I don’t know what the deal is but I’ve been waiting 30 min for 3 pieces of chicken and 6 chicken tenders I knew better but I gave them the benefit of the doubt if they were even busy.

After getting 3 "mini" size pieces for a regular meal price and complaining, customer service was good, and they replaced one piece, making the deal reasonable. I didn't eat the Cole Slaw, tasted rancid, and I didn't risk it. Bread was good. Chicken was OK. I would consider going back with meal deals.

The chicken tastes horrible there.Nothing else but horrible.They should have left church's chicken there!

This location says permanently closed (but it is open) but it should be; the food is sorry. The chicken was greasy and unseasoned. Absolutely horrible!

The service is horrible, there was nobody in the lobby and I was the only one in the drive through and it took 5 minutes just for someone to come take my order then it took them another 5 minutes just to put 3 pieces of chicken in a box smdh.

Awful. They door said open at 10 they open 11:30. The bathroom was so nasty.the good taste old. And they were so short of staff. The poor lady at front she was try so hard to do drive thru front counter prepared each order still put fry down stuff in the over. Wow she definitely need a $$$. Manager got there so late and wasn't even worry of the line or anything. So sad. We will be back. No way

I watched a women punch the owner in the face because he tried to assault her. What kind of man runs this place.

The owner assaults customers verbally harrases his female staff and doesn't pay his workers for the work they do. From my family to yours I recommend Noone go here and especially Noone work here.

Some days the food is great, other days it's horrible. The chicken is extra small and over cooked on horrible days. On great days the chicken is seasoned well and juicy. The cashier's act like they never want to be there. When you come across one with professionalism in a couple of weeks they are gone.

Customer service is horrible, I would give negative stars if I could. The cashier basically ignores you while you wait to have your order taken, the employees do more gossiping and useless chatter than work, it's that way every visit. I will never visit this location ever again.

After having problems (undercooked chicken, missing sides, etc) at two other Church's locations, this location got it perfect on this order. The chicken chicken tenders were cooked just right and a good size. The biscuits (best in town) were actually in the order and delicious. I got what I paid for, which is all a customer wants. Originally, I went through the drive through only to discover that the intercom didn't work. Apparently the employees didn't know it either. You could tell it wasn't fit for consumption just from the look of it but I couldn't tell from my vantage point at the establishment. The woman who put it in the box COULD see that though. Upon taking the food back for a refund or exchange, the rude cashier was like, "Gurllll, he been gone so long..." I interrupted her to show the time on my receipt... 22 minutes. Anyway, the saving grace was the woman who 'fixed' the order. She apologized, said to the cashier you could see the chicken was old and shouldn't have been sold. SHE was courteous and professional. The 8 frosted biscuits had hardly any icing on them, especially the bottom layer of biscuits.
