I will. Never come back to DQ , been waiting 27 minutes for French fries and the place has 3 customets only. Will never again order online or uber eats, awfull services at diary queen.

They had run out of fudge and Carmel so we didn't stay. Walmart is down the street for a backup

Good blizzards, super fast service

Stopped in for a root beer float, ended up buying the $7 meal deal. (burger,fries,drink,sunday) While not the greatest burger ( blah) in the world, it was a semi- budget minded lunch for me and my wife.

Had the best experience today 8-4-24 around lunch time the lady in the drive thru with a deep southern accent was as polite and kind as could be. Her service and kindness alone will make me keep coming back. About time they have respectful people working there

Cashier was unable to count change from cash. Trainer was standing behind cashier. Slow as Christmas and had to repeat my order 6 x for the $7.00 meal deal. New manager starts tommorrow. Bless their heart. Got to hire competent people. Not saying much for trainer except he can’t see when he has untrainable staff. Had to tell cashier to give me a quarter and a dime for .35 cents back.

Shane the manager called my gf a slave and I quote "I told these girls today to work you like your a slave on the slave ship I want this place in top topshape" why would you ever feel this way and to treat your own employee this way this is highly unacceptable as it is 2024 and we should be past these standards.

I arrived at the DQ drive through at 7:15 pm. Ordered a Sundae and a blizzard. we finally received our order 25 minutes later. Holy Cow.

Two of the cheeseburgers were fresh three of them were not. The fries are okay, the onion rings were chewy and old really terrible. The area behind the Border counter where they prepare the desserts was a real mess. Not appetizing at all. I will say everybody was courteous

Ordered online, and almost everything was wrong and/or they were out of things and just substituted or left it out. Girl at counter didn't know where anything was, and it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

Wrong food, and the tea's hot. How can you say iced tea when it's clearly hot to the touch. An entire cup of I've turned into a little bit of ice and a cool tea. The meals we orders were wrong entirely and we had to get our order in pieces. I need this. Now I need this. I now need this. I need this. Like I placed an order can I just get what I paid for why make the customers job harder and the employees working triple just to do the absolute basics. 💯 %confused Edit: The order numbers go to 10 the stack burger on dairyqueens official website says all stack burgers are double patty. Our order is the original stack burger...(single) but our order on the app doesn't say single. The receipt did. I'm thoroughly happy to never return to this building under any circumstances.

A little slow but there was a line. And I think there was only 2 people working the window.

I haven't been in a while because of the last timeverything was pretty good. The waitress and staff were friendly. I don't know how they mess up a blizzard and they didn't turn it upside down. So You can see where they've tried to clean it up. Still looks like the roof's gonna cave in in some places.

I love my DQ and my banana splits and burgers are cheap and good 2 they have a great lunch specials

Tonight I got my no flip melted blizzard. You sit in line for 20+ minutes and I guess while you 6 in line the make it and it sits out. We flip your blizzard, not in Okeechobee.

Still I can gave 1 star for their menu because am really disappointed by what and how they services the menus, we was there for Chocolate shake and blizzard but what I got must and more vanilla ice cream than chocolate, I told the staff there twice after the second time we there, still i got the same taste for the three times I pay for chocolate for both but what I got vanilla more than chocolate taste. Very Very big disappointed. Hope the manager know what the employee do!

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes B4 someone offered to help. Once we started to order, the girl huffed and said "hold on a minute" and didn't come back for at least another 15 minutes. We couldn't get out of the line to go somewhere else due to a car at the pick up window, who also sat there for the entire time we did, a line of cars behind us and a very high curb beside us. I finally had to yell "hello" very loudly in order for the girl to come back and take our order. I also feel I need to mention that the overall price of the food is ridiculous.

Went by Dairy Queen tonight. The new owner told me a few weeks ago that they were continuing the specials on Monday Night for the banana split. When we got there all we got was a deer in the headlight look by about 6 employees. Must be a communication problem.

