Was not what I thought it would be...fries were cold...after getting my and going home the sandwich it self was good...but the bread was old and hard...I will be going back.

Food was good but service was extremely rude. Here’s a pro tip: if a diabetic person orders a drink and tells you it’s not diet, just replace it. Kimberly, that drink wouldn’t have came out of your personal paycheck but I hope me calling corporate on you was worth it 👍

Arby's food was tasty , but I didn't like the fact that you have to purchase specialty drink there is no refill. You have to repurchase another everytime that's not fair to your paying customers who patronize your business.. just stated a facts.

I stopped by on the way to work. Open times were just updated a week ago by the business itself. Stated midnight and was closed already @ 10pm.

Worst Service that I have experienced at this location. Delivery was horrible, they didn't give the driver all my food. After trying to contact Uber with getting the run around; she was kind enough to go get. She asked the manager to remake it fresh since it had gotten cold. The manager went into the kitchen as if she was remaking the food. I was on the phone with the driver the entire time. Driver gets food brings it to me and the food is old, cold and stale. I called the restaurant, no answer so I contacted Uber to inform them of this. So I go to eat my sandwich and see brown and black lettuce...are you kidding me!!! This is unacceptable!!!

The hamburgers were decent, but they were more trendy than fulfilling! Trendy because the only thing big about this burger was the price. I'm gonna start posting about this every time now. I purchased a bacon burger meal with 2 meat patties, a strawberry/lemonade drink, and curly fries. I also asked for it to be toasted well. That didn't happen. The second burger was a single patty bacon burger and an orange shake with whipped cream. The total was $40 There's always plenty of parking. F y I they're usually out of turnovers.

IT USED TO BE DIFFERENT FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. NOW IT'S "SLEEPY", "DOPEY", AND GRANDMA WITH THE ATTITUDE. I'M GOING TO DEFINITELY CALL CORPORATE. IF SHE WORKING THE DRIVE-THRU, MAYBE THAT'S WHERE SHE NEEDS TO FOCUS. I LITERALLY COME INSIDE TO AVOID HER.

Ordered 30.00 dollars worth of food. Didn’t get my food because they said it would take time to cook the frozen burger which they could have told me when I ordered! I get to the window, they give me my drinks, took my payment and THEN tell me I can come back when the burger was done! I asked for a refund and they told me it would take 30 min, I still haven’t received my refund! Called corporate and they tell me I wont get it for 3-5 days because its a FRIDAY! Im hungry NOW & Arbys will never get my money ever again. Im going to share this to every social media because they had to no problem taking my money but now its a problem refunding my money!!! I work too hard to give my money AWAYYYY!

Asked for fresh food and willing to pull up and wait- got old chicken- manager Kimberly didn’t want to come to the window but passed out my food by shoving it basically through my car window. Rude

I ordered an Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Meal and though the drive thru person was really nice, I was given an old sandwich with burnt bread.

My family and I enjoyed our meals very much from this Arby’s. We haven’t been to one in a while and have been turned off from the other fast food places recently so we wanted to give it a try. The man working was helpful and friendly and the food was great. Would return and recommend. The parking lot nearby looked pretty sketchy, so maybe not best neighborhood. Food was hot and delicious though!

My last few purchases were terrible. Either the fries are cold or everything is cold. I don't get why restaurants think it's ok to serve what they have vice giving us fresh food.

I went to use my 5 for $5 roast beef sandwich coupon and got shorted a sandwich. The only reason I went was for the coupon and my only advice is to check your order befor you leave.

Mens restroom is a mess, and the toilet is clogged up. Told the employee about it, and nothing was done.

Jackeye is absolutely the sweetest person I've met. You could be having a bad day and before you leave you're smiling. That's the kind of person she is. The gentleman who was tending the fryer seemed to fry to order. Which is absolutely awesome. Fresh fries should always be a thing. I noticed that with a few orders 🤩. I know it's a chain but this should be the model store. If i travel up to Jax again I'll be sure to stop here. Keep being great. 🤩🤩

I overheard the fish by piece with fries. It was amazing I never knew that arby's could make fish like that. I would want Stephanie to go anymore, I've got. I went to this Arby's on Dunn Ave, on 08/18/23. Once I went inside to my surprise I was the only customer there to place an order. I was happy because I was pressed for time to get to work, after leaving my first job. So, I orderd a 5 peice hushpuppy and fries on the side. That's right it only comes with fries if you order the meal. After the lady took my order I saw her go drop the fish, but no fries. Then she went over by the drive thru window, she came back to the the counter squatted down doing something. I think she may have been deposited some money. Then she disappeared in the back. During this time, a team member clock in at the front register. He checked the fish that had been dropped, then went in back. I could see him removing a trash bag from the trash can without gloves. I didn't see him anymore after that. Just my observation, I never see employees washing their hands, or wearing any head covering anymore. But they touch their hair, rub their nose, etc.The young lady working the drive thur heard the timer go off, came and removed the fish, open a box for the fish, then went back to her area. So, I call the other young man who was in back all the time making orders for the drive thur, asking him could he fix my order. His look, told me he was doing his job the best he could. Even though I clearly stated that I was pressed for time and needed to get to work. So, I asked for the lady that took my order, once she came from the back. I explained again I was pressed for time. She started putting my order together, but she was getting fries that had been sitting there, instead of cooking fries when she dropped the fish. So I let her know I didn't want cold fries. She said well it going to be another 2 minutes on fries would you like to wait. It wasn't in a polite tone either. More sarcastic like. I got heated, all while trying to keep my composure. I told her no!, but you can give me my money back, I said. I had paid with my bank card, so she told me to put it back into the card device, I did. Once the transaction was done, instead of her asking me to remove my card, she reach over the register and snatched my card out. I reached out to her to remove my card from her hand. She said don't be grabbing my hand. I told her you shouldn't be snatching out my card, I could have removed it myself. So, I asked her name, she seem to proudly say Taylor. Well, Arby's if this is the kind of people you want to represent your establishment! Needless to saying in the future I won't be the only business you will be losing. (Suggestions) Hire skilled management that knows how to train the shift managers and team members in customer friendly interactions and courtesy. Most people who receive a pleasant experience when going to any establishment will be more likely to become repeat customers.

I've ordered through a 3rd party from this location 3 times. The first 2 times the orders were wrong. Entire items were missing, no sauces, no au jus for the French dip, etc. The 3rd time (today), the order was just straight canceled. I like arby's in every state I've been to. This is the 2nd location in Florida that has had issues for me, and the 2nd one I've had issues with out of the last 6 states I've frequented. Spending $50-$70 at a fast food place and having your order messed up in atleast half a dozen ways seems a little crazy. I'm going to hope the next area has an Arby's that is decent.
