I went in and ordered on the little screen ordered and hit pay cash at the counter… no one came up to me in the first 20 minutes as the workers were all either manning the drive through or making food. So I sat down figuring they would make my food and then have me pay for it. Mean while a buddy I went in with has already ordered and payed with card. 45 minutes later from first stepping foot into the door 3 or 4 orders after us have been called and left with there food. So I go and say “ hey do you have any orders for blank and blank” and the worker goes no, one minute and we can go over to the counter and look.. 15 minutes later she finally comes over and says yup well you hadn’t payed yet. And I explained that you were busy and I figured we would pay before we got it once u called my name. After that the lady got very unprofessional and flustered and said that she refuses service. My buddy chimes in and asked what about his order I’ve payed already and we r now at 1 hour and still haven’t gotten my food… ohhh she says. And finds his order and proceeds to make his…long story short.. we then made it to McDonald’s to get food.. in and out in 6 minutes. Very poor service would not recommend Taco Bell by south Walmart!

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in Bismarck when asked if there was utensils in the box with an attitude, the employee said yes (there was no utensils SURPRISE) and then when I ordered a veggie crunch wrap, there was no black beans in my crunch wrap. I ordered extra black beans in it you guys suck. I will not be back again.

By far the worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell ever! Which is not an easy task given the amount of terrible experiences there are to be had with this particular chain! After waiting 37 minutes (once I started counting) in the drive thru line I reached the 2nd window. The first was occupied by only a vacuum. After paying the gal working the window went to hand me my receipt and it was at this time that she recognized a fellow TB employee walking down State St. (roughly 50 feet away if I had to guess) whom she then carried on a screaming conversation with.. while she held her finger up at me to indicate that she'd like me to wait until they had finished. Once they had, she turned to me and let me know that they'd have my food out shortly and closed the window. A few minutes later she returned, handed me a bag and wished me a good night. As I began to drive away, I discovered that my entire order was incorrect so I parked and headed inside. The lobby was closed and locked.. so I called. After explaining my issue, the male employee instructed me to wait at the front door.. which I did.. for 15 minutes before I called again. He then loudly let me know that they were still working on it. After 10 minutes more and still hungry, I drove away.. with no food and less money. I won't be back, obviously.

I online ordered for pick up “in store” on my lunch break. Paid online. Got to the store to find a closed lobby and a drive thru 8 cars deep. No way to get my food in time and get back to my job. Absolutely ridiculous. If the lobby is closed, why is the option to pick up in store available?

The food is good what you expect from Taco Bell. Unfortunately the drive-thru was not so good. There were four people ahead of me and it took a half an hour to get through. Bismarck does a lot of takeout and lot of drive-thru and unfortunately I think they just need more staff. However the staff that was working there was very apologetic for how long it took I certainly don't blame them.

I usually stop at Taco Bell on my road trips because the food is cheap and quick. Unfortunately this time I was very let down. I ordered my usual tacos with the toppings I always get. I didn’t get anything I ordered - the toppings were wrong and I didn’t get potatoes. Just a bowl of beans with cheese on top. Due to an allergen I said I just wanted potatoes with beans on top, no cheese/sour cream. I was then given a bowl of beans - still no potato. I feel terrible because I hate wasting food and now here I am with two bowls of food I can’t finish. I feel horrible giving a bad review and I want to continue going to Taco Bell but just not here.

If you're looking for a bad time, you've found it. I ordered online and when I arrived there was a guy with traffic cones in the drive thru that told me to cancel my order because they are now closed for the day. I try to give this location a chance every now and then and it's consistently the worst fast food experience in Bismarck. Long wait times, wrong orders, or even not getting your order that you already paid for makes this one of the worst places to be. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just close this location. In an attempt to go through the drive thru yesterday, it was apparently closed with cones blocking the access. I tried calling to see if the drive thru would eventually open due to having a child with physical disabilities. No one answered the three phone called I made. I went the day after and the drive thru was a 20 minute and I could see from the screen that the car who was up to order hadn’t made their order in the 20 minutes we’ve been sitting there. I called to make sure the drive thru was operational because that is just unacceptable and sure enough it was. I explained to them how long we were waiting where I was hung up on. Please.. just close this location.

Wait times at the taco bells in Bismarck are extremely long. If you come here, expect to sit in line for about 30-50 minutes. I always see cars pulling out of line and leaving for a different restaurant. I swear they have just one or two people working in there. The food and the workers are good, this location is poorly managed.

Used the drive through and had kind service but the worker was confused about our order. Thankfully the digital screen helped us see exactly was she was placing on our order, so we corrected her a few times. At one point, the worker screamed while we were ordering and told us there was a bat flying around in the kitchen. We chose to go elsewhere instead of risking the bat food. Also, they no longer sell tostadas which is a real bummer!

This place needs to step it up. I was hoping that the new renovations would also improve the customer service and food quality, but it appears not. Still gruelingly slow drive-thru experiences and poor listening skills by the person taking the order. Repeated my order 4 times exactly the same way speaking very clearly and ordering exactly per the menu, and still repeated it back to me incorrectly. Ended up receiving 4 extra tacos one time this month and 1 extra taco the other time. Which is fine if you want to give away free tacos all the time but I just want what I order (which includes mild sauce (NOT fire or hot like you gave me both times). Listening skills are a simple path to customer satisfaction and speedy service in your business. I suggest starting there with retraining your entire staff.

Newly remodeled. Very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful staff. The food is made fresh and warm with a short wait time. The new general manager, Dominique, is always going above and beyond for everyone of the customers and staff members that come through the store. The area coach, Nate, also consistently has a smile and positively directs the staff to better their performance.

This restaurant has been absolutely horrible for the past year. There staff is awful and treats you like garbage. They mess around and sit on there phones instead of working. I waiting 30 minutes in line and watched 3 cars leave. I finally got up there and ordered. They tried convincing me for 15 minutes to get something else. By the time they gave me my nacho fries I was so fed up I left. Then when I got home guess what I found. Plain fries with no seasoning. They couldn’t even take a minutes to season them. I gave them a tip and everything. Now I understand why they are constantly laughing. This isn’t even my only bad experience. Every night at all different times they say they are closed. I showed up at 10:25 the other night and they told me that my order was to big to make. Seriously terrible is an understatement for this establishment. People are better off going to the McDonald’s up the street. Whoever the owner is I encourage you to get your restaurant together. It’s pathetic.
