Wonderful place to eat and the atmosphere is spectacular

Stopped to get breakfast before fishing one morning. I asked if the biscuits and gravy where made fresh and I was told yes only to be served pre-made biscuits and gravy from a can. I 100% know that taste and it was bad. Honestly should have just said it's made from the can that would have been fine I'd have ordered something else. To lie about it is what pissed me off. Definitely don't get the biscuits and gravy unless you wany bad biscuits and a can of gravy!

I enjoyed yet another evening at one of my favorite places on the island .

Just do it!!!!! Amazing location. You can sit right in the sand and eat.

Amazing prices, great food, beautiful seating. Love having my toes in the sand and watching the sunset. Super cute little bar with good drinks and great service. You can also buy a cup for discounted refills and have a souvenir!

We learned about the all you can eat Pancakes earlier in the week, so we stopped by for them, and add some biscuits and gravy along with a side of bacon. The view was amazing and Kiki took care of us at the counter. Can't wait to get back to AMI to eat here again

A nice chill place for lunch or dinner. We had dinner before the sunset and there was live music right on the sand. You order at the counter and they bring to your table. It was a little pricey for a salad with no meat on it but you get a lot of food.

Tiki bar. Terrible service. Took them forever to come over and ask me if I wanted a drink, and it's not even busy. I'm the only one at the outside bar.... and unfriendly when they did finally ask if i wanted something, then when I finally got a drink, it was super weak. Only thing this place has going for it is the view, and their choice of music... but most tiki bars do play Island Style music, so it's hard to go wrong! Many better places on this island to spend money at, with a good experience.

You can't beat the atmosphere. A hard working crew also.

The food was fine, nothing extraordinary but it is higher priced based on the location.

The beach is very beautiful. Average food down...but the tables and space were clean.

The food tasted terrible and they could not get the order correct after three times. UPDATE. Well. It's nice to know some things never change. This place is still terrible. After all these years, you would think they would learn to cook a decent breakfast. And wipe off the tables. They aren't even willing to clean the grill for a soy allergy.

For a man making pancakes, the old guy is way too serious and just dull. Definitely would add someone who seems to enjoy there job even just a bit more. Pancakes were alright, nothing special. & yes i was sharing my pancakes which I didn’t know was against the rules, but oh well

What a peaceful atmosphere.no boats or jet skis to bither with noise. Park benches and BBQ huts for families and fun gatherings. Play park for kids.Changing hut.yoy can view your vehicle within 500ft. To beach . A must try all.Do it! Many vaca home rentals in area.

All you can eat pancakes & sausage for 7.99! Strawberry French toast was good but a bit too sweet for my daughter. Meat lover omelet was so good! You can eat breakfast with your toes in the sand 🤷‍♀️ Just make sure your kids don't feed the birds lol

It doesn’t get better than eating a meal with your toes in the sand. For being a small beach stop restaurant, the menu offered quite the variety. The food options seemed to have a southern style feel, which we loved! I got the yummy sandwich (I think it was called) and it was very filling (and yummy). I also got a fruit bowl, and was a little disappointed when I saw the bland fruit that came in it, however I was impressed that the cantaloupe had lots of flavor, and I don’t even like cantaloupe. It also came with honey dew and pineapple, which were delicious! My husband got country fried steak with gravy, eggs and toast. The portions were huge and he said even the toast was fantastic.

Beautiful view, nice cool Gulf Breeze, nice fresh hot food, fun atmosphere, nice Beach! Highly recommend taking your love there. Great place for a family day, date, catch the sunset, picnic, etc... Will be back for sure!

Great place to go for breakfast. Order comfort breakfast food at the counter then get a number tag, like Chick-fil-A, and they will bring it out to your beach side table. One of the few beaches on AMI the has some shade trees. Lovely rainbow over the beach made for a nice backdrop as a storm skirted the shore.

Terrible. Bar tenders making weak drinks with overpriced “souvenir cups”. Rude service. Then they wonder why I clicked no tip. Vacation somewhere else

We had breakfast here and it was decent. The photos made it look a lot better but it wasn't bad by any means.

Been going here for many years. Usually with my son, and or his family. Breakfast on the Beach. Can't get much better than this. Just on Old Man's Opinion. Lunch, and Drinks most excellent as well. Siskel & Ebbert two thumbs enthusiastically way up. That's my Report.

Food is such a great price and all just as good as homemade. 8 of us had breakfast and lunch and no one was disappointed. Perfect views as you’re right on the beach, and such a chill vibe. All the workers were so sweet and the crowd was A+

The least satisfying and underwhelming $50 breakfast my family and I’ve eaten. Then corn beef hash was basically slop and tasteless. Pancakes flat and bland. Home fries were bitter. The service and employees were great and kind and helpful and the location is very convenient! We are excited to be at the beach, but I would recommend spending money else where for better quality food that doesn’t taste like cafeteria food for prisoners.

Always a great time at the Beach cafe! Had the Chicken Philly which was so good! Also had the Blackened Fish Tacos in our group. Sat under the tiki hut and it was very nice.

Came here at 11:30 on a weekday excited for all you can eat pancakes for my birthday. Nowhere online does it tell you this. BREAKFAST ENDS AT 11AM. Pathetic. Worst birthday meal ever!!! $14 for a bland chicken wrap with NO SIDES. Unbelievable. No flavor, lettuce was clearly stale. Thanks for ruining my day. Also, cashier was not smiling and had an attitude. Zero stars. Nice view of beach though.

