It's Arby's! Our buns were so soft it was like they were just made. It was clean inside.

Had an awesome lunch. Food was great. Shelby had really good customer service.

All I ordered is a Jamocha and always a drive thru. It’s a treat for me. Cuz I know it’s not healthy , loaded with sugar and no idea how much calories it has . But whenever I want a treat I would have this JAMOCHA❤️

Even though the good is always very good. The Customer Service and atmosphere is awful. First..the Older Women that work in there. Are always amazing! It's the younger teenagers that are the problem!! A Big Problem!! They are Lazy!! They don't like to take orders!! They Curse..constantly!! And Management does nothing about it! It makes me not want to come in. Ever Again! Unless they are fired. I will not come back in there. The younger Men make it impossible to enjoy anything! I wish it was a better way to complain!!

The food was gross. There was so much cheese on the sandwiches, and there was a weird taste to the meat. The fries were cold. The jalapeño poppers were ok. We couldn't finish our sandwiches. Normally, it's an okay place for a quick bite, but I don't think I'll be back.

Classic roast beef was great the fries were inedible there was so much salt that it burned my lips and mouth, also the fries were luke warm.

Curly fries were all clumped together and never got my free sandwich when I used the app..

3pm so inside was not busy at all. Drive thru was busy. The app deals are definitely worth it. Depending on the crew I've had really good luck with everything behind on the bag and then asking if I needed any extra. Yesterday I got the bag with just the food And had to ask for sauces, etc.

I love Arby’, the quality of the food, and the team members are nice. I just can’t believe how SLOW the drive thru is. I’m sure the average drive thru times are above 7-8 minutes if not more.

This place is considerably better than all the other Arbys in Bismarck. Food is great and hot. The only thing is last night the guy on the intercom must have been having a bad night, he didn’t sound professional at all, more pissed off than anything that we were ordering FOOD. Working hard for your money should mean QUALITY FOOD!!! I ordered large curly fries and seemed to have gotten the very bottom of the bag!!! NOT 1 FRY WAS CURLY!!! I WAS SO ANGRY!!! NO FRY WAS LONGER THAN 1 1/2 INCHES. I TAKE MY CREW TO OTHER ARBYS FOR LUNCH. THIS WEEK ITLL BE CULVERS AND EVERY WEEK NOW AND ITS ASHAME THIS 1 STORE HAD TO RUIN IT!!!!

Great service, first off. My order was heard correctly, and I didn't know it. Austin at the drive through was on it though, and I got what I ordered. The food came out very quickly, and I was on to my hotel. Thanks Austin, you were very courteous, very quick and made my day after a very stressful one!

They have the Best Fisher Burgers, Fries,in town. But, what's my favorite is their Large Chocolate Shakes. 😉👍

I don’t have much to say about this place. Food was hot. Fries were fresh the boneless wings were just meh. Honestly if I could I’d give them a 2.5

Ugh!!!!! Worst kids meal toy ever!! As an adult I am having a meltdown trying to help the kid put the cardboard toy together. Needs tape and glue.

They totally screwed up my order. I ordered #2 double classic large with curly large strawberry lemonade. I got something totally different, with cheese that I didn't order, lemonade didnt look or taste right. Only thing they got right is the curly fries & That's It. Other Arby's down south of town are better.

Ordered 1 Large curly fry inside to share with my young kids. No line. Waited close to 10 min. The crew did not acknowledge us waiting, Focus was alll drive thru and there where 8 workers in front of us. The entire time. Lol, again 1 curly fry order.

They take forever to get the food out in the drive through. Every time I’m there it takes forever. Today I sat in the drive through for almost a 25 minutes and I was the THIRD car in line. And then took it took an additional 5 minutes, just to get my food after paying. Absolutely terrible

I cannot stand a half cooked fishwich ..and Arby's pays attention to frying them perfectly, and were served piping hot sandwiches... Thank you, and keep up the good work!👍

Got the 2/$7 roast beef and Swiss and an order of curly fries. Food was good. I had to heat up the au-jus when I got the food home. All in all, good food for a fair price.

The girl at the window was very rude and they forgot some of the items that I ordered. This is by far the worst Arby’s in town.

I used to go to Arby’s frequently - fantastic customer service from a young gal named Bekah. She has not been there the last few times I have been there so I assume she is no longer there. Two star rating reflects the current service I receive not the past. When you have staff that treat the customer right - leadership should reward them and learn from them. I do like the new burgers. Great menu add.

Tried the wagyu burger again and I like that I can tell the difference in quality vs other popular fast food places. The burger isn't rubbery like the competition. The service I get is usually very good In fact this is the only Arby's location I like to come to. They have only ever forgotten an item one time out of probably 150-200 times in total eating there.

Also, we thought we accidentally threw away a CC, and the staff very quickly and kindly identified the bag and tried to locate the card for us. Service well beyond expectation at a fast food chain

Funny experience here... We sit in the drive thru for 10-20mins, there is almost no way to get out of the drive thru. When we finally get up, an automated voice says they are closed... Not their fault, we came too late, though maps says they were open till ten, and it was around 9:40.

Definitely not as good as it used to be. The ingredients seem low grade.

The sandwich was great. My lemonade had more ice then lemonade. I finished my drink and still had a half glass of ice in my cup 2 hours later that hadn't melted while driving in the car

Wasn't very happy, they must have been having a bad day, dirty and sticky floors with broom on floor and they just stepped over it instead of picking it up and I had the smokehouse which was thrown together sloppy, I eat arby's alot throughout the country just to compare different stores, thanks

Probably my favorite fast foot Establishment. For people that have a hardy appetite, request a sandwich called the “meat mountain” it is not on the menu but they do have them. Not for the faint of heart it’s about a lb of meat

Besides good food at good deals today I felt good when I left the inside service. The three girls working made me feel good with the positive energy they had as a unit. 11:00 ok and off to a better yet day.

Drive Thru for dinner. The food was fine, but I over heard the car before me had a $57.00 in front of me, so I figured I would have to wait, and I did. Then I had to wait again for my order as they had to put more fries down. The customer service was gray. No, How may I help you? No, Thank You when I paid. In fact, when I was told the $ amount is was just "$9.60" not rude, just curt. No smiles, nothing just gray. It's really sad that these people can't put aside their ego and simply be nice and professional. Don't you have a manual that says what to say like, Thank you for choosing Arby's. How may I help you. Instead of "Order when your ready" How about trying, Thank you for waiting or even sorry for the wait. Just enough to be close to snotty. Very annoying.

Some of the fastest and best service I've received at a quick serve joint in awhile. Props to the team.

First of all - I’m not German. My German husband got me hooked on this soup more than 30 years ago and when in Bismarck - this is the ONLY place to go. On that note, knowing how good their lunch, dinners and breakfasts are, I feel discriminated against……how about trying your hand at cooking a few Norwegian or Czech dishes, to round out your menu….I’m sure they’d be delish!! When in Bismarck - be sure to visit1!!!!

We were disappointed that the lobby was closed and it was only 7pm at night. The person who was taking orders at the drive thru was not very patient. We have eaten at many ARBYs and this one was NOT my favorite. I used to work at one when I was younger and know that when you wrap a sandwich you don't need to SQUISH it together. The buns looked like they were smashed and the fries were cold.

I accidentally ordered the #1 without cheese instead of the #2. Totally my error after talking with them and recalling what I had ordered. Walked back to my seat and they brought me cheese without being prompted or charge me anything. Always great to see individuals do a good job at their chosen occupation. Thanks!
