Ordered gyros and crinkle fries in the drive up. Gyros were good, but the fries were apparently mostly bottom of the bag chunks that were small, overcooked pieces that were covered in what looked like bits of ash. I haven't had Arby's fries in a long time, so I don't know if that's what they typically look like. Anyone out there who can tell me?

5 stars for an Arby's!? Yes, this one. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The dining area was very clean, and I could see the staff working to keep it tidy. There are some very nice decor choices here. I know that sounds weird for an Arby's, but it's like they got the same person who did Chili's or BJ's in Pensacola to design the dining area. It's pretty fancy for a fast food place, let alone an Arby's in Milton. My sides were hot and crispy. My gyros were...dare I say...beautiful!? Seriously, I don't know who's wrapping those things on a Wednesday night, but they're doing a great job. The best looking fast food gyros I've ever had. I might even say that they beat the regular sit-down places when it comes to gyro wrapping. They taste good, the prices are better, and unlike the food trucks, there's a nice dining area to sit down at. Arby's is often the butt of many jokes, but I'm not ashamed to say - the Arby's in Milton is a hidden gem.

Young man at the register on Sunday Aug 18th around 1:00 was very quick and very respectful! Breath of fresh air when you compare to other food joints nowadays.

Food was ready fast and hot, but the boxed sandwiches were kinda thrown together. One of the sandwiches was in the bag on its side.

Their roast beef is hard to beat

After walking away from Arby's when they stopped offering their potato cakes because they have terrible fries, we were happy to see today they have them for a limited time. The potato cakes were fantastic. Our jamocha shakes were amazing as always. The roast beef sandwich has shrunk considerably and had an odd taste, and the French dip sandwich no longer has a good roll, rather a sub-shaped soggy hamburger bun and skimpy on the meat. The au jus flavored water didn't add anything. The end result is we may stop by for a potato cakes and shake snack, but sadly, I don't think they have won us back for lunch or dinner, the quality is just not there.

Ordered online it said order will be ready at a certain time and it was ready, they were friendly and the food was hot and good.

Just order some of their crinkle cut fries and a couple of cups of their cheese sauce/melted cheese. Thank me later. (Chefs kiss*)

Inside seemed dead, orders for the drive through were never handed through the window, it had to always be carried out. The mgr., I'm guess, she apologized twice for the delay, I appreciated that.

Everyone already knows who Arby's is, so my review will be based on service at this specific location. Service was as fast as is to be expected. The location was pretty clean, and everyone was really friendly. I really have no complaints.

Spent $40 for two medium meals and two value sandwiches didn't seem like much food and it looked like pig slop

I love the Gyros, Arby's is that place for something different when you are just done with all the burger places.

I had the Ruben Sandwich with Fries, the Sandwich was Good but the French Fries were a bit Overdone, We will be back.

Food can sometimes be good but it’s always hit or miss. Half the time they messed my order up and give me the wrong sandwich or the wrong side.

A bit slow, but always tastes so good.

I thoroughly enjoy everything here, especially their Jamocha milk shakes.

Would be nice if the sandwich's looked a little like they show them on tv,went and got the new steak sandwich I got the classic and the steak, bacon &ranch, will the steak bacon ranch was awful! No bacon ! And you could have put the meat on 1/2 of the sandwich and it still wasn't enough. Plus it was so soggy that there was no way to hold it, because the bread was wet.

This was the worst Arby's experience I have ever had

Stopped by for some jalapeno bites. She said they had some but we're close to the expiration time so she made some fresh ones. Very nice people and although it took a little longer, I appreciate her looking out for my interest.

Usually, I like Arby’s food. Even if it’s overpriced, it usually tastes good. I was disappointed in my meal today though. I ordered the new classic cheesesteak and it was super sloppy and didn’t taste good. I couldn’t even finish it. Didn’t look like the picture on the drive thru screen. I wish I had gotten the curly fries then I would’ve had something to eat.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, classic beef and cheddar, and a gyro. The gyro is hands down one of the best you can get anywhere. The rest was standard issue. Curly fries are where it's at. Good service. Decent prices.

They need to work on food consistencies. The other store at the truck stop tastes way better. Don't know what they do differently, but it is better.

The Arby’s off of I-10 near Crestview was excellent. We arrived around 1:00. Counter service was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The meal arrived quickly and was tasty (as always for Arby’s), the dining room tables were clean, condiments were stocked, the bathrooms were very clean with empty trash cans, and you could hear the manager asking back of house if anyone needed help. Well run restaurant and a pleasant dining experience.

Their burgers are actually pretty good and their crinkle fries are better then the curly ones....

I placed a DoorDash order for gyros… there wasn’t an option to order extra lettuce so I called the store. Thank you Blake for ensuring I got extra lettuce and all of the rest of my food was super fresh!! That’s all anyone could ask for!! It gets old paying thru DoorDash and not receiving what you ordered or the food being old. My local Arby’s never lets me down. Thanks, Blake!! Couldn’t find a way to place another FIVE STAR review for my local Arby’s. But let me tell ya…. That wagyu steakhouse burger is on point. Imagine if the Big Mac had substantial amount of meat that was almost 50% wagyu, 50% regular beef. It was outstanding, fresh. It’s what a Big Mac wishes it could be. I ordered two combos, some sliders. Everything was fresh!! Proud of my local Arby’s, y’all are rockin it

Food was cool, should be hot, wrong fries, wanted curly and got crinkled. I asked for NO lettuce and they put double of it on. This is the third time through the drive through where they got my order wrong. Guess I won’t be going back there anymore.

