Slow, food was ok, nothing great for the price. It took over 30 minutes to order and another to get our food and my nachos were cold. I tried to complain but there really wasn't anyone around so I ate it and paid bc I was starving and was worried about how long it would take to be replaced if I ever found someone to tell. The cheese burgers were ok, but I didn't know they used preformed patties.

We had a delicious meal and our server, Audrey, was great.

I want to keep giving them a chance but service and management are ridiculous , I went in last Saturday 2 waitresses working took 35 minutes to get food for three people

Good Taco Tue night here !! Today 7/30 we went to Taco Tuesday for lunch. It was excellent as usual. The waitress was awesome. I think she was all by herself mostly. Got our $10 bonus club points deduction today.

We go here on a regular basis I do feel the service has slipped a little.

The service was great but some of the Lettuce in my caeser salad had some brown on it

It smells awful when you walk in but then once inside it gets better. The wings were very dry very little sauce we had to ask for more. The side of Mac and cheese which costs 5$ was tiny and tasted right out of a box. Staff was very nice but food not so much and not any Irish food on the menu at all.

Ordered a bbq Mac and cheese bowl and got the size of a puppy bowl for food, I’m 6’4 how will this ever fill me up? Thanks though it was only $20 for the size of something I eat in two bites. Awesome sauce!

We went in for a couple of drink and decided to get food while we where there our bartender Hailey was absolutely amazing she was fast on her feet and remembered all of our orders without writing it down one of the best servers I’ve had in my life

Worst service I have ever had in my life ! Stood at the door for over ten minutes before anyone even looked at us another 5 after someone said they will be right back to get a table didn't get a server over for another 10 mins then she takes drink order brings back hot sweet tea says she will bring back ice and didn't give enough straws we gave her an order for everything on her little order pad for food she never came back not one time not with the ice not with a straw not a side plate for our apps ,no napkins not one time did she check after someone else brought out the food to see if We was ok she forgot my sons meal it never came out this place use to be great we would stop here every time passing through Okeechobee it was the worst service I have ever had . Watched a couple come in be sat an leave because no one even went over to the table after they sat there for a long while her husband even went to the restroom came back an sat down still no one ever said I'll be over not a eye contact nothing they walked out I don't blame them my husband was ready to also ! They wasn't even busy really I counted 4 tables in the whole place come on get it together people ! At least 5 employees walking in circles past tables that have been gone for a while no one even bussed them down poor management and horrible work ethic ! I'd be putting out adds for a new crew and get the place back to being great again! FIRED !!

Stopped by here after leaving a restaurant down the road, which was fantastic, to get a drink here before i went home. Your bartender with long dark hair named Hailey was a joke, smelled like weed, and couldnt figure out how to make an old fashioned. Hopefully they get better staff, i used to come here all the time when Kodi was here and it was great! The standards have dropped so low here its crazy. We wont be back

Stopped in for lunch with another couple. I had a draft and a burger. Good food, and waitress was quite pleasant!

I just don’t get how you order $25 worth of food and only receive a cup worth of pulled pork-no fries included that were paid for…..Bland mashed potatoes with no gravy, and 2 chicken tenders. Gave them over 30 min, Plus you get a massive attitude from the hostess on the side. Will take my hard earned money elsewhere and find the attitude with my teen! Don’t know why it went so far down hill!

Place is under new Management but same great servers. Jordan waited on me and my son for lunch and she always such a joy. Her infectious personality always have you leaving feeling warm and excited to come back and chat with her. Food seems better after management change and servers seem happier too.

Not sure about this one. Stopped in due to commercial advertising $10 meals. Got the Tampa Cuban, large serving but was very dry and unappetizing. Only ate 1/2 tossed the rest. They seemed short handed on staff. Lots of TV's. Quiet & clean. May try eating there again?

We had dinner lastnight and our bartender hailey was absolutely fantastic, food was served fast and the service was even better.

We eat here often and the atmosphere had gotten dismal with the prior manager. All the servers seem much happier eith the new manager and Jordan was our bartender our last visit. It was lunch time and she was AMAZING. She was handling a ton of tables and keeping us laughing at the bar. Hope she works the bar more often.

