I love Arby’s but this location is a miss! I was served raw chicken in my chicken wrap!!!! Customer service was also poor

What you would expect from fast food plus a few extra coins.

We ordered thru the Drive-thru. The cashier must have been having a bad day. He got our order wrong at the intercom and the drive up. But the food was excellent as always. I recommend the Turkey Gyro, curly fries, and theÿ salted Carmel cookie. The food is pricey but the taste is so good.

Staff always friendly. Food good for the price. Only problem is the fries seem to always be cold. I got a sweet tea and it tasted like it's been sitting for a long time and it seemed like it was more unsweetened. Will still go back.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a dbl beef and cheddar combo. Got half a container of fries. Didn't check the bag cause I was in a rush. Should have gone to Panda, Chipotle, Zaxbys, Pollo.....anywhere else but here.

There was an incorrect order that was sent out but Mr. Edgar the GM was very professional and corrected it for us. He was very concerned that this had happened and was sincere with his apology. Mr Edgar was on point with correcting the matter. I greatly admire him for taking this matter with concern and doing what an Excellent Manager would do. Mr. Edgar, Thank you so much for your help and the corporation should be very proud to have an employee such as yourself. If you personally own the restaurant, you are a very upstanding and honest person.

I worked from September 2023 until today, March 12. When I started working I realized how disgusting the store was, cockroaches everywhere, dirty everywhere, black mold in the sinks, in short, a disaster. The general manager is supposed to be responsible for cleaning and everything. others to be excellent and constant but visibly he was not doing his job well enough for that very new store to be in that condition. Almost all the staff are under 18, whom he prefers to hire and give hours to since he can manage them as he pleases. I witnessed how he yelled at an employee. I think the store would be much better if someone else were the general manager! To this day there are still cockroaches, not like when I started working since in the end they hired a company to eliminate the infection that existed. If I continue I won't finish I don't recommend it at all!

The worst Arby's service in my lifetime. Froes so old they break your teeth. Meat smelled rotten, no sauces. This is so bad i.might call the bbb, and health department. I tried to call they don't answer phones

They accidentally forgot to put fries in my order so I call in and asked for a manager. The manager lady was professional and accommodating. I appreciate them doing so. I will return for this reason. Thank you.

I order online today for a free buffalo chicken wrap. When I get there they never got my order. They made my order right then but the manager was saying my order was not finalized. How did I get the screen saying go to store and pick up order? The manager should take more responsibly for computer gliches. Do not blame the customer.

Each time I come here the shake machine is down. The last time I came the person at the drive thru told me that they no longer do Milk shakes, meanwhile it's still on the menu. Then when I questioned it she told me that it's temporary down.

I just picked my order which as supposed to be a chicken wrap with fries & lemonade. When got home, the lemonade was just plain water and they don’t even gave me a receipt. Sorry, but first and last going there.

Always delicious always something new and fresh

I had double Arby's and 8 piece jalapenos and my son had the 2 for 6 regular arby roast beef and a crispy chicken sandwich and a lemonade. To get any sauces you have to ask for them ! I can remember a time when they ask you what sauces you would like as you pick up your food. The young manager was nice . All of the others employees had a personality of a stumps. It wouldn't hurt to smile and be appreciative you have a job. Thank you!

No point of milkshake on the menu, ice cream machine never works

Today’s experience was something else! Went into the restaurant and were literally one of two couples there. The other couple was in front of us ordering. They were standing there for a solid 8 minutes before placing their order. It had been a good 15 minutes before we were able to place our order. Attempted to order a chocolate shake for our son and was advised that the ice cream machine was down and had been for 2 months. Wow, okay. We finished placing our order and went to get our drinks from the fountain area, which was disgusting. Not well kept and dirty. We sat down and waited for our food, keeping in mind that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of watching 3 employees standing around talking, I went and stood by the counter to continue waiting. Upon my arrival, I see one employee warming up her lunch in a Tupperware container, and another employee who I can only assume was the manager, putting roast beef on slider buns with her bare hands. Gross! We made eye contact and she asked if she could help me with anything, upon which I replied, “yeah, our order”. Another girl comes running over and pulls our order which had apparently been sitting for a several minutes and says “oh, here ya go, sorry about that”. Ridiculous! Later on, I went back to the crusty fountain area to refill my drink and I see the girl who took our order literally sitting on the back counter looking bored and apparently waiting for the time to pass to clock out. Overall, the experience was pretty atrocious and the cleanliness and sanitation was abysmal. Don’t recommend until they can get their act together.

Nice location, staff could be friendlier. My husband and I ordered the same meal (enjoyable at the time), but we both got sick a couple of hours lates, carried out through the next morning. Proceed with caution.

Update.... Came back to this place again. Ordered pickup thru the app. Says it will be ready at 1:11pm....got my food at 1:24. They have no clue what they are doing. I watched them make the same sandwich 3 times because they don't know. Where is the management at this place? I told them if I didn't pay already I would have walked out. They didn't seem to care Don't go here unless you have 30 minutes minimum to wait in line at the drive thru and that is being 3rd in line. Then when you actually get to the speaker no one greets you for 6 more minutes. Then it takes another 7 minutes to actually get your food. 33 minutes total. What a waste of time. This must be standard practice because the lady does not even say sorry for your wait or thank you at the end. She hands you the bag like you are bothering her. Terrible drive thru experience. Beyond rediculous. Arby's chicken sandwich used to be the best and the biggest. That's not the case anymore unfortunately. The chicken patty is now about the size of a McChicken. "We have the meats".....yea right

Ordered Arby's with Uber Eats yesterday and it was a perfect order. Food was cooked fresh and was still hot when it arrived. I was really craving some roast beef and this hit the spot. Got the 1/2 lb beef n cheddar sandwich. Was very filling and tasty. Fries were well seasoned and had a great texture. Will be ordering from here next time I am craving Arby's again.

I ordered the 2 for 7 mix n match special. The spicy roast beef and the fish. I said no sauce and they both came with loads of sauce. I was too far away and ready to go into work so I couldn't bring the food back. Wasted money. Had to pull forward and park and wait for my food even though no one was in the drive thru..very disappointed and still hungry. 😭

I use to visit that location almost ever week. Today around 5 to 6 pm customer service wasn't nice at all at the drive thru. A lady shouted NO we do not have small sizes for fries and shakes when I asked to use coupons for small fries and small shake.Then at the window when I stopped to pay for the meal I showed the coupons to the guy just to let them know it is a fraud. and he asked her to clear it up and her attitude 👎 NO (shouted)we don't have small size. SMH not nice at all.

AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF, had a lovely conversation with lady at drive thru. Food was good, little slow but I had a big order. This location never fails me.

I think this place is terrific! I mean, I’ve heard a few complaints here and there but I still decided to give it a shot. The food is delicious, especially their hushpuppy fish sticks. The staff is friendly and charismatic, and the service is quick and ready to go! I will definitely be coming again, keep up the good work!
