I will not sit back and listen too employee’s talk bad cause I went through a door they didn’t like me going through cause they just mopped grow up it’s your job too take care of the place you work at and maybe talk crap about a customer once there gone. I worked at the broadway store for 5 years and we had better service then I just experienced I’ll never be coming here again. This gentleman that was being a rude was an older gentleman had a tan and a lazy eye

First time customer. Daniel S was super pleasant and helpful. Made my visit very enjoyable and I liked his recommendation of the Taco Bravo.

No expectations but it definitely met them.

William was just an amazing human being, he understood the needs of the masses and was there to fulfill them. My young child looked up to William during our quest through their country TJ. Queen Chelsie often was there to show us the magical ways of donut bites and churros. And teach us in the old ways of the "Real Tacos" As our time continued on in TJ we were confronted by a new evil. It was the Noid from Dominos!! The Noid suspected that the great followers of TJs had discovered the ways of the TP. The TP was a very mystical object and was always looked upon with envy. Had been known to cause fights within families over the last piece. But alas! Our hero enters the story! Daniel was a young man what he lacked in wisdom and years he made up with courage!. This location was disgusting, costumer service sucked & we waited in line for 19 minutes until someone with long hair who was flipping his hair around & touching peoples order WITHOUT GLOVES after just removing the gloves with his dirty hands FINALLY opened the window totally confused as to why we were sitting there in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend!

Not 1 customer there but had to wait for cold food that was missing ingredients

This restaurant is just as awesome as the one in Jamestown! Me and mom stopped here today and wow omg that was SO tasty! We at least I will stop here again sometime!

Order the steak instead of the beef.

Waited 20+ minutes for a mobile order, pressed check in and watch multiple others walk in and out with their food. I recommend telling them that you are there for a mobile order other wise they will ignore the priority list obviously.

Stopped in on 3/14/23. Immediately we were greeted by the friendliest and most energetic employee ever - Clay. From making sure the dining room was spotless to stopping by every table to make sure guests were taken care of, we were BLOWN AWAY by Clay’s customer service. He made sure to say goodbye to everyone when they left as well. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s rare to see such great customer service today! Taco John’s - give Clay a raise!

I was so disappointed with my order tonight. My oles went in the garbage because they were crunchy like kettle cooked chips it was as if they didn’t want to make new ones and through the old ones back in the fryer. Never tasted a single potato. Half of the chips in my super nachos were stale.

These guys need to drink some coffee in the A.m. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was cold, they forgot my drink. The other morning they gave me way more change than I needed, I had to show the receipt to show how much. I come here because it's pretty decent in the evening but the mornings are questionable. Could use some double checking but what do I know.

Personal preference speaking, it's better than Taco Bell! Clean store, friendly staff and prompt service, can't ask for much more for fast food.

Pretty good place. Service was fairly fast. They forgot a couple tacos in our bag but quickly got them to us with a coupon for missing them.👍🏻

Taco John's is my go to fast food. It tastes good for the price. This particular location has short wait times, friendly staff, and usually does a good job at keeping clean. They do however get my order wrong every once in a while. Maybe slow down just a bit for accuracy.

Unusual for a taco restaurant the distinctive feature is a fried potato! They emphasize Potato Oles with every meal Basically this is a potato nugget, shredded potato pressed into a small half dollar sized disk. Very thin almost every surface is fried crust Tasty, salty, very high calorie it's not your basic health food Tacos were pretty good with a variety of salsas including pico de gallo which was nicely balanced Usual drinks although the cup I received, without asking, was huge Pleasant and fast service Sierra Chicken sandwich was on a thick bread taco with a large chicken breast. It would be better on a regular taco shell Tacos are larger than usual size. They serve a tex-mex inspired breakfast menu No forks or spoons available They got the order wrong at the counter and then acted like it was no big deal - didn't offer to correct it??

I had the steak street tacos and they were really good. They had fast service too!

I'm addicted to tacos... I put the Ole's inside my soft tacos and always take advantage of the salsa bar.

Love this place! I love the potato ole's in particular! The spices on these things are delicious. My favorite entree is the grilled chicken burrito. I ate one of the beef tacos today for the first time, which was also really great. I'm also a fan of their app. I've been working towards the requisite eight visits, and I'm excited to claim my free meal.

I needed to grab a quick bite and was craving tacos, so I went thru the drive-thru. The person working the window was friendly and fast. The tacos, potatoe ole's were great. If ordering the potatoe ole's, you have to order the nacho cheese.

I often order their taco salad with no shell and it is always so good. Fast friendly staff, love the salsa bar to get exactly what you want.

At times orders have been wrong, but they always try make it right. Food is delicious. The lack of 2 stars is due to some stores in my area closing well before 11pm which is what the website still shows as their hours, and the food toward the end of the night is often cold. :(

Fast food tacos that aren't the other place that sells fast food tacos! Never had a wrong order. They sell me the food. Pretty much what I'm looking for in a Taco Johns.

Really nice inside of the store, nice staff, and the hard taco was amazing. The taco is so much more flavorful than Taco Bell. A little salty, but good. Street tacos were gross, fed them to my dog. If they were good it would have been a 5 star

Customer service was very good. Taco John's as a franchisor however needs to get it together. TJ rewards rarely works as it gives invalid promo codes. I had a free dessert for my birthday but the code was invalid. The respectable employees still gave me a free dessert regardless of the invalid code. These employees are very friendly and I don't know of anyone who wouldn't want them to work for their business.

It was good, friendly but like all tacos John's you get crap for cheese on your taco. Very irritating. Especially when your on your lunch break and get more from your own fridge. 50 pounds of lettece and 5 little sprinkles of cheese.

A nice location with odd but friendly staff. I miss Taco John's on the east coast and try to stop when I am traveling. The potato ole's are always a favorite. The only issue I ever have with Taco John's is the fact that their spicy really isn't spicy. There needs to be a bit more kick. Spicy food though needs to have flavor, not just heat. They would do really well if most of their salsas were heated up a little. The green spicy salsa had little flavor and no real heat. The house sauce would be perfect due to its incredibly good taste and texture if you could add some heat.

Durante el verano todo lo que pide es la carne desmenuzada de tacos en la calle. Así que me fui a la unidad y pidió la carne desmenuzada Street Taco. La persona dice dentro que no tienen un taco de carne desmenuzada. Que he pedido muchas veces. Llego a la ventana y me manos un "taco" que poca nunca he pedido... He... Así que yo le dije a llevar y por favor me un taco de carne desmenuzada. Lo que él hace, y también me cobra por eso. Así que ahora tengo unos 11$ en unos tacos de carne desmenuzada de la calle y estoy tarde para una reunión. Gracias TJ's por el gran servicio. Haré mi mejor nunca a parar en este lugar... Nunca más!!!!!

Tacos were pretty cheap and delicious. Street tacos were the bomb.

If you are looking for Mexican fast food Taco Johns offers a good menu with food that is good for the value. The staff at this location is friendly and gets things done in a hurry.

gross don't go cold food everything is not good about this place I threw my food out and went somewhere else to eat go through the drive up lane if you must eat here.