I’ve been here before and things weren’t so great. But this time the food was better and the customer service with Jordan was stellar. She was attentive, kind, generous, and overall Outstanding! I even noticed it with other patrons, as well. I wish all staff members were more like her. You really have a gem 💎Thank you Jordan & Beef O Brady’s of Okeechobee!

Big shot out to Jordan, I'm so thankful she is back. We definitely missed her when she left. She is one of the best ones you have. We will definitely be back more now that's she is back for lunch.

Great food and great service. Our waitress was Jordan and she was so nice and helpful. It's so nice to eat somewhere and have such a good waitress. My family and I couldn't be happier. I dont have a single complaint.

Brittany was waiting on me at the bar at my last visit & I am so impressed with her service! She was quick, she knew exactly what to make me & she was super friendly. She was laughing & smiling and just a great bartender all around. I will definitely be back to see her again!

First time having it was a few weeks back. It was amazing! Will definitely be stopping back in.

The waitress is super sweet we have been here twice and never had a problem with the waitress. The bartender was very rude both times we have came here. They gave my husband rum and coke. He asked for jack and coke so he went up to ask to get his drink fixed. At first she said no that’s jack and it was fine. Then he told her to smell it and she rolled her eyes and got him jack instead. Very rude.

Fish wasn't good but I'm going to give it a try on something else. I have faith that it will be a different experience.

We visited for a light dinner. The service was good and the environment was nice. We ordered drinks and a plate of boneless wings. The wings were meaty and plentiful but slightly overcooked (or the frying oil was old). We left several on the plate that were inedible. Overall, a good experience though.

My boyfriend and I came in today for brunch and things went ok at first then when we ordered we got our appetizers then with in a few seconds our meals came that just telss me the waitresses don't want to be bothered my food was cold and the rice was under cooked and the waitresses was hard to find on how slow you guys were this isn't the first time this had happened here nor impressed and probably won't be back

We were waiting for 50 minutes to eat. I had a really good service by the guy at the bar. He kept coming and asking us if we needed anything other than food. After 50 minutes he came and said we should leave because they did not even start making our food. Too much waitress and less people working to make the food. You guys should put those ladies in the front to work at the kitchen! Make sure your food will be served on time because you don’t mess with a starving kid/old person. Having responsibility it’s the key!

Service was horrible. We go every week for tacos.

Ordered a cheeseburger. It was cold. Cheese was not melted, the buns were cold. The burger itself was very dry. It appears the burgers are pre-cooked and then microwaved. Not very appealing.

If you're visiting Okeechobee COME HERE. No one is here food is great my dad's friends with the cook and Tony,(sorry if I forgot your name) great job! 👍 BTW I think they have catering. This post is from my grandson Jaxon who went there with my son(his dad) David and his brother Hendrix. They loved the food!

Pretty standard chain restaurant experience. My appetizer came out with my dinner after trying to chase it down for almost 45 mins. Nothing was addressed on my bill. Just didn't seem to care. Not a huge deal, I just wouldn't have the same server next time.

Terrible experience. Server (Margaret) nice but not efficient . Ordered 2 burgers, took 30 minutes and it was cold and not the right sides, no napkins and cutlery . Tell the server and wait another 10 minutes. The place is not even busy. Took forever to get our check. We only wanted to get a kwick lunch. Will never go back to this Beef O'Brady. 👎👎👎

We arrived 5:45 pm and just left at 7:10 Pm this has to be the worst service I have ever had. I ordered my food with my party. I never received it after my party had finished their food they said my order was ready. I told them to cancel my order. My husband said we’d go ahead and take the order, but he wasn’t paying for it since we had to wait an hour they did nothing to accommodate us and send us out the door with me hungry. We basically had to beg for refills And none of our orders were complete. We had to ask for queso we had to ask for ranch dressing. We had to ask for refills, and the restaurant was not even busy. I believe the bartenders name was Bailey and quite honestly she needs to find another job because beef O’Brady‘s will go bankrupt with her serving the community , don’t waste your time with this restaurant.

