I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Day and the entire team. ( I hope I have the correct name). However, This individual appeared to manage the team in drive thru while assisting the frontline, without appearing frustrated. My order was not to my satisfaction and was corrected without issue. The manager offered to bring the remainder of my order out to me as I began a portion of my meal. I did view the dining area and it appeared clean I also used the facilities and they were clean and spacious at the time.

Check your food before you leave they have a tendency to give you cold fries and a little greasy and they probably need to change their Grease

Wendy left...... The people who are in charge now don't seem to care about the burgers and fries or even the Frosty

Has one employee working while three others sat in a booth doing nothing. AC is broken so it's 95 degrees inside the building. Decided to eat outside because it was cooler outside than it was inside. Went to get a refill and one of the employees sitting down rudely yelled at me that since I left the building I couldn't get a refill even though I bought it 2 minutes earlier. 0/10 would not recommend.

Poor service. I understand it can be busy, wait time isn’t a problem here, it’s when they don’t acknowledge mobile orders correctly. My name was on the screen and suddenly left the screen without any food to show for and I had to wait in line, which is WHY I mobile ordered, to avoid the line

Drive thru is extremely slow! Extremly so. At least a 10 - 20 min wait with not a lot of cars ahead. I only waited in line because I has already invested 10 min plus of my time and gas to wait. But I will never come here again.

Close this pos establishment down. Hispanic lady can barely speak English and can't multitask. No cars in drive through. Waiting for 5 mins to be asked what we want to order

The food was hot and came out fast. The restaurant was clean inside. Staff was friendly and helpful

Seemed short staffed. Only 2 ppl working. Long line at drive thru. The older woman working the window was under a lot of pressure. But handled it well. Was friendly and professional. I believe she would do well at any job she chooses.

The new chicken tossed in flavors does the chicken nuggets so much good I think it helps a lot with finding good products at Wendy's very glad they have done that The service at this Wendy's is some of the rudest I've ever had to deal with but whenever I hand an issue with the order that I was given they were very good at taking care of it and doing it it was probably just wanted to associates that we're not really interested in having a job or even existing in life but other than that I appreciate it their ability to rectify the issue

Not so fast food. Drive thru service was soooo slow. They took one car at a time to order and serve food

Ordered a blt chicken biggie bag. Fries were no where near warm, much less hot. Chicken nuggets were the same. The chicken blt was actually pretty good. I was the Second vehicle in line in the drive through and I felt like it took Forever to complete the orders for the vehicle in front of me and mine. Probably will never go to this one again.

Sat in line in drive thru for 5 minutes then the pink hair girl caught a attitude. Other than that ok I suppose

Service was good, food was cheap and hot, but the Skyline GTR I got to see on my way in was priceless..... It's the rare things in life that counts....

Well over $17 for a chicken sandwich, single with cheese, and large fries. Will not do that again.

Food was hpt and fresh. They did wrap the burger inside our w the wrapper so I hope ya used gloves. Also fix the speaker, no ine should need to yell their order into it.

Have always got a good meal from here, but seems like the staff don't want to actually do their jobs and serve food. Showed up a little after 7:00pm on a Sunday and waited until 7:05pm at the drive thru, waiting for someone to take our order. Parked and then tried both doors only to find them locked. No signs up anywhere to indicate they were closed. Whoever owns that location is losing money to workers not working during posted business hours.

Worst Wendy's in Jacksonville. I waited 15mins almost to take my order for breakfast that i arrived before 1030am. Then at 1044 there like no were on lunch. This store has really gotten worse every time i visit

Poor management. We are staying at the hotel next door to the Wendy's on New Bern Road. They claim to be open until 12am. Last night at 11pm, my husband and I went over and they had no beef and the only items they claimed to have was only chicken. Said they were waiting on the truck. Tonight 4/18 at 11pm, my husband goes over to get a frosty and a sandwich and they said they are only selling #3's chicken nuggets. 2 nights in a row with no food does not make sense especially when my window faces the drive through and people have been going through the drive through. Really Sad.

The pank fish food was hard and the lettuce was wilted. You can see where the pickles were already on the sandwich and they pulled it off. No pickles doesn't mean just pick the pickle off.

Check the camera footage. 5:10 PM. Tuesday, April 2. The drive-through is wrapped around the building, they’re taking one order at a time and making that person pull up and wait for them to actually walk their food out. And you want $15 an hour. People have gone crazy.