A must go if you are interested Anna Maria area they have great food and the view is to die for. This trip though, we got caught in a rain storm right after sunset.

The lunch food was just ok. Came out fast and location is great. Liked that it was on the sand where the kids could play. Didn’t try the pancakes but heard they were good.

This is not what we were expecting. It’s Just a little snack shack / concession stand type of food. The service was slow when we went and the food was not very good. We will not be going back

My favorite beach Cafe to visit! All you can eat pancakes worth the cost. Sorry don't recall how much but very reasonable. Great omelets. A hut sells cocktails with souvenir cups, directly next to the Cafe. Attached to Cafe great souvenir shopping-Surf Sun & Sand Gift Shop. Great beach for sunsets. Do visit, good food, good time. Live music during the sunset hour.

This place is a perfect place for a quick casual place to grab something to eat. There is anyone from wearing street clothing to bathing suits here . Perfect for kids! Fast service and plenty of seating. There is shaded area as well as seating on the beach with umbrellas.

Nice place, lowkey overpriced, extremely hot and outside, but the food was alright… all you can eat pancakes is lit. I think it was cool but def could do better

My favorite cafe on the beach, the only one I know where you can sit on the beach, under an umbrella looking at the beautiful gulf. I go there for the atmosphere. Breakfast is simple but excellent . Service is fast and friendly, your order is delivered to your table, soon after you leave the staff is cleaning for the next customer to sit down. Later in the day there is often music and dancing. The tiki bar has craft beers and cocktails. I go there often.

Tons of seating. The grilled chicken wrap was delicious- the chicken had a tiny kick to it but it was cooked very well. Long line, but fast service. Fries were good but not worth the money, might as well get another protein. Will be back! (Take out is 0.50 extra for packaging)

What's not to love about eating breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner on a Gulf Beach. Good selection of food. The Eggs Benedict were delicious!

Food was to much and wasn't that good

The best meal we have had by far. No frills order at the window but the food and portions are excellent. We went there for breakfast and Eggs Benedict was superb. The 2 egg breakfast was plentiful. And the prices were really reasonable. No wait and plenty of open tables.

Best place to get a Pina colada period. Get the big cup .use all week to get refills of drinks or soda.

This place has a beautiful view but the service was awful. When they bring you your food, you have to go get all your extras such as syrup, ketchup, hot sauce, etc. The food is over priced and tasted awful. So many more amazing places to eat on AMI. I recommend taking this off your list of places to try!

Food was pretty rough and expensive, the view was nice though.

What a nice find! Food, live music, inexpensive souvenir/gift shop, playground, volleyball nets, with a beautiful beach as the background! I was just going to turn in the parking lot to turn around. But I heard music and saw a sign for ice cream so in we went. It was early afternoon, nice casual patio crowd with people dancing. Only had ice creams but the food looked like non fussy American fare. Staff was very visible and friendly. Will definitely be back! (And they have pancakes)

These beaches had the softest sand on Anna Maria Island. The cafe is right on the beach with great food at decent prices. The facilities were surprisingly well maintained and clean.

Came out for some evening entertainment. Music was great. The sunset beautiful. Friendly atmosphere. The guy bussing the tables really needed to sanitize the cloth, along with wiping the tables better. But my husband said the fish tacos were good. The slaw was good. The clams were mostly breading. The French fries were hot and tasty. A lot overpriced but to have the entertainment and sunset, it was worth it.

The atmosphere is the beach and it's great. The people working were very good at getting the food to the table. The food was classic cafe fare great fried fish, onion rings and fries are favorites, but they also have a wide and varied menu. A great place to eat and enjoy the Gulf.

Love this place. The nightly music and location are treasures. We especially love Mondays when Bobby Stillwell performs. Please never change!!

Great place to eat off the beach. Wasn't a fan of their fries, but everything else was great. Be careful of the sand tables; they're littered with cigarette butts.

We like going early for breakfast before the beach. Excellent, large spinach omelet with potatoes and toast! All you can eat pancakes. Friendly servers.

A virgin „Piña Colada“ for 14$ - it was made of ice and syrup and was too thick to drink it. Nothing to do with a real cocktail and not at all worth the money…

Expensive food BUT cheap quality. Greek Salad was over priced. Burger was flavorless. Not worth the headache of finding a parking space. Just find somewhere else to go, not worth it.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a great meal, perfect Pina Colada, and the best for Sun Set. The servers are outstanding.

AMI is the best beach in our area, totally live it, only wish it was not so difficult to get there with the traffic and finding a parking spot.

Really enjoyed our experience here. It was pretty when we went during spring break, but the lines moved pretty well and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was better than expected. Kids loved the all you can eat pancakes. Adults loved the yummy sandwiches.

We have been there on a Friday for All you can eat pencakes. The area was crowded so you better come early to get a good parking spot. The food was good and quick at the table. Breakfast at the beach, doesn‘t get much better than that. 5/5 would recommend.

AMI beach cafe is one of my favorite places to go for their all you can eat pancakes right on the beach! While they might not be the absolute best pancakes of life, you can’t beat the price or the atmosphere! The perfect way to start any day!

Great time at the beach. I really enjoyed our outdoor dinning with live music as we dinner. We could watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico, and people enjoying their time on the beach, kids playing in the sand. For a relaxing evening you couldn't pick a better place to visit!