Icecream is good but the cups are definitely getting smaller. Lobby smells like mildew and the ceiling tiles are moldy. Also the floors under the tables are sticky.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I oredered a #2 Combo thru the drive thru only to find out they gave me a #1 Combo, immediately turned around and sent my wife inside to get the right order. Well 30 minutes later she returns with my burger. If I wasn't disabled in a wheelchair I would've went in myself and I can assure you I would NOT have been so quiet, kind and understanding. GET IT TOGETHER OWNER AND MANAGEMENT 30 MINUTES TO REPLACE A BURGER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

You go there to get something there’s always a line wrapped around the building inside and out at the drive-through and inside to be told that you can’t get ice cream right now because why they never order enough and they are the most rudest unprofessional place I have ever seen they just lost a lot of business

Too many teenagers working there; they're messing around and playing. The ice cream prices are really high! The food is usually pretty good. They're always busy so be prepared for a long wait. It's not the cleanest place and the floors are always nasty.

As of lately the food at this Dairy Queen has substantially went downhill, and in the past 2 months you pull up to an an ice cream place that's out of ice cream, and out for 3 days straight? How is that even possible? And when they do have ice cream they hand you the cup through the window with it dripping all down the side like you want ice cream dripping all in your car and all over you? The staff should take 2 seconds to wipe the cup before handing it to you, very poor service, and rarely get what you ask for. But they sure charge premium prices for their incompetence.

My wife got the Reese's Blizzard and I got does frosted animal Cookie blizzard and dogs had vanilla sundaes

Be careful what you ask for. Ordered a chili dog with mustard and they poured mustard all over the top of it. Not very appealing. Not made with care no pride

The ice cream was pretty good but the service wasn’t the best.

Completely messed up order, poor service and didn’t receive full order. Kitchen/Service floor looked filthy and unkempt. Employees shoes and attire very dirty and lacked customer service. Won’t be back.

How does a dairy queen run out of all blizzards except mini? Lines in the drive thru over 20 cars on average probably the worst dairy queen in existence.

Service without a smile. No blizzard cups except for minis and that cost me over five dollars.

So understaffed just walked in and walked out. People 6-8 deep to get order taken and that many waiting in lobby for food. Won't try that place again.

Yummy Mini Turtle Cluster Blizzard!!

We had just driven for 15 hrs to get to Okeechobee and stopped at the DQ to get something to eat before going home. We waited at the counter for 7 minutes There were 5 young employees just standing around behind the counter and none of them would even as much as acknowledged that we were there. We left and will probably never go back there.

The food was good, but it was very busy when we were there.

This sign accurately describes the service you will get here since the “new management took over”. This sign has been like this for a couple weeks and every time I’ve been done the new management has taken over the lines have been 30 plus minutes in the drive thru and today after I ordered I got to the window and they said they don’t have any ice cream but then I asked if they had any icecream at all they brought out my blizzards… very confusing. I also have been a seperate time and the manager brought my blizzards and didn’t flip a single one in the drive, I jokingly said oh you didn’t flip it and the manager looks me dead in the face and says I flipped it already and shut the window. Before the new management we were there almost two or three times a week with no issues.

Great deals with the good food, very clean and outstanding customer service

The food and ice cream was great but the service was horrible!!! I asked a simple question and the response was “it’s on the board”. And when she gave me my change she handed it to me rudely with a nasty facial expression. After that she wouldn't even give me my order. Another employee had to. As someone who is in the restaurant business I would never treat a customer like that. Regardless of my feelings. It’s people like that who ruin great companies.

Got my food in a timely manner. Food was hot when I received it.

Was charged for tap water 2.00. Our 6.99 4 pc chicken dinner was 8.99

New ownership for the DQ and changes are happening. Good Ice cream and hot food.

Long line in drive thru. Went thru slowly. Hell I was wondering what was more important the gas I wasted or the ice cream I received? But the ice cream was ok.

All I can say it was ok ..they were busy not very friendly

Our group of friends meet here every Friday night to enjoy ice cream and conversation Tonight the cashier was unpleasant, seemed as of she would prefer to be somewhere else and preferred we weren't there as well. After we placed our order(8:35pm) we asked if we were getting a table number, her response was, "no we close at 9 and will be kicking you out ". I get having a bad day but rude is not acceptable. Some couples in our group live 30 minutes or more away, kicking us out to eat our ice cream where? By the time they got home it would be melted. Would have been best to give us that information prior to ordering, or even got us out for quicker so we would get out quicker. It took longer then usual to get our few desserts that were ordered, about 15 minutes we did sit down, ate fairly quickly, right before we left I could get the cashier saying to a fellow employee "I'm almost done, just waiting for these people to get out". We don't have to choose this establishment to relax and hang out, especially have to deal with this level of rudeness. Very unpleasant experience, worse then normal.

