Food is great and hot and fresh.

This location in particular needs to update their hours, because every time I show up anywhere “near” their closing time (2:00am) the crew members would have all the lights and the store on to make it look like it’s open, however when I go order they come up with an excuse to say that they are closed and that they won’t take any more orders. So, is False Advertising having signs out saying that the drive thru is open till 2am when they actually won’t be taking your order.

20 minute wait to get food, cold fries… for them to let us know they were out of chicken last minute

Just picked up some food at around 2:30pm on 7/6 and I’m really disappointed. The food is absolutely gross. My baked potato was hard and the chili is a weird thick gummy consistency and tastes disgusting. My jr bacon cheeseburger tastes like it’s been sitting there all day. Bun is stale and the burger patty dry and old. How hard is it to make fresh food? Especially in the middle of the day when they’re not busy. This place is going to make people sick!

So where do I start..AI took my order and did not take my order completely wrong. After speaking with the manager he still got the order wrong. Their attitude was like ok here is your order and still got it wrong. The young woman making the sandwiches was very apologetic which stood out much more than the manger whom suggested the AI is the best thing ever and making things better. If the AI can't get it right nor the manager. Then maybe it's time to overlook who really should be the manager. Thank you young lady making the sandwiches you made it right and apologize. You MADE THE DIFFERENCE, NOT THE MANAGERS

That robot that took our order was wrong!!! we spoke to someone else they still had our order wrong!! After waiting a long time for the food still give us wrong items and they gave us knifes for our frosty

We ordered 2 double bacon cheese burger biggie bags. Received 2 single chicken sandwiches Old fries and old chicken bites cold. Very disappointed not Happy ! And then their phone hangs up on you 6 times, that was the icing so i threw the food out to the animals..... Why Wendy*

The burger was cold 🥶, the fries was like cement!! And to finish they give me the nuggets spicy 🥵 unbelievably didn’t went back cause I was on the road working !! But my money for that meal went straight to the toilet …. Thank God I drink my soda that’s cost me $6.33

Customer service today April 4 2024 was extremely poor. Went to get cookies and the young hispanic guy has 0 customer service experience. Asked for 3 frosty's, 2 vanilla and 1 chocolate, got 2 chocolate and 1 vanilla. Also 3 sodas, no straw's and the french fries burned. Asked for barbecue sauce, guess what? No sauce...

No lunch yet at 1050. Lunchtime starts at 1030

Update: About a year since my old review. I've gone early afternoon and just got home from an 8:30pm order. My food both times had been made fresh and the drive though was speedy. Moving review from 1 star to 4. I stopped by last week late at night after midnight and the unfortunately the woman taking the order seemed to not want to be there. At least that's what the attitude suggests. But otherwise, great service and food. Old review: Truly awful. I literally only went there for a small frosty. The cashier had informed me that the scanner wasn't operational, but I had redeemed the reward coupon from the app and once it is redeemed, you lose it permanently. I really wanted the frosty, so I paid for it. Mind you, I was kind through the entire process. Ultimately, these things happen. I stopped at the parking lot to eat the frosty, and behold - it's completely melted. I came back and explained the issue to the cashier. I was told they couldn't make me a new one because they are now cleaning the machine. But why on earth would they sell me a melted frosty!? It's infuriating! I requested a refund and the manager looked extremely annoyed. I mean, how dare I ask for such a thing, right? My money was returned without any kind of apology. I'm just happy I didn't wait until I got home to eat it. This place is whack. It definitely could use a new night shift manager.

So sad order a biggie bag with a double stack instead of a double stack got a single stack and like 6 pickles that seems to replace one of the patties trying to call the location phone doesn’t even work

I spoke to the manager months ago about their empty parking lot after having a less than desirable sandwich there and I explained what was wrong with it. Kudos it's turned around I ordered doordash everything was perfect the cheese was melted the sandwich wasn't sloppy and all the ingredients were on it it was packaged nicely they included enough ketchup in the order for the fries and the fries were warm and good to top it all off you can tell the Coke machine have been cleaned and I didn't taste any chemicals and the way you can tell this is the coke actually tastes like Coke not watered down like so many places. Congratulations for turning it around!

This is my neighborhood Wendy's, eat here about once a week, great food served most of time hot, lobby some what clean, could be cleaner

When I pulled up there were four cars ahead of me and I was surprised how quickly they got them through. This was the 1:00 a.m. crowd I wanted something to drink.

This is the only Wendy's in the area that continuously charge for a double burger when I didn't ask for one. That's stealing, I can understand you wanting to make budget, but don't over charge for something that is/was/has never been requested. Rather drive 15 to Deerfield store than ever go back to the Landstar which is a 5 min drive.

I ordered a "BIGGY BAG" with a FROSTY instead of a soda. I exchanged the FRENCH FRIES for a LARGE CHILI! I received the GHOST PEPPER SAUCE for the CHICKEN NUGGETS 🐔? I received the sauce, but I didn't receive the "CHICKEN NUGGETS"?