I went inside Wendy's Sunday night and stood at the front counter patiently for several minutes only to be told that If I wanted to be served I would have to go through the drive thru. They proceeded to tell me they were only running the drive thru register and that they would only service the drive thru and the people from the hotel next door. So basically instead of servicing someone inside their establishment they chose to turn away business. The worst part is if they weren't planning to service anyone inside the restaurant then why would they accomodate people from the hotel and why would they not put a sign on the front door telling people this. I only wanted a JR Cheeseburger how hard is it to ring it up and pretend like I was in the drive thru. This is not my first experience at this location. I will never go back to that location they absolutely suck at customer service.

fries were cold, the burger buns were soggy. we were the only person in line which leaves me confused but the nuggets and Dr.pepper were good💁🏻‍♀️

You always have to sit and wait for your food longer than expected one day. I went there at 10:30pm while making my order was told that they did not have any “Meat” just Chicken sandwiches and nuggets for the night… so you’re a Burger chain that do not have Burgers?

Hamburgers and bacon were very over cooked and hard! Fries and nuggets tasted like they were cook in old grease! Disappointed

They had a line all the way to the door and kept telling the customers they didn't have change, so if we didn't have change they would stay with whatever was left over I'm sure they had more than enough change from customers in the window and inside. So who gets the over payment of the customers?

In-store dining hours are a lie staff very unhelpful

Food is fine. Been going here for actual decades. Now they've decided to start turning off the frosty machine at 1030 when closing at midnight. I wager either they are incompetent and can't fulfill closing duties and cut corners like this, or the more probable answer that they don't have enough closers and have to cut out time sinks like cleaning the machine closer to closing. Just don't lie and say this is policy now when a quick search easily shows this is not the case.

Seriously it's hit or miss. Hopefully they can keep the crew they have.

It's ok ,don't really care for fast food that much,but everything was prepared and served hot.

I'm doing carnivore and the staff was very accommodating in selling me patties with cheese and bacon only.

This place is hit or miss. Seems as though you'll sometimes get good service and other times the employees won't even acknowledge you. Food is usually still good though. It's tucked away off the highway so very easy to miss unless you look for the signs.

The drive thru worker interrupted me three times before I could even finish two words for my first item. The food was cold and old.

Never have staff, and the ones they have sometimes close the store out of anger.

Hit or miss on customer service depending on the staff that day. Dave's burgers are always on point always good if you're starving I'd personally get Dave's triple but you do you!

4 employees smoking outside. I’m the only customer. Still got my order wrong

Went in there this morning, no other customers in there and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before I walked out. No one ever took my order, I won't be going back in there!

There was no food or service it's 8am the sign says they open at 6am. I pull up for them to say they are closed.

I don’t normally write reviews, however after my recent visit I felt compelled to rave about the excellent customer I received. These days good customer service is hard to come by, this visit was different. I didn’t feel rushed, everyone was kind and my food was fresh!

Had the grilled chicken wrap, must say it was good. Went back the next day to get another.

I went there a little after 11pm and ordered the new chicken nacho sandwich. They asked me if I wanted spicy or regular chicken. I said regular. They ended up just giving me a cheeseburger with corn on the bottom bun. They also gave me dry burnt fries.

Only 2 people working unfortunately, which we understand, however the attitude & the presence of their customer service is not pleasant. When you are the face of a facility & people walk in, greeting with a smile & some professionalism & your tone of voice goes a long way. Everyone likes to feel welcomed to any place they go to. This Wendy's is not it

Slow service. Not friendly to downright rude. Completely screwed up the order and forgot items. Acted annoyed when I went back through to fix it. I didn't get upset with them bc I'm pretty sure they were short handed which is why I'm not giving a one star. The special item ordered wasn't what was described but the good was ok in general once it was corrected.

I don't eat fast food too often, and I do understand why. However, the service was great here, and the food was average. Unfortunately, just like everything in life at the current time, quality is going down, size is getting smaller, but prices continue to increase.

Very poor management. Rude employees. Lobby was closed at 6pm on a Saturday. Had to go through the drive through and they got my order wrong and I had to go back to get it fixed. The food tasted so bad I had to go back and get a refund. Do not eat here!

Went here for a quick lunch. Sat in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes. Got charged for a Large Frosty and was then told the machine wasn't working. Wouldn't take it off of my receipt even though I asked for a water instead. Will never come back.

