My experience for the one night I stayed was fairly okay, the rooms weren’t too bad, pretty clean besides a shirt sticker found on the wall. Now for the service, I asked a simple question to the front desk lady and the complete attitude she gave me with a nasty look on her face was very uncalled for. Nothing I said was hostile or aggressive in any way. And the location isn’t too horrible either.

They charged us for a kids breakfast even though their website says two kids eat free per one adult.

No complaints with my stay. Fair price and close to dining options.

Traveling for business, my company has everything paid for, even incidentals, however I gave them my cars for incidentals not knowing I wasn't supposed to. They charged MY PERSONAL CARD, for the rooms. Trues speaking to the lady and she said when we checked out it would automatically go back on my card, still hasn't. She refused to talk to my corporate manager, and no one could get a hold of the number given. We decided to change hotels and leave and the money is still not back. We will no longer be using Holiday has a hotel choice for our company and the absolute terrible customer service here is beyond heart breaking.

The best place to stay in Bismarck!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the hotel. I felt it was a bit expensive for what you got. No continental breakfast at all. The hotel was clean, quiet, had a nice refrigerator, bed was a little soft but still comfortable I thought. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly and helpful. The only negative was the guys working at the restaurant/bar. Just plain rude, snippy, lazy, and acted like they don’t want you there. They let us bring our drinks up to the room thankfully, because we didn’t want to be around them any longer than necessary. The restaurant didn’t even have the buffet out Saturday morning like it was advertised. Everything was great at the hotel except the restaurant.

Nice hotel overall, It is a holiday inn snow free breakfast. Their breakfast buffet will run you $12.99, and if you buy a 20 ounce coke and a bag of regular M&M's, you're gonna pay $6.75. Recommendation would be to eat outside the hotel as well as picking up your snacks outside the hotel, but as far as location, rooms and overall service, great hotel.

Wow, there was a bit of miscommunication, but let me tell you, the staff and customer service were absolutely amazing! They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Went to bar for dinner a little before 5 and asked if they were open. Guy responds lights are on even though half the bar is dark. Bar is dirty, menu dirty, drink glass dirty, then bartender gets and attitude about an order. Completely childish would never recommend coming to eat here. Especially if the guy from tonight is working. Room was also dirty and had someone's garbage left under the desk

Stayed for an event in Bismarck. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of an issue at the front desk as the attendant was a little confused on the billing, just took longer to get checked in.

For the price it's a little disappointing. Breakfast was a joke; they have an actual restaurant, but did the "buffet" thing crappier hotels do. Food was kinda gross. Everything else was nice though. Room was ok.

Very clean rooms and lobby close to alot of restaurants and bars , only reason it didnt get 5 stars ? No continental breakfast only had breakfast in the restaurant was average at best.

Clean nice rooms. Restaurant is the reason for the 4. The pork chop was thin and cooked into leather. The chicken Alfredo tasted only of velveta, very bland. Wait staff was very good!

This is fast food Mexican bowls, wraps, and burritos. The tortillas are fresh. The food is standard. It tasted good if that's what you are looking for.

Thirty minutes before closing... No coke, no rice, out of lids, lack of basic hygiene from staff and the food station was a mess. Tortillas were nice, but maybe not the best option in the area.

Pancheros has one of the best burritos in Bismarck and it's quite big and a good price. We came here at the beginning of lunch and it got quite busy, so it's a pretty popular spot. The staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The restaurant was clean and a good place to meet for lunch.

The burritos are huge and very good. We ate at the Laselle location North of Walmart north of hwy 83.

Had a nice meal here. It doesn't have waiters but the food is tasty and well-prepared. We know what to expect and they don't fail us.

Looking for a quick bite Pancheros fit the need perfectly and it was real fast and delicious. I like the idea of them fresh pressing and cooking the tortilla as ordered and then being able to get the exact filling you want. I couldn't even finish my burrito because it was so large. I'd go again because it was freshly made and had real good flavor.

We stopped for Mexican to go because our Daughter loves the steak burritos. They could make us salads because they were out of lettuce. The young men working there were pretty unenthusiastic. The chicken burrito bowls were great though.

The service is always fast and the food is always great. I love their quesadillas and queso! If you have a Student ID you get a free drink with your meal!

We love authentic Mexican food. This resturaunt seemed to be all bells and whistles but no good food. It was mediocre at best. We were not impressed with one thing. Won't be back.

Joined our son on his lunch break around 2pm. Lots of choices to make such as toppings, meat, sauces but was rewarded with a delicious meal. Will be trying again!

Had carryout out burrito from here was very good, big portion. Burrito I had was chicken with beans guacamole sour cream and pico.

Like the way they mix up the makings of your burrito as opposed to the competition. Other than that, nothing special. It's fast food at pretty good prices.

Fresh warm tortillas filled with whatever you want from a broad selection of ingredients. What's not to like about that? Portions are plentiful and a full burrito is enough for two people share for a light lunch. My only complaint is that the music is sometimes too loud to have a decent conversation.

The food is always excellent. Pork or chicken is always fabulous. The homemade tortillas are amazing, and i love how everything is mixed up before they roll up my burrito. The only down side is, it could be a little tidier and not even once has the person taking my money said thank you and I've gone there once per week for close to a year.

My favorite part about this place is the fresh tortillas. The smell when they make them is very inviting. I had a chicken burrito with queso and each bite was tasty. Will go again.

Stopped for lunch while waiting for a haircut - nice surprise. The order line moved very quickly and the burrito was packed. Others at a nearby table had the burrito filling in a bowl - will try that thee next time.

Great food every time I've been there. I always get the burrito in the bowl. Love the flavors. Great service. And they have Mr. Pibb on tap!

There food is horrible! Small portions! Quesadillas are paper thin. no flavor. No kids meals. Never again will we waist are money here!