Went there last night about 5pm. We were a party of 7 and even thought there were plenty of tables we had a 15 minute wait. We were told the waitress was busy and a gentleman took our order. We waited at least 30 minutes. Most of the food was cold but what annoyed me the most is we didn't get silverware or napkins even though we asked twice. I had to go in the kitchen to get someone's attention and we still waited Another 5 minutes. They got a few things wrong and it was like pulling teeth to get everything straightened out. I went up to the bar to change coins to dollar bills so the kids could use the arcade. Both bartenders saw meband it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me even thought the bar was not busy. I had to have the wait staff fix the bill because it was kids eat free day. Since this is the 3rd time having terrible service I think it will be our last.

For a very long time I wouldn’t even consider going to Beef O Brady’s in Okeechobee, and one day it was a Wednesday and a friend told me to try out Wing Wednesday deal at Beefs, and I did. Everything about the entire experience was phenomenal, but to be honest the real winner that stole the show in my opinion, was the Server named Margaret. I’ve been to many food establishments in my time, and I can honestly say the service I got from Margaret was head and shoulder above the rest, truly world class service in every aspect. I am going to keep coming back for as long as they have Her working anywhere in that restaurant, she made my whole trip and I’m sure she’ll make my future trips to come. 10/10, would definitely recommend to everyone I know, and trust me I have. Thanks so much for the genuinely breathtaking experience, and keep her around, she makes that whole place worth coming back too!!!

We used to come in a lot and enjoy this place, but once Kodi left we kind of fell off and didnt come back for awhile. Tried again recently and your bartender with long dark hair was a joke. Tried another time and was met with a very rude red haired man that I believe was the owner and he was the most UNPLEASANT person We have ever met. IDK when they changed managers again but they desperately need to get themselves together. Also the restaurant smelled like old bathroom water and the whole bar area was filthy. Wont be back I guess? We got spoiled with good employees before and now that there isnt any longer we can find someplace else. Seriously though, clean your floor.

It was a failure. Im rating it with Zero Stars. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Smelled like sewer back up & waited another 25 minutes for food. And it was cold. Told our waitress it was unacceptable & we left.

Been there a couple weeks in a row and both visits the bar top was filthy with never an attempt to wipe it down. The entire bar not just the area I was seated. The 1st visit service was pretty damn slow but food was alright. 2nd visit same or worse filth, no service! Walked out won't be back.

We went ATV riding out near Lake Okeechobee and found this as our local sports bar to catch my Jets losing on TV. It's a good solid local sports bar food plenty of TVs

Food was excellent with generous portions. Outside seating area had some traffic noise. Prices were fair. Will be back! Came back! Took over an hour and 15 min for lunch. Out of philly meat. Salad came after lunch, check was wrong and 2 orders were wrong. Table next to us also had their check wrong. Lots of TV’s to watch sports, which is a bonus!

My elderly parents and I came to eat one evening. My dad is hard of hearing but our waitress Jordan treated him like gold. People get aggravated with him a whole lot when we are out but Jordan was kind, respectful and so helpful. Jordan checked on us several times and made sure we had anything we needed. We are from out of town but this was the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time because the food was great, the people were very nice and our waitress Jordan taking care of us. You can tell this restaurant cares about its customers. I highly recommend! My mom and I are so thankful for the way Jordan treated my dad. For a great experience definitely try this place!!

We eat it Beef's almost every time we come to Okeechobee. We come in with a large family group in there always kind and the food is excellent.

Went there monday night after not having been back for a few months and the bartender was absolutely horrible. Never refilled drinks, forgot to put in our food, was very obviously overwhelmed and didn’t even know how to make half the drinks the people around me asked for! It was embarrassing just to be there and I think this will be my last time, Ive given this place lots of chances and it(along with the floor) Never gets any better.

They have the best Fajitas!! Every-time we have family coming over they are the only ones we call to feed our crew. Emily was so sweet and accommodating. Outstanding Customer Service!! Will definitely being going back! And their chips and salsa are Top Notch!!
