALWAYS come back here when we vacation at Panama City. Just hands down amazing job Andy’s!!!! Thank youuu for making our vacation that much more special!!!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I totally would. Visiting from Charleston, SC. Our first time here at Andy’s. Let me just say, the food was INCREDIBLE, the service was PHENOMENAL, the atmosphere was STUNNING. Will absolutely be returning here. Once we arrived we were sat immediately in a booth by the super kind hostess. Within less than a minute our waitress Jennifer greeted us to get us started. At first we were sure what we wanted - she was so pleasant and kind enough to give us top picks and some direction to help us decide. Shortly after we ordered our food was out hot and fresh! BLT with avocado and Cafe Skillet were unreal. Every bite full of so much flavor. The chefs definitely know what they’re doing and clearly take a lot of time with their meals, and all the food was also plated SO beautifully. Was able to finish both meals without feeling “gross” about how much we ate, Lol! As we were eating, Andy himself came to greet us and check in on how we were doing. It felt like we were talking to a close family friend with how warm and inviting he was. As we continued to eat, we also noticed Andy was greeting all the customers with the same welcoming demeanor. Everyone is family here. I’ve never been so pleased and genuinely shocked at a restaurant. If you’re in the area - you HAVE to stop by. Once again, if I could rate this place higher I totally would.

Andy's is the best breakfast spot on the beach for suuuuure. First,our server Nikki is phenomenal and knows all of the things. Then you got the full bar,which means bloody mary with an omlete? Get outta here. Plus that omlete is gonna be top notch every time. This place is THE place.

Wow! This place is AMAZING! Food, atmosphere and staff are all 5 star! Today, Jason Bennett a sax player, entertained us with an eclectic blend of music that was just right. Soft enough that you can actually have a conversation. Well done Andy's!

This place is a must go to while visiting! Saturdays they have live jazz. The food was fantastic. The service was implacable. Andy himself came over 3 separate times to ask how everything was. Would 100% recommend and will come back at our next visit!

We just moved to the area this past Spring and I cannot believe we haven’t tried this place out until today! The atmosphere was very pleasant with the saxophone music! Everything was clean and the food was amazing! Mr. Andy was out engaging with every single guest in the restaurant with a genuine smile and you could tell how much he cares about the place. He promised my daughter a free cookie for coloring him something and he ended up giving her 2 and they were very tasty! I expected it to be pricey but the bill was very reasonable. Needless to say, this will be our new go to breakfast spot every weekend. Thank you Andy and team!

This place was amazing!! We sat in the bar, our server was amazing, she had a great personality and was very accommodating to me and my friend! Not only was our server amazing, but Andy was too! Both went out of their way to do anything we needed. Great hospitality just like at home in Kentucky. We’re only visiting but we will definitely be back before we leave!!

I had Eggs Benedict and my husband had the special, “Surf ‘n Turf Omelette” Both were awesome!! The atmosphere and service was top notch! Even met the famous Andy! Not our first time here- and definitely won’t be our last!

I have gone 2 separate times in two days. The first was on my wedding day. It set the tone for the whole day, proof that food at its best can be a transformative experience. Everything was fresh, prompt, aesthetically appealing. The waiters were friendly and knowledgeable. The food is cheap. I came back again on my last day here and everything is the same except.... there is a live saxaphonist? Where am I? Please take a chance on this place.

Our favorite place to visit when we come to PCB! The food is amazing…all four boys loved it and asked to go back again before we leave. The service is excellent and cheerful! Andy himself visited with us and talked cars with the boys…. You have to try Andy’s if you are anywhere close! We will be back…again!

I’ll start off by saying I’m a food snob, I enjoy McRibs when they’re in season, so you now know, that I know, what’s good. Waking up the morning after. Good beach day, flesh hurts with burn, tummy aches for something nourishing. Luckily, wife had scoured the internet and decided on a spot called Andy’s Flour power. We roll up, sign outside country steak, good decision part of meal over, sat quickly, reminded of country steak special, guy comes out says his names Andy, so I introduce myself as flour and introduce my cousin power and wife apostrophe s. So good we’re all family now. Lil banter laughs had drinks ordered, amazing cocktails all the different Mary’s and tequila sunrise that was pure sunrise. Me and power got the special wife got a Benedict and slice of French toast. All phenomenal wife has informed me while writing this, we’re coming back tomorrow just so she can specifically have the French toast. Side note you can say baguette, without offending anyone, so let it fly. Andy came out again, so “I know Andy” now. Food, service, atmosphere. Can’t be beat, you in the area and don’t eat here you’ve done a disservice to yourself and those you supposedly love and care about. Andy, see you tomorrow. - warmest regards, flour.

