Delicios food, good food service, not very well knowleadge waiter as my family was still eating to then get desert but all of a suden we got the Bill to pay, no idea what the thought process is but not very profesional standards.

Service was great. Food came fast. Checked on quickly. Got the all you can eat chicken , riblets, and shrimp.

Sat at bar & had the 2 for $ special & a couple of cold beers. Excellent service by the awesome lady bartender.

Good place could be better but good for the price

Went there around 4pm on Monday, July 15, 2024. Walked in an was told where to sit as there was no hostess when we walked in. There were only three other tables of diners. Ordered our drinks. Drinks took a while to arrive. We placed our order which was boneless wings as appetizers and 2 whiskey bacon burgers both medium rare. Took a while for wings to arrive and they were cold. Waited a long time for our entrees. The waitress was talking to a customer for what seemed like forever. She took someone's order as well. Food arrived and both entrees were cold. One of the burgers was well done. Told the waitress about the cold food, but we would eat it anyway. Waitress didn't apologize or take any money off. We didn't eat any of our fries and only 1/2 of the burger. Waitress never came over during our meal to check on us. We boxed up our leftovers and didn't leave a very good tip. It's a good thing I have a air fryer because the meal will probably be hotter than what we were served at Applebee's. The order was $38.07. Will not be returning to this location.

Great visit tonight. It was made even better by our waitress Sandra D. ! Great service and a great personality.she made wonderful suggestions for dinner and laughed at my jokes!!

Very tasty food. Cocktail in a bucket is of course very ridiculous, but you obviously want to experience that at least once. Highly recommended for a meal sometime.

25 minutes to get appetizer?? 30 minutes to get drinks, the drinks were made and sat at the bar for 20 minutes before they were delivered to the table?? After 45 minutes, we still hadn't received our salads?? They were not busy, 1 guy waiting on 10 tables and three girls behind the bar doing nothing!! This location is usually average, which all we expect from Applebee's, but today was a "never again" moment!

Much better than the last few times I have been here. Now there's a new 9.99 lunch menu that includes fish and chips, but you can get other sides.

Was in town for work. This was just in front of my hotel. It was easy so gave it a try. Happy Hour Special two for one on the drinks, got Margaritas on the rocks. They were quite tall and I thought I was going to sleep well. Unfortunately not even a mild buzz, wondering how little tequila was used if any? Ordered the baby back ribs, waitress said it “comes with two side, pick any two at the bottom of the page”. So I did. The ribs were ok, felt like a vacuum packed rack that’s pre-cooked and just put on the grill to add some char with some sauce for service. No smoke flavor. I was anticipating that so not really surprised. What was a surprise was when I got my bill, I had been charged for the two side extra as “premium sides”. Clearly the waitress was padding the check. I asked for the manager, as I told her and him, it was never presented that as such, never even mentioned. The manager did remove from the bill but it was an unnecessary negative experience and felt underhanded on the part of the waitress. She was respectful and did not have an attitude when I brought it to her attention. Maybe it’s something they’re instructed to do. I was surprised that in this small community with frankly very polite people this occurred. So left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed, in the tactic and lack of alcohol in my drinks. They can do better.

My wife and I went to Applebees in Port Saint Lucie and it was wonderful. Great service, food and atmosphere. This was my wife’s first visit to Applebees having just arrived from Thailand. Went Okeechobee’s Applebees and it was completely opposite. Food, service and atmosphere terrible. My wife says she never wants to go back.

I had the beef nachos and hubby had the burbenstreet chicken both were very good and I couldn't finish my nachos. So it was a good portion.

Food is good just depends on your waitress, some of them get lost

Spoke to the manager and didn't do anything about the horrible food. Also went back to chatting with his wait staff. Also my food was bad but the other 2 girls said the same thing.

First time: when with my crew off 15, on a Sunday after mid day: no problem. Jill was our server: great job 5⭐️ Food was served fast/no issues. Place and bathrooms clean. Plenty parking. 📌Host and staff friendly. Great time.

Needs help in the kitchen my food is always not what I asked for. Undercooked hamburger and way over cooked chicken pasta.

Robert assisted my party of five tonight and provided phenomenal service. He was very attentive and informative. We will make sure to be back regularly!

This was our 3rd visit to the Applebees in Okeechobee this season. The first 2 times our meals were delicious. We both ordered the steak for 2. They were both very good. The 2nd time my husband ordered the steak and I had the chicken. Both great. We and another couple went last night . Ordered the perfect margaritas, and both couples ordered the steak for 2. My husband and I ordered the 8 oz rare. Our friends ordered 1-8oz and 1-6oz medium well. My steak was "6oz" not an 8oz rare and terrible. Glad it was only a 6oz. It was very stringy and low quality. Only ate a few bites. One of the other steaks was about the same. I told the waiter, but he said, " They get what they get!" We were not offered ANY compensation for our meals. Should not have left a tip, even though it wasn't the waiters fault. if we go back, we won't order the steak.