Went to get ice cream to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday. We waited in the empty diner for 2 minutes with multiple associates making eye and ignoring us. We went through the drive through, placed the order, and we could see our ice cream melting on the table inside the kitchen. Associates made eye contact but made no effort to address or complete the transaction. Their hands were cross contaminated with food and melted ice cream. With the window open, no one helped us complete the order, and no acknowledgment to our existence, we left.

I parked in the lot next door under the shade and it was just like a picnic. I food was wonderful and love going! See you under the tree!!

Got to use a reward- For free large ( any size) chocolate brownie supreme blizzard. Hubby & I shared it. It was awesome!!!

Hadn't been to a DQ in years (not one near my home), and it was as good as I remembered! Their burgers & onion rings were awesome....and the raspberry cheesecake blizzard was sooooo good!! Three really friendly young guys working the drive-thru gave our 2 dogs "pup cups", which they went crazy over! Would rate our expectations as 5 star!!

I still have all my food they where rude and food was nasty and the drink. I would bring it up there but I know they wouldn't give my money back.

Had the $5 Chicken Strip Basket (It's now $7) and the $3 pick 2 lunch ( is now $5 ) Like rest of US, prices up significantly for smaller portions. Chicken strips were actually quite good...chili dog was OK, the few fries were very good.... waitress with pierced cheeks might help them out by diminishing your appetites a bit. If you need your food heated more than room temperature, they'll do that for you also. The cold stuff served as a sundae is pretty standard and consistent.

Generally I like grill and chills... This one needed updating probably a few years back. Food was, meh. Service meh.

Recently remodeled store. Drive thru is always backed up and busy, go inside and order. This was an ice cream stop for us. I had a Reese blizzard and my husband had a chocolate and vanilla cone.

Went through drive thru. Always get the perfect blizzard.

Smells like mold inside everytime I go inside. Service is good. Not sure I want to eat again there because of the odor inside that always seems to be there.

I have been coming here since I can remember. Well known for their ice cream & blizzards. The flavors are amazing. There are so many to choose from. The staff is really nice always with a smiling.

Got my boy a kids meal and upgraded his meal to have a small blizzard with it. It cost me just under 10 dollars for a kids meal and a small blizzard. What a rip off.

I have been craving a drumstick blizzard for weeks. Finally got one tonight. So disappointed. Nothing but chopped up peanuts in ice cream. No chocolate covered waffle cone pieces.

The food was great; but due to a series of poorly handled unfortunate events, I will not return to this location. Not the only, but the worst of which: an elderly female who was impatient for the bathroom and evidently hard of hearing went to have staff unlock the bathroom door for her despite my repeated protests. It was unfortunate I was not heard and it was unfortunate the staff didn't knock on the locked door to the bathroom (occupied by yours truly) before entering. They excused it away with an easy "oh, well the door gets stuck sometimes." It was unfortunate the door hadn't been in proper working order. It was unfortunate I never got an apology, and consequently, it was unfortunate the way I was upset for the rest of my experience.

If i could give ZERO stars i would!! Will most definitely NOT be going back to this location. The cashier was rude, chicken strips were old as well as the fries and the fries were soggy and taste like greasy shrimp. My son couldn’t even eat his fries due to a shellfish allergy. Personally, i don’t think they should fry everything in the same grease, for this specific reason, and besides, let’s be honest here, who in their right mind wants french fries that tastes like shrimp..!? Especially old greasy and soggy ones….

Lots of high schoolers working. Really bad customer service. Long wait for them to bring your order to your table. No one was even clearing off all the dirty tables. Ice cream great, hot food not so much. Tasted like it came straight out of the microwave.air conditioner was on full blast. Very cold and uncomfortable when dining in.

Stopped by for a blizzard, they weren't that busy, so I was expecting to get a delicious New York Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard. Well I was disappointed! The girl taking my order was talking to and paying more attention to her fellow coworkers than to listening to me as I ordered. Then she proceeded to make my blizzard as she talked to them. She put very little strawberries and cheesecake into the blizzard and then didn't mix it very well, as I had asked her to. These blizzards aren't cheap, so they should be paying attention to what they're doing and talk to there friends on their breaks.

Have gone here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times sat in line for over 20 minutes. I'm an ice cream nut and willing to wait to get their great ice cream treats, but 20 minutes is a little long even for me. I realize every business is short help now, but I will not stop again if I see a long line in the drive up.