We have eaten here every year we visit PCB. Best experience we have during our vacation.

Great breakfast, waitresses and wonderful bakery items. We took out muffins & cookies for later. Andy greets his customers personaly. We come here every time we vacation in Panama City Beach. We have only been here for breakfast, but lunch choices look good.

Friendly staff, great food! I brought my coffee thermos and then forgot it. I couldn't get back until the next day. They were very nice and even rinsed it out for me so it wouldn't be nasty.

First time visit, very busy, excellent service, great food!

If i could leave a zero for the service I would. I visited hoping to try cupcakes, slice of cake, or key lime pie. The employees looked very unhappy to be there. Good customer service is a very important part of any business. Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted upon arrival. After asking the team member where the cakes and cupcakes were, she pointed toward the area with the baked goods. There were two additional team members in the bakery area whom did not acknowledge us as customers. I noticed there were no cupcakes and no key lime pie. They continued to stare at us very rudely, did not ask if we had questions or if we wanted anything. So, we left.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We go here every single year- my daughter refuses to leave the beach without seeing Mr. Andy! Nicest man alive and his staff are just as accommodating. The food is always top notch! If you haven’t been - GO!

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. The service is amazing and the food is top notch. Andy is a great guy and is passionate about what he does.

This place was great!! I had the special of the day, chicken and waffles, and it was delicious. I was honestly expecting to wait 30 minutes for the food since it was pretty busy when I went with my family, but the food came out in about 10 minutes! Also, the owner was interacting with all of the customers which was really nice. I definitely recommend this place! Edit: My family and I just ate here again - 2 years after our first visit. It's just as good as it was the first visit! You can tell Andy, the owner, really cares about his restaurant since he goes around and greets every table, asking if there's anything he can do to make the meal better. Every other worker we interacted with - the hostess, our waiter, and the cashier - were all so sweet! Also, I recommend the breakfast croissant, it was delicious 😋

10/10 this is the spot for breakfast/brunch in PCB!! Tons of drinks to choose from. The French toast was the best I've ever had!🤤🤤🙌🏼🙌🏼 The service and hospitality was awesome. We always try to get to Andy’s when visiting PCB. It’s a great atmosphere with live music and a very relaxing ambiance. The food is delicious and the staff is polite, professional and attentive. The last time we visited, they were so busy that we sat at the bar and ate. This time, we were able to get a table. Thanks guys and we look forward to seeing you next time.

They told us they had a patio and allowed dogs. So we drive there and they don't have a patio and don't allow dogs. Plus the basket was empty so we couldn't even get doughnuts to go.

I am still giving this place a 5 star because we visit here often and I will not let one bad experience ruin it. We always have great experiences here but I was turned away at 1:40 pm from the girl running the register. I tried to make a to-go order and she said she didn't think that "they" would take my order because they were closing at 2pm. I later talked to Freddie, the manager, and he was very apologetic and assured me that, that will never happen again.

The absolute BEST OF THE BEST!!! The owner has the most precious personality, and extra friendly! We always come at least twice a week while vacationing! We left at 2am to get here just to eat us some Andy’s to start our family vacation out right!!! I can’t say enough abt the entire place! Oh, can’t forget the amazing saxophone player setting the mood to perfection!!

they are very slow bad service, food is gross and cold soggy, i dont think the food is fresh. i ordered french toast and there is no egg on it what so ever it tastes like if you put cold bread on a plate with syrup. i make better toast at home. they have coffee cups just sitting around and tables not getting cleaned i dont know why people hype this place up so much.

Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the tomato spinach fetta omelet and a cinnamon roll, or half order of biscuits and gravey to go with it.

This has been one of my favorite places in PCB for years. The owner and staff always go above and beyond to make sure that not only the food is spectacular but that you walk away having had a wonderful experience all the way around. Highly recommend!