Every time I go they are very kind to me and the food is freshly made.

Horrible service. They never fill up the fries. As if you didn’t pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for the damn thing, fill up my fries!!!!!!

Today at 10:45pm went to the drive through and the service provided by the cashier was very rude while we were ordering. Also, at the window, zero word and only did the hand gesture of asking for a card. Again, no hospitality whatsoever. I wished I could give a zero out of 5 stars. On top of that, items were missing on the order. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY’S LOCATION.

The Baconator breakfast sandwich is a good size sandwich, and it tastes really good. One of my breakfast best.

This is always a great Wendy's to stop at. Even when they're busy the staff is able to move people and orders very quickly, and I've never had an order be wrong.

Went through the drive through on November 29 2023 at 8 am and ordered 2 of what they had advertised as "sausage egg and Swiss croissants"... I drive away with my order, just to discover that the so called "Swiss" (was expecting an actual slice of Swiss) was nothing more than a quarter of a teaspoon of some watered down what they call "Swiss sauce".... didn't even cover the sandwich.... false advertising if you ask me

Horrible customer service, every time you visit there's no employees that don't know what they're doing, long wait times. With many other new restaurants coming in the area I don't see this Wendy's lasting that long unless something changes. Hope the owner reads these reviews, if not this location will be the next Bud Light. Can't wait for this location to fail so a real restaurant with real customer service can take its place in the up-and-coming area.

Everytime I order food at this location they forget something. Everyone is always in a rush at the drive through even if you are the only person there. I ordered a meal and my nuggets and fries missing. I like Wendy's food but hate the service. Looks like I'm going to McDonald's down the road.

Wendy’s No this is not acceptable. I have ordered the ghost pepper fries 2 times at 2 different places and both times they were lacking something. Today I ordered and got hot fries drenched in hot sauce. I was on my way home from work and got back on the road. When I got home I was so Annoyed! The cheese was missing. Waist of money! I spent about $3. I don’t recommend this location. It is fairly new but the food is not good.

Options are about what you'd expect, never dissatisfied with the service and only recently I learned the Cobb Salad has a bit too much of a salty taste so I'm not as much of a fan. But I believe Wendy's is a much better chain in terms of pricing and quality for those prices such as the biggie deals and drink options like Strawberry Lemonade.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps and they had less meat than half any other sandwich for 8$… like 6 chopped pieces. What a joke

After 11pm the old bald Spanish manager comes in and acts like he’s the only competent one so he basically tries to do everything while complaining that no one knows how to do anything which makes every order take 30 min wait minimum he might be on the spectrum which is cool but he shouldn’t manage a restaurant I wouldn’t trust him in public without a helmet

First of all everyone in sight had headphones on when I pulled up, the drive thru guy didn’t acknowledge me at all just stood there and when I asked to change one thing on my ticket he left for 3 minutes and told me to pull foward without me even paying, then at the second window, even worse experience. No communication whatsoever was done, when i stated if the item I asked for was changed on the receipt I was told yes but yet my meal was still missing items and when I told them what was missing they assumed otherwise and then after me multiple times repeating the same thing I was given the food and I left. Everything was just terrible, and when I got one I had one piece of bacon cut in half on my baconator fries and that’s not at all what’s advertised.

nos trataron super mal por hablar español, mi esposo domina ingles e hizo la orden en ingles pero pidió PREVIO a la chica hablar español porque son las 12am y queriamos pedir rapido e irnos…. La chica nos decia un precio y termino siendo otro en pantalla 2 veces. Llego el supervisor y nos trato super mal y nos dijo “para la proxima busquen a alguien que hable su idioma” Señor de wendy’s no habra proxima, pesima y discriminatoria atencion. No volveremos, ademas que tardo 30min la fila en rodar para ordenar con 4 carros alante.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. At 1130 we pulled up to the drive thru and patiently waited for them to shut the lights off the menu at 1154 and not even answer us if they had closed. I will NEVER give this wendys my business completely unprofessional and disturbing that we can hear the car in front of us ordering the whole menu with a catering response from the employee. Don’t waste your time coming here for a late night craving

Was a much needed break, from packing my lunch. My brother and i really enjoyed it. Food was fresh, fries were crispy and Hamburgers were just right. I had a chocolate frosty, perfect!!

The food is garbage lately. Burgers are always cold and cheese is never melted. Wendy's customer care is zero these days. They have one employee that works drive thur named Brady. Very please and super friendly with a great customer smile everyday!

The only drive thru where a 45 minute wait seems inevitable. I don't blame the employees who are working inside, I think they understaff the place to save money. To the owner, help your customers by helping your employees out and hire some more workers.

Spent over $50 + at this location and they still can not get my order right. Freaking workers look confused and not organized. Who ever is running the shop need to be retrained or fired.

OMG ! Please, open de dinner doors for the delivery drivers at night, or do something so they don’t have to spend so many time in the drive thru line for an order. You can open the door only to give the order to the driver, if it’s for safety that you close the doors at nighttime. And I’m not a driver I am a costumer that have to wait for an 1 for a simple burger. Because if I cancel the order the driver will lose the time and will not receive payment, it’s not fare to them.