Literally sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 20 minutes. No one answered. Drove around and locked eyes with an employee just standing at the counter in the empty resturant. Second time this has happened. Will not be returning to this location until they fix thier issues.

Hot fresh food prepared just as the menu displays the burgers thick and juicy fresh tomatoes and all the other toppings. Good frosty's and chili.🦅

Went through their drive-thru at about 9 a.m. wanted to get two breakfast sandwiches with home fries and drink after sitting at the window listening to the three employees that were inside argue back and forth about who was supposed to do what got two breakfast sandwiches that were not what we ordered at least the drinks were right it's pretty sad that this is the best we can do here in America !

The 2 for $3 sausage biscuits were rung up individually at $1.79 each. Opened the bag at a table and found 2 bacon egg and cheese muffins.. My wife is allergic to eggs, took it back to the counter to get a sausage biscuit, they were out of biscuits and asked if it was all right to put her sausage on a croissant. Sure. They gave her a bacon and cheese on a muffin. We left. The table was clean.

Lovely wanting fast food, and waiting 30 min for one car to go through the line. FFS it's 8pm, and no one inside ordering at the counter. Please hire people who actually want to work. Recommend going past and head to River City marketplace for food.

People working there serve cold food or totally not what you ordered poor management

Employees were rude. We stood to the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be recognized as patrons. I finally had to get the employee attention, which at first she pretended not to hear me while she was texting on her phone. We never did get ant service, so we left.

This Wendy's is the only one I'll go to, they are always slammed yet consistently get through the line SO FAST, foods always right, always fresh, always good. Service is ALWAYS polite. I don't know who runs this location, but they managed to find some amazing crew members - the staff is quick, efficient, friendly, and just overall great. I've never had a bad experience here. I work around the corner, everyone out here loves this Wendy's

Chicken sandwich hard and not warm. Frosty still good

Seems to always be clean and pretty good service at this location. Just takes a little while sometimes but you will have that at any fast food location anymore…

2pm on a Friday and the dining room was closed. Fries were cold and nuggets were undercooked. I do not recommend.

Cashier never said a word to me, food was cold and the Sprite that I ordered tasted like pure syrup.

Constantly forgetting to put things on my order that I pay for. Rude experience from a employee the time before. Also have been out of items & food not as fresh tasting as other location in River city.

Out of the 2 times I’ve been there they didn’t have any chili. The drive thru speaker was difficult to understand as well

used to go here frequently. good people, good food, the location is a bit busy and hard with the hotel next door, but to me its worth it

Great place ro stop and grab a bite!

After terrible service at the drive-thru we finally got our food, and the order was wrong. SW salad was all messed up and with wrong dressing, our kids apples must have been Idaho apples because they looked just like fries, and the sweet tea forgot the sweet. We used the app thinking it would speed up the process, but it just confused the team. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Love the people there. They are quick. And have a good vibe. Haven't met one that was negative or sluggish. Food will stay being better then most fast foods.

I had not been to a Wendy's in a long time so I thought I would try them again. I went through the drive-thru at noon. They met my low expectations. The hamburger was not hot and the french fries were merely warm. They failed to include any napkins in the bag. I do not anticipate visiting another Wendy's restaurant anytime soon.

Not open late despite advertising they are. Closed down drive-thru at 10:24pm tonight.

I realize it's probably hard to find good help right now, but this review represents the reality of our experience. We stopped on our way home to NC for lunch. The inside was a typical Wendy's but the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The service was slow despite the line not being long inside or out. The guy taking orders was completely disinterested in being there and showed it with his body language and words. The food was as is to be expected from Wendy's and they did get the order correct. All in all, the service was worse than I would typically expect from a Wendy's in general, but the overall experience was probably in line with what to expect from this mid range fast food place.

Hit or miss on drive through. Either really fast or slow as can be.

Half the time was closed due to no staff available other times it was completely out of French fries and chicken everything no chicken nuggets, no chicken sandwiches, staying in hotel next door and watched illegal transactions from the workers inside going outside to their cars making deals and going back inside .all I can say it was something to eat occasionally

Food was good but in side is the dirtiest location I have ever seen. Staff is slow ketchup pump is empty and the bad thing I'm the only one here with like 6 staff working and nobody can refill the ketchup pump. I would understand if it was bisy. Corporate fix this location. I would be embarrassed to have a store like this with my company name if I were CEO.