The biscuits and gravy are the best I have ever had! They were so good that after I ate, I ordered more to share with my family! I also had an omlette and muffin that were good, but the award goes to the biscuits and gravy!

Didn’t think this place was worth the hype or the wait, even though our wait was rather short, we arrived before 10. There were several tables sitting empty before we were sat, perhaps bc they are short staffed but the wait and people were more significant upon leaving. The staff seemed overwhelmed and even confused at times. I ordered from the bakery while we waited. The chocolate croissant and blueberry turnover, both were cold but tasted good. I also got a key lime pie slice for my husband, he said it was good but frozen and seemed more like ice cream as it came to room temp. My husband and I ordered omelets. I had the Surf and Turf and he had the Ham and Cheese. I subbed peppers for mushrooms and it was tasty, I enjoyed the bisque atop, but the filling was not proportioned within the omelette, there were lots of veggies on one end and bacon on the other. The ham in the other omelette was cubed salad ham and was just ok. We also ordered a Belgian waffle and it was good but smaller than I expected and I’ve had better. The coffee I ordered was horrible. I ordered the Emerald Coast hot, and it tasted like potted Folgers with too much sweeter. I didn’t drink but a few sips it was just so bad. You check out in the bakery and again the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. Even not enjoying their work and frustrated. Their toaster wasn’t working properly it seemed and not all baked goods are kept in that area. I saw one of the employees touch a turnover with her bare hand to check for warmth 😳. When we were leaving, close to 11. Parking was awful. People were whipping around the back corners and some cars were parked in the grass on the street. Overall I wasn’t impressed with this place, disappointing. ☹️

We drove 50 min out of the way to eat here and it was incredible! We met the infamous Andy, enjoyed some biscuits and gravy (so good) and French toast. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the area!

Panama City is blessed with lots of natural beauty and this place would count as on of them . You can eat breakfast but to be served like you are the most important people sitting out there is an art that John n crew know very well . Live music with most amazing breakfast beverages . Clean , quick and delicious . We ordered all the seafood breakfast options they had to offer and each one of them tastes delicious. My fav is crawfish Julie and surf n turf Omlette . Adult beverages I recommend : Breakfast martini , emerald coast and call me old fashioned. If you around Panama please do stop by this brunch place for perfect start.

The food was amazing! The bakery selections are outstanding! We met the owner Andy and he was the consumate host. Our server Malory was excellent and the entire staff super friendly.

If you haven’t tried Andy’s Flour Power tut are missing out! This breakfast/lunch spot and brunch on the weekends with live music is truly amazing! I bet some girlfriends there just the other day and the food is so fresh and good! Did I mention the bakery section to your right when you walk in the door? I had to leave with a box of muffins for the week! I actually at the trio salad which is always good and the salad dressing is made in house. I’ve been here so many times through the years and everyone I go in the owner Andy always greets me. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out! This is one of my staples! 🥰🤩🍾

Great breakfast potatoes, fairly long wait but we arrived at prime brunch time, and they had someone who had gone home ill.

While a friend was in town we decided to go for breakfast on a Sunday - thankfully Andy's Flour Power is open! There was a bit of a wait (and oddly the benches are on the side of the building) but not terrible. There was live music when we went in which wasn't too obstrusive and was pleasant. I was a bit disappointed they have a great looking drink menu, including coffees, but they are all alcoholic. I would have loved to have some sort of elevated coffee drink or fun breakfast drink - but got an orange juice and a water. I ordered the surf and turf omelet which was incredible! Everything was fresh, the eggs were cooked perfectly and so tasty. We also ordered their French toast to split which was the best and most unique French toast I've ever had. While it didn't matter to us, the restaurant did run out of biscuits while we were waiting which made a couple people waiting leave. I can't wait to go back- and definitely want to go when I'm not pregnant so I can enjoy some of the great looking beverages. The only thing I would suggest is to consider adding a couple fun coffee options, or even juice drinks, without alcohol.

We went there for breakfast with our friends . The place is not fancy but nice and clean. I ordered breakfast of the day . Sandwich with Eggs Poacher on top. It was so simple and delicious. ( I don’t eat fried food usually, so this was perfect to me). The prices are lower than medium. We paid $113 for 4 adults and 4 kids. We also bought some croasants and turnovers with cherry, delicious! SO GOOD! The chef was there,asking us if we are enjoying the food,it was very nice ! Definitely will be back!

