Always great service and food! The older lady in drive thru is always so kind and fast

Literally just asked for a corn beef Ruben and I get a roast beef sandwich with no cheese check yo food before you leave the junkies in here don't care if they get it right

Curly fries where stale and cold. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Love ❤️ the beef and cheddar. AND ... they brought the tater cakes back(for limited time) YAY!!!! My absolute 💯 fave!!! The. Best. Tea. In town. And the have hubs fav Diet Dr Pepper.

Wish all the service folk were like the woman who attended to me today. Mrs. Murkay (or something similar). She was so very special. My Beef & Cheddar just as I ordered but the service was the very best. Will be back just so I can get her name correct. I hear potato cakes are coming back, if they do this will go to 5 stars

2nd time they didn't have roast beef???? 4/28/24 Sat at the drive thru (we were the only vehicle at the location) for over 5 minutes. The young lady at the window was not only rude and obnoxious but had no courtesy for her customers shorthanded or not you don't tell somebody I will be with you in a moment and take over 5 minutes and still say it's going to be a few minutes more. This is a fast food restaurant if I wanted to sit and wait for over 5 minutes to give my order I would go to a sit-down restaurant and have proper food. These kids nowadays and young adults need to be taught manners and how to respect their customers. On this day we had the worst service one could receive including your manager! 😔

Do you want hot food if so go elsewhere.

We don't eat fast food. My wife wanted a sweet tea. Undoubtedly the absolute cleanest fast food place that I have been in for a while. Staff was also very polite and friendly.

We are on our way to Cocoa from the west Coast and stopped because my wife wanted a French Dip so here we are. The person at the counter was not the friendliest person but she did fine and was fast and efficient. By the time I could walk to the pop stand the person at the other end of the counter was calling my name the food was ready... So they were very fast ,it was all correct and hot. 🔥 Her French dip was good, no issues and I had a double roast beef, also no issues. She had curly and I had crinkle fries 🍟... They were both good...I'm happy to see Arby's has added the crinkle fries , they are better than most places. Overall they did very well, food was good and they were FAST, Thank you

I told the cashier to remove red ranch, I thought she heard me but apparently not.... When I confronted them, I got a rude snarky attitude out of the other lady making the sandwich and saying "That wasn't on my screen it came with red ranch she must've not heard you but it did came with red ranch so" after complaining she grabbed the sandwich and threw it out and finally said "Fine I'll make you another one" with a hostile attitude... Worse service ever. The customer is ALWAYS right!

They sirve the worst curley fry I ever have cold and stale

I had the turkey bacon ranch. It was the first time I had had the wrap. I had always ordered it in Sandwich form. Very good.

Let's say the ads on tv is not like the sandwiches at the restaurant. Less meat ( where is the meat) more lettuce, tomato and extras on the sandwiches. It was clean inside. And the curly fries first one was old returned for hot and fresh tasted better

Got there a half hour before closing .. we haven't had dinner yet .. even I understand they were trying to close .. our sandwiches were cold but fries were hot. A shame we couldn't get a good meal for the day.

The staff at this location has been single-handedly choreographed to precision by the girl who once dodged a thrown milkshake and put out an electrical fire.

The yong lady taking orders at 727pm Friday Sept 29 was the most pleasant person I've encountered in fast food in a long time. We didn't even wait 15 seconds and she said sorry for your wait. Food was quick, and she was just an overall well mannered young woman. Keep up the great work Arby's night crew. Excellent Job 👏 👏 👏

Went and ate their new big game burger. Absolutely great burger. Tasty as can be and hefty size. Wish they keep it in menu permanently.

The girls are extremely kind and they make their food perfectly! My fiancee goes in there all the time and we both love the this place but it's the people that keep us coming back! The girls are amazing! We love it! I highly recommend everyone to come here. You get what you pay for that's for sure!

Did not expect the cherry turnover to be as good as it was. I was really taken by surprise by the quality, very flaky crisp crust.

August 12 and 13, 2023 I ordered online and picked up my order at 5:30pm. By far this has been the best online ordering experience I have ever had! The restaurant was clean, employees friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and order accurate! I will be back!

They were just ok, not very clean in dinner area and bathrooms, food was as normal as most Arby's. Plenty of parking, but no RV parking.

This is by far the friendliest Arby's I've been to. Not only was the service speedy, but the food was also exactly as ordered. Thanks!

Stop by there monthly between lake placid and Stuart — today was disappointing: milk shake machine not working — ordered deluxe fish sandwich for first time — apparently it’s not a big seller — bun was lock a rock — I’d imagine the sandwich was at least an hour old — great taste other than the stale bun — same thing with our other sandwich, Turkey club, the bread was stale How long are they supposed to hold a made sandwich before selling it or tossing it — I guess we’ll try Wendy’s next time we drive thru Okeechobee 👎

They do a great job, l eat there very often, love the new Hamburger and looking forward hopefully the fish a little later. Of coarse the original Arby's you can't get enough of it. The Okeechobee , Fl. Restaurant is one of the best in all categories.

Lunch stop with my mom 😊. Any time spent with her is great. I never forgot we only have one. The drive thru here is always busy. Inside the dining room has been updated and is very nice. Wheelchair seating is available, group and smaller tables as well.