Service can be iffy but you know what your getting and as far as Applebee's are concerned it's one of the better ones I've been too Except their salad dressings selection is terrible and so is the house salad lol. Do not order a house salad, always go with a Ceasar here.

Second time in one week ordering food in this restaurant. Ordered the steak medium rare got it medium-well for the second time. Need to retrain their cook. Waitress was awesome. Offer to have another steak recooked however the rest of the people I was with would have been finished with their meal. If you decide to eat in there don't order the steak or anything that has to be cooked to your specification.

I would highly recommend winner as a waitress she was excellent by the answering all the questions that we needed to ask thank you Applebee's we will be back

Olivia is a great bartender! Attentive and efficient and a kind person. The food is great! I had a limited time menu item that should definitely be on the menu full time.

Not my scene, but the food is good. Apple bees is the place where older people about 30-70 hang out, everyone knows each other so they know you don't know anyone. Drinks are always cheap and they have decent food.

Wife had shrimp, looked like it came from grocery store,no taste coleslaw very bland also, I had fish and chips, fries were cold, this was in Florida.

The food is always good and I received excellent service from Morgan today and Tesla last month! Great team and great experience!

They kept saying they were short staffed and busy but it was not busy. Staff just didn't seem interested in their customers. The wait for food was an hour and a half.

We had a lovely waitress and our food was great . We were a group of 11, and she was very efficient, pleasant, prompt, and lovely. We never had to look for her she was always there with refills, etc. Another plus was that we went on a Sunday and kids eat for $1.99 all day. We had 7 kids, so this was awesome! When we return we will look for her. Although we didn't get her name.

Had the ribs with mashed potatoes. it was good. Waiter came around regularly and made sure we didn't need anything

A great place to go with family and friends to go out to eat. They have a nice bar scenery , great customer service, and very clean.

The drinks an food wasn't very good

I was so happy to door dash some food and sit down and eat with my family when I get a notification that my order was reassigned. I start looking into it and shortly after I get a text from my re assigned dasher saying Applebees gave my order to the wrong person and they walked off with free food basically. All this taking up over 30 minutes. I could’ve ordered from somewhere else but noo, support local businesses.. I called Applebees myself and they refused to do anything about it except refund my order.. which by the way, amount takes 3-5 business days to re allocate into your account. I’m upset they don’t even ask for proof of order details from the dasher.. basically a big F you to their customers but “hey random guy have some free food!” I was bout to f up them buffalo wings too man lemme tell ya. I rarely ever order from here and when I do it’s always something up. One day I went to go dine-in with family and they messed up the orders along with charging the wrong cards.. it’s like the employees are just trying to get through day and aren’t fully attentive . The service here is always hit or miss. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I found the menu difficult and ordered an appetizer that was different from what I expected.

It was a very cool evening so we sat out on the patio the food was really delicious they had a really unique combo for around $13 and the drinks were excellent. I was particularly impressed with the waitress /bartender. She was 5 months pregnant and she was just exceptional at her job.

Great outdoor patio to watch Monday Night Football. Staff is awesome! Plenty of drinks that were 2 for 1! Good times, will be back! Came back on a Fri night. Patio server needs help. Cleaned our own table and took a long time to get a drink.

We are visiting family and wanted to treat my step-mom to a nice dinner out. Peyton, our server was tremendous-very attentive.

My sister-in-law and I always have a great time when we come in. Drinks are always good, and the food is great. We especially enjoyed the chicken wonton taco appetizers.

With many restaurants failing in service and quality of food, Applebee's in Okeechobee has satisfied every visit! Today the greetings were pleasant, waitress friendly and helpful, and the food was good... Bourbon Street chicken sauteed on mushrooms, onions and served steaming to the table...

Side salad was fresh and crisp. Cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful.

You can't go wrong at Appleby's.

I really had bad experience at this apple Bees’s the owner really got upset with me because I said the cheesy bites were too salty and my drink tasted like water then liquor he came at me first yelling about how I sent the food and drink back I told him he doesn’t have my taste so he shouldn’t gotten upset because I was paying for the food in drink he called the police on me and said I need 2 young ladies watch is my friend abandoned from his restaurant so the police came didn’t ask me what was going on he started yelling at me telling me to get up before he takes me to jail not knowing what was going I will never go to that Apple bee’s again never had bad experience like that before

Applebee's in Okeechobee is amazing when it comes to food, quality and service! It's always a treat when we go and Lee is always a fun and friendly waitress who also makes the kids laugh and have a good time!