We've been going here for years and Andy's never disappoints. The service was excellent and the food is always great. It doesn't have a commercial feel and we love to support quality local businesses. Their fresh baked goods are fantastic too. If you're interested in baked goods, going earlier in the day is recommended because they do sell out of the good stuff quickly.

Must stop place for breakfast in PCB. About a 20 minute wait for 2 on a Saturday morning, but once seated service was there and coffee came out quickly. I had the sausage gravy Benedict and my wife had the omelette with everything. Both were excellent with the sausage gravy more flavorful than most of the other places. Also had a sax player playing some nice tunes on the morning while eating. Highly recommend for an excellent breakfast.

House was packed, so I had to wait 5-10 mins. Other than that food was good, the service was great. The owner came out and talked to every table and also helped serve food.

I love Andy’s! I’m local for the last year or so and I always bring my out of town guests to eat here. It is consistently excellent! Never, not once have I had a bad meal here. Try the pickle juice infused whiskey Bloody Mary, you won’t be sorry! I like to pop in and buy a box of muffins, every flavor is delicious but the pistachio is my favorite (I crave the pistachio!). The servers are all seasoned veterans, they know the menu inside out and are always helpful. The owner is often at the door and ready with a warm smile and a passionate description of the specials! I don’t even mind when there is a line because that equals success in my book! It makes me happy that people love it as much as my husband and friends do. On the weekends they have live music. It’s a cheerful restaurant and if you skip it on your next visit to PCB… well that’s just a silly idea, don’t skip it, get over there and eat it up, stat!

Do yourself a favor and come to Andy's Flour Power for breakfast when you visit PCB. Actually, do yourself a favor and come twice. Everything tastes delicious and the staff is so friendly. If I could leave 6 stars I would! 👍

Love Andy's! We come every year for mothers Day, although loud inside and usually have to wait awhile for a seat it's worth it. The food is amazing! Definitely recommend.

Food was fast, good, but wasn't impressed with the portion sizes on meats (2 slices bacon) and a cup of gravy that couldn't have been a ladel full. I couldn't cover the biscuit! My teenage son ordered two breakfasts. If your just meeting friends to graze or are a light eater, this is the place for you.

It was a Sunday morning last time we went, on Memorial Day weekend, but the noise was way too loud. People don't seem to realize they are inside a restaurant, not at a football game. Some of us would like to be able to have a conversation while having breakfast, and not at a comedy hour complete with loud cackles. The Saxophone guy wasn't playing that morning either, that was disappointing too. We probably wouldn't have been able to hear him anyway. Big dining room, needs a bit of sound proofing.

Loved the breakfast we had. Jenn was an excellent server! All of the staff was super friendly! Fast service! Live Saxophone music while we dined for breakfast was a nice treat! Thanks for a great start to our day!

Perfect order was served, and that was just the start. We could not ask for better service and attention. From Andy himself checking on EVERY guest's experience to waiters/waitresses helping each other to make everyone's experience the best, this place was a rare gem in today's dining experience.

Let me tell you this, Andy, as in "ANDY'S FLOUR POWER CAFE", is a class act!! He walks around his cafe, checking on everyone and everything!! He also has a great handshake, and that can tell you a lot about a man!! It's not an act for the customers either!! As I was leaving the restroom and headed back to our table, I could overhear him complimenting his staff and their food as well!! Every BOSS/OWNER/MANAGER should strive to be like this!! I believe whatever Andy does, he will succeed based on my 1 interaction with him!! Oh, and the food is delicious!!

I would most definitely give this place 5 stars or more because the food is absolutely amazing in every way. This place needs to figure out a better way for people to pay than what they do now. You spend more time in line waiting to pay than it takes for your food to cook so by the time you pick up your Togo order is basically cold! Updated post ordered some country Benedict which comes with poached eggs and let me tell you what, they were the worst poached eggs I've ever had. Barely and I mean barely even cooked. Just not worth it anymore

Great breakfast spot in PCB. Service was very good and quick. They have a great menu with some unique offerings like rolled eggs (like a crepe omelet). Didn't try the breakfast drinks, but there were many variations of bloody Marys, mimosas, and coffees.