Super disappointed in this location , asked for Mayo and pickles to be added to their so called “ new “ grilled chicken wrap and it fell extremely short to my expectations .. wrap was dryer than the damn Sahara in hell .. lemonade was superb and fries were a bit crisp.

Acabamos de hacer un pedido de una hamburguesa con tocineta, sin tomate, no picante y papas fritas, nos entregaron una hamburguesa super picante con tomates y en vez de papas unos nuggets picantes. Se que trabajar hasta las 2am no es facil, pero si no consiguen personal que trabaje con dedicacion y responsabilidad, mejor no abran hasta esa hora!!

Horrible customer service, we were at the register waiting for help for over 5 min. Later we learned the person in charge of getting the orders was a girl that looks like a dude or vice versa, who saw us there for the whole time and never even bothered to take our orders. Horrible service! Find another Wendy’s to eat. Stars they get a minus 3. This place needs to be cleaned up by corporate and hire new staff.

Pésimo, fatal, asqueroso e irresponsables en el servicio al cliente y en todo hasta en la comida siempreee algo esta mal o siempre falta algo este o no este llena la tienda. El servicio al cliente es pésimo pero pésimo. Si quieres pasar malos ratos este es el lugar perfecto!!!

Unfortunately they seemed understaffed. The few working weren't quick, the place was dirty, and other customers were leaving because it was taking so long to get service.

De todas los wendy's que he visitado, este definitivamente es el peor, muy mala atención, trato al público es horrible como si uno esta pidiendo que le regalen la comida, y servicio pésimo cuando pides algo ni se preocupan leer como quieres tu comida.

I only punish those who have already done harm: I am real justice. The sandwich had no mayo (despite the request for extra) and the 'frostyccino' came out as a straight up iced coffee. Everything was just generally mad sus, and the food took quite a bit to be the wrong stuff. The freestyles didn't even have ice. I swear to protect the travelers of the maps, and give sus joints like this what they deserve.

Food sat on counter 20 minutes before they bagged it and called out name. Took 35 minutes total with only a few other customers in the store.

Late night poor quality. Grilled chicken was salty and mealy, as if it had been simmering in a brine tray for hours. Fries were dessicated and under-salted. They substituted imitation lemonade for the real lemonade I ordered, but did not refund the difference. Friendly service sand nice building, though.

The week prior to this visit, their frosty machine was down and they wouldn't substitute a chicken patty for the beef, an accommodation that I've not had problems with at other locations. This visit, everything was done properly and their staff was helpful with all the modifications and requests I made.

French toast was real dark and hard. Disappointing as spend hard earned money only to get inedible food. Obviously no quality control. Really deserves 1 star but the coke drink had no issues.

Second review. 3rd car in line and couldn't even stay to get my food becasue they took 11 minutes to take the first cars order. Then 7 to take the seconds.

This location took a nose dive with new leadership. My orders keep getting messed up and there's no response when I confront them about it. At this point, this Wendy's owes me about 20 bucks. I don't hate Wendy's, I actually love it, but this place makes me need to go to a different Wendy's further down the road for a decent experience. I will update this review when this Wendy's cleans up their act. Edit: You guys made it up to me. 1 - > 4 stars

I'd give no stars if I could. Waited at midnight for 46 minutes to be served a cold partially incorrect order. It seems the delay was related to employees power washing and cleaning the restaurant 90 minutes prior to close vs preparing orders. I'm going to speak with management on the incorrect order. By the way, when I see a baconator on TV it looks nothing like what I ordered (mayo only).

Oh. You cut corners on my meal tonight! This sandwich is supposed to be a baconator! Where's the bacon?! Large fry is pathetic. I asked for ketchup and the sever put 3 packets in the bag. My large drink was wrong! They gave me a regular Dr pepper instead of the large Diet Coke with light ice I asked for. Very disappointed! Wait in drive through was terribly slow also.

I’m a Uber eats Delivery driver today I was an utterly shock how rude the woman who is taking the order was I don’t understand if someone is being nice how you can be mean with an attitude rolling your eyes and ignoring someone asking for condiments Literally hear me asking for it and closes the window and as I speak to another associate about her is when she finally hears me meanwhile the whole time she’s been hurting me she even said she gave me everything I needed when I’m sitting here asking for sauces for the customer the other employee really did not say anything but seems is shock is me Wendy’s need to do better and hire better employees that understand work is work if you don’t like it find another job and treat people as you want to be treated I’m just so disappointed because I never once disrespected anyone

Considero que falta un Manager dinámico y Pro activo para que el Crew se maneje mejor, he ido de noche y de día, y es igual. Es un desorden. Y están bromeando entre ellos, ño cual no es malo, si te mantienes Focus en lo que estás haciendo porque con el apetito del cliente no se juega. (No debes hacer esperar de más al cliente cuando tiene hambre)