2nd time back! Repeat of everything but this time our server was Sarah. Exxellent! Brava Applebees! Killer good cheeseburgers and caesar salad! Danielle was our server and she could not have been sweeter or more efficient. Havent had this great food at Applebees in a very long time!! We will be back!

Steak was chewy and gross, overcooked, waitress forgot everything we asked her for, had to ask multiple times for minor things that should have already came with meal. Overall, not a good experience. Seems to be the norm in this town lately, unfortunately. But they sure want their 25% tip.

Ordered a Bourbon burger medium came out well done so after waiting 15 min for waitress to come and check on us, sent it back and 15min later the manager brings it out same well done no fries this time around lol just asked for the bill at this point which was 38.00 lol are you serious? Waitress Just ignored us, just paid the bill and left smh. But we made sure to leave a 7.00 tip so they can't say it was me. But good luck to you if you go here and want a burger 🍔 cooked your way.

This was a surprising visit. I went to Applebee's has nothing else was open it wasn't expecting much but it was actually very enjoyable. I had the southwest chicken bowl which was very tasty and service was very attentive and quick.

I was a Server off and on for over 30 years. Our server Tatiana is phenomenal.

Olivia, our server was great. We never had to ask for anything. She came by regularly to check on our table.

Everything was great, there isn't anything to complain about.

Stopped in for a late dinner this Saturday Night. Got in just in time before the Rodeo let out and they were SUPER busy. Even with all that, it was still one of our most enjoyable visits here thanks to our Server Lee! You could tell she was very busy, but had great energy, checked in often and was really just a pleasure to deal with! Thanks again Lee for a great evening!

Came out to Applebee's in Okeechobee for date night. Loved that Happy Hour was all day long and that the appetizers were half off after 10pm. The best part of our experience was our server, Lee, who went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of even though shortly after arriving it got super busy. Thank you for contributing to us having a great evening!

THE WORST!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Let me start by saying the waitress and the host that sat us was extremely friendly (5 star).. the manager on the other hand was USELESS!!! which is why I gave a 3 star for service.. Water came out, the cups looked frosted (nope) they were dirty.. waitress came back with to go cups, apparently all cups looked like this.... I ordered a Bacardi drink in the bucket. Before it got to the table as she was carrying it we saw hair stuck to the side. She took it back I cancelled that.. then we ordered a burger well done NO PINK .. yeah you guessed it the damn thing looked like it was going to run off my plate.. now I asked for the useless manager.. he of course apologized "generously" took off the drink I didn't touch and 10.00 off the meal. Then proceeded to explain that mistakes happen. Sometimes hair might be stuck on the old buckets because people leave them and then they reuse the bucket. He'll speak with staff about the cups. They reuse the water all day they'll work on changing the water more often. He'll speak with the cook.. he was pretty busy when he prepared our meals... (10 ppl is a full house in the sticks lol) needless to say I do not recommend it!.. Enter at your own risk. Don't say no one warned you....

The worst service ever!!!!!!! I seen our waitress (Tesla )only when we order drinks and food. We arrived at Applebee’s at 8;30 pm and didn’t leave until 10:57pm . The food was way under cooked. The chicken was raw had to be returned., also, a little sidenote, how does a two for 2 for $25.00 turn into a $50 bill ,not quite sure and every refill you got you were charged when did this change? Wow Applebee’s is really gone down and the waitress needs to find a different line of work!! you have to have some type of customer service in order to be a waitress and tesla has zero!!! I will not ever be dining at Applebee’s in Okeechobee again, and I will assure you neither will none of my family or friends one of the most horrible dining experiences I have ever had in my entire life! Thanks for ruining my Friday night Applebee’s!

We got there right at 5:30 got seated right away it was about 15 minutes before anybody came to see if we needed drinks and then it was another 10 to 15 minutes before they took our order needless to say my wife took me there or a birthday dinner she told the waitress that it was my birthday she a knowledge that she heard it was my I thought Applebee's sing Happy Birthday to the people that having birthdays but they didn't slackers apparently they didn't have enough people working on Friday night 😞

Haven't been to an Applebee's in awhile. I was a little worried cause last experience wasn't great. The folks at this location did a great job. Nice dinner with my coworker and our boys. The waitress was excellent. Thanks for a good meal.

Poor quality top sirloin steak full of tough, gristle and fat. Broccoli was too crunchy. I prefer it soft. Let server know how you like your broccoli. Great specialty cocktail selections.

My experience the was good as it always is. Love the pepper chicken and 4 cheese Mac and cheese also the barbecue boneless wings.

I had the cheeseburger with onion rings. Both were delicious. Husband had the shrimp bowl. He said it was good. Service was excellent. Went back again & hubby had steak & shrimp. And again fir salmon & chicken strips. All great!
