Basically got yelled at by the lady because we wanted to do 2 separate orders in one vehicle which we’ve done for years, prices have gone up about 2 dollars and now they charge extra for using a card for payment. Good food but probably won’t come here if it keeps going downhill

Hamburger, cheese curds quality not good!

I have always loved their food but how impatient they are when taking your order and how disrespectful they talk to you at the window is not excusable, the way the older woman speaks is flat out rude. I worked in fast food and if I ever talked to a customer that way I would’ve been fired maybe she needs similar treatment

went there at 8:40 pm because website says they close at 9, we sit in the drive through and after a few seconds of no one saying anything, we call and ask if they’re open, and they say they’re closed. had a bad experience at burger time years ago, was going to give it another try tonight, and that was obviously a mistake. Won’t be back again.

The food was very tasty and the citizens weren't overly seasoned, the price was also ok and everything overall was very nice and tasty, thank you for the menu

Stopped in today for fish n chips, however to my surprise they no longer carry such morsels. So I opted for the Big burger I think it was. Big burger indeed it had 2 patties lettuce and tomato. It was big juicy messy ,however lacked that punch of flavor I was looking for. Would I go back? Yes most definitely just wish the burger was better seasoned.

Amazing burgers at an inexpensive price.

The burger wasn't half bad, the fries were alright, a little too much salt. Don't need to salt every batch! Ordered a Root beer no ice and was given a Lemonade with quite a bit of ice. Had I seen the two ex-cons before I got to the window, I wouldn't have gone to the drive through. And the price for everything wasn't for quality or quantity. Too high for what you get. It's a first and last for me.

Honestly... OUTSTANDING! do not bother with the others... Burger Time is the place to go. I am expanding my menu choices... but, truly, the burger is fantabulous!

ND classic. Always solid whenever I go. Incredibly solid local fast food joint. Tried but true menu including the trademark Bigger Burger and my personal favorite, the BBQ Cheeseburger. Great in a pinch. Drive-thru speaker sounds like a CB radio dropped into a glass of water. Love it.

It's at this place!!🙂 I don't live in the area of BisMan but every time I visit it's a MUST-STOP. I don't know anyone that works there; stating this so you realize my review is squeaky clean (genuine). I'm pleasantly surprised every time we go, with product consistency, happy & smiling faces greeting us at the window. Hands down one of the best dining experiences in the Midwest. I travel the Midwest extensively and have been to extremely costly high end restaurants boasting niche delicacies like kobe steak or rare or exotic and expensive seafoods, for instance, and I've paid more for a meal for 1 than a downtown Minneapolis boutique hotel room for one night - ha! - true... and I said what I said. Meaning, I stand behind my review of Burger Time. All around hands down a reliably great experience. Kudos to the owners, or management or those responsibly for brand, product quality and training. But kudos especially to the front line making custom made fresh orders every time and serving it up with warmth, smiles, eye contact, etc. Just an all around dining-out pleasure. Who knew. The Best burger I've had in a long time! I'm on Disability, limited income, and the wife and I went to Burger Time to check it out and we were impressed by the size of the meat patty and the size of the burger in general, and the taste was awesome. And the amount fries you get is almost more than I could eat. And the price for 2 meals was a little more, $1-$2 than the other fast food joints, but the quality makes it well worth it. And the employees were so nice. We won't eat at any other fast food burger joint again.

I am disappointed that burger time has changed their recipe. Smaller burgers. Have some kind of sauce (not mayo and ketchup. Please go back to the original big burger.

Wow! Great food and service here. Took our kids after church on Sunday for their $6.99 chicken strip meal. Blown away by the quality and quantity! The staff were very friendly and courteous as well. This is going to be our new Sunday after church tradition!

It really is burger time at Burgertime, better and cheaper than McDonald's, Burger king , 5 guys ECT... I have eaten my share of burgers and these burgers are well worth it especially if you like the mushroom n Swiss burger. Ohhhhhh .

Never has Burger Time been the wrong choice

Sandwich often comes a mess and is typically cold. Fries tend to be stale more often than not. Service regarding the interaction between customer and operator is hit and miss. Nobody smiles there. You can almost feel the misery when that window opens.

Burgers are huge and made fresh. Pretty tasty and service was fast and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking. Nice to support a local fast food drive in. No seating but there is picnic tables outside just too cold and too much snow. Glad I stopped and will be back. Wish I had room for fries they are skinny and looks like fresh fried. Next time for sure.

Burgers are very good. A lot like the Tom's Burgers in California (I just lived in California, not from there!).

My favorite burger place in town! Great burgers and at a wallet-friendly price. Daily deals are pretty good too. The double bigger burger deal on Fridays is my go-to.

I still enjoy Burger time but their prices have gotten to the point where it's not a big savings to go there like it used to be. For example corn dogs just 2 years ago were only a dollar now they are almost $3. I know that's par for the course but one of the big reasons to go to Burger time was because their prices were always cheaper and that's not necessarily the case anymore

I've been living in Bismarck for a little over 10 years and this is my kids favorite grab a burger and go place. They are always super friendly super fast-paced and the food is always on point. Not once in the 10 years have I ever had to go back because an order wasn't correct. 5 out of five

I asked for deal of the day 5.99. I asked if it came with cheese they said that was extra but not how much extra. I ordered cheese my bill came to 8.29 with tax 8.95. They charged me 2.30 for 1 piece of cheese. Normally when they add cheese to the special they charge 1.00 extra. They did not tell me at the speaker that I was not getting the daily special anymore and when I tried to ask 3 times how much the daily special was (because they have tape over the daily special prices at the drive through window) I was not given a clear answer and just told it would cost me more because I ordered cheese. They charged me the normal rate and did not not tell me at the speaker or window when I asked repeatedly. The manager was standing right there and they just ignored my questions. They also left mustard off my burger because I ordered it without ketchup and tomatoes. If somebody orders the special and adds cheese you need to tell them you will have to charge them full price if they ask you and not try to hide it from them. I would give this place zero starts if I could. I will never eat there again.

Terrible experience. 25 bucks for some jr burgers fries and curds and I didn’t get sauce for the cheese curds and the workers are rude and the burgers were soaked in ketchup inside and outside the buns. I’m not going back to return the food and I’m not going back period. Disappointed

I work there now, and also enjoy the food, it is always made to order, and has a nice amount of meal options for carnivorous people and they have funnel fries and shakes for those with a sweet tooth but most of all the service is impeccably fast,and friendly plus we make sure it is always spotless before we close or shift change. It's definitely worth checking out. It's not regular fast food, because we know, and care about our customers, and I can't even remember when we have had a complaint that wasn't handled personally, professionally, and with real feeling. We work as hard and fast as we can but have short staffing issues, but try to be the best option for a great burger time, haha 😂 just had to throw that in there, but it's true.
