I tried to buy something from the store and the lady saw me and came running to the door and locked it because there short staffed that’s not an excuse to refuse service and to lose customers bad service and bad employee

The overnight shift is absolutely a delight. I can not say I've had a negative experience with the employees. The only complaint is they have closed for the evening when they are a 24 hour location.

My experiences at store 189 off of landstar blvd Is always great the store manager Ari is always smiling and pleasant, always checks to see if I found everything I need, and always asks if I need anything else.

Surprisingly good Colombian coffee. I will be back.

My favorite gas station to go to in Meadow Woods because of the people that work there.

I love Racetrac, however, the pump credit card readers need to be thoroughly checked. In the past 9 months I've had to personally replace 4 debit cards and both my daughters have had to replace two cards each. It just happened again and was charged $175 on my card. This is ridiculous! Please check each card reader and fix this asap. I'm seriously hoping this isn't being done by an employee at this location. I tried calling 8 times to report this and no answer, which is why I'm leaving this review.

Location is close to I-417 entrance. Prices is often the lowest around. Store is convenient, and employees are helpful.

Coffee is awesome the food is great and the service is awesome also and I go there a lot because I work with a diesel truck and I have to fill it up so I go to a lot of racetracks and they all are great

Clean store. The store is smaller than the new locations with a kitchen and coffee station.

I completely agree with another customer Dan Greesom. This RaceTrac has all the high standards and keeps it up. Whenever I go out, I always route myself to stop and get my daily Dr Pepper 😁. The only thing that would make this RaceTrac better is bigger with more RollerGrill options and E85 gas... but that's not possible due to location... but it's still my favorite stop. I agree that Gio has set the expectations high for his employees and it shows.

So you have people who work here who are just standing inside with the doors locked. Bad business. Fire them!

Even by Racetrac’s normally high standards, this store here in particular is always 100%. I live closer to other Racetracs but still drive the 15-20 to go to this one. The camaraderie in this specific store is on point. I always see the team helping each other out and one of the managers Giovanni has a great relationship with his team. A happy team translates to a happy customer. On top of that, this Racetrac is the most reliable out of the 30+ I’ve been to. Their schedule is always staffed and open in the overnight hours, their soda fountain machine is always running and flavors are never out, and most importantly for me.. there are ALWAYS styrofoam cups. More and more locations these days are shufting away from styrofoam, even many of the other Racetrac stores, but this is the only one I can come to and know for a fact they will have what I need. Please do not change. This is an amazing team, store and company. Thank you!!

Gas prices were the lowest at time and coffee was good and fresh. The bathroom was very clean

Very nice place to get gasoline or your favorite snack on the go. Always clean and a good atmosphere. Feels very secure and people who usually go there act like the way they are supposed to act.

I come in there almost everyday to get gas. Then this morning the women who was working was to busy to help me. My card wouldn't work at the pump so I went in to pay. I'm well aware of how stocking is in the store but when I ask you for help you say hold on then continue doing what your doing for more than 5 minutes. Nah I went to wawa and got gas instead.

These guys understand how to operate a convenience store. Competitive gas prices, reasonably good food, and CLEAN!