4 roast beef for ten dollars there not that big

Arby's is one of the better fast food restaurants. The food is prepared a step above most. Attention to detail can make your experience a lot better and they usually hit the high mark. Re-Visit 8/30/2020 3:20PM My rating is now 3 stars. Ordered their cheddar beef (BnC) sandwiches and attempted to order the crinkle fries. Somehow, the order ended up being curly fries. The cheddar beef was over loaded with the cheese to the point that the sandwich was 75% cheese oozing out everywhere. The curly fries being over fried with what looked like the scrapings from the bottom of the serving tray. Tasted old and tough. Major disappointment and would have returned to report but had 4 stops in Pace. Update: Had poor experience with Arby's at Baghdad so tried here in Milton with chicken nuggets. Oops, same overcooked hard and chewy deal. Maybe they use same cook at both locations! They struck out for third and final time.

My milkshake turned out to be a chocolate milk, but it still tasted good.

I Really like the Crinkle Fries They Have.

Ordered a deluxe fish sandwich without cheese for home no tarter sauce on the sandwiches called and the manager said I had to ask for tarter sauce on the sandwich!! Horrible customer service in Milton Florida!!

Last 2 trips, very disappointed. Milton location - They asked which of the fries I wanted. They gave me the wrong one. Asked for Arby's sauce. Got 1. Garcon Point location - They asked which Sweet Heat I wanted I asked for chicken. They gave me beef.

Food was okay, the Aujus for the french dip is TOO THICK. Was more like gravy!

I went through the drive thru last night and ordered a bacon ranch waygu burger. Got to the window and paid. As I'm waiting for my food, I look at the receipt and see that a turkey bacon ranch was on there. I told the person at the window that I had ordered the bacon ranch burger. She said I'm sorry we don't have that anymore. I'm wondering why wouldn't you tell me you don't have that anymore instead of just ringing up whatever and trying to slide it past somebody like they're not going to notice? There's a huge difference in a turkey sandwich and a burger. I kept it because I had already paid for it, and I didn't want to waste food. It was good, so not a big deal but next time let people know

It was a very busy time and everyone was working quickly. My mother really liked her Gyro and I had the French dip. It was just OK. The Swiss cheese was processed I believe. I will go again and will get something else.

Fries tasted old and were hard roast beef on my sandwich was sliced to thick this time normally is thinner

Great food super fast and always correct

If I had to rate the quality of the food alone this would be 0 stars... however the customer service that the register lady gave was great, unlike most fast food joints which was refreshing. The fries were rubber, mozzarella was ok, the sandwiches were awful as you had to chew one bite for about 10 minutes, for a $45 meal for 4....it was NOT worth it. Even the shake was not good. We usually love Arby's but the one here (Milton) is not like the ones were used to down in SWFL.

To many younger people working that really don't care about how your food is period. I use to love Arby's but now not really but it's not the only place that this is going on at.

Staff was extremely rude. The place is stuck in the stone age. Doesn't have a chip reader to read a card. Doesn't accept tap pay. They act like it's weird to use that as method of payment. Done with the place.

Roast beef is great when you can get it. They seem to run out early. If they are open to 11 you would think you could get a roast beef sandwich at 9. Been twice this month I tried to get roast beef at 9 and they were out of beef. I guess they really don't have the meats.

My daughter went inside and ordered a French dip for me and other sandwiches. When she got home I got the French with no dip. Not real happy at this time. Normally, I love this Arby’s, just not tonight. Really wanted the dip part with my French. If Arby’s wants to make it up to me, that would be great. So, for tonight, you get two stars. Next time, maybe more.

Always pretends to be closed early if you gonna be closed early update the hours on google and stop making people waste there time driving up there can’t pretend like you’re not there with multiple cars in the parking lot and lights on. Where the manager be at?

Awful place. Employees complaining about their job and back hurting. Filthy dining room and all the tables had food crumbs on them. Manager was definitely not in control of her employees here.

Do better Arby's! As I was not even to the window yet, the young lady yells at me, "Do you need any sauce". Well yes I would but could I get to the window before we continue this transaction was what I was thinking, but. I yell back horsey....as soon as I get to the window before I can put vehicle in park and reach for payment, the other guy is basically forcing my food at me...w t heck dude... slow down....I'm in the industry and I know we all have numbers to hit and to top it off my fries are super old and luke cold(3-5 minute hold time sir)...I live seriously 2 minutes down the road....I haven't even gotten to the sandwich yet, was so disappointed in the service...fast is one thing but aggressively handing the food to the customer, who hasn't even gotten to the window, is rude and pushy. I love Arby's used to work for the company, but I will probably just go back to diary queen....your not just a customer there!

It's okay...not great or even good. Lately, Arby's has gone into a tail-spin. They'll do something really well and then mess up another aspect of they dish. For example, I ordered their hushpuppy breaded fish strips. The hushpuppy breading was a "10 out of 10, would highly recommend" and aomething I wish was available in storea. However, they used cheap fish sticks type of processed fish...so you had a "5 stars" level breading on a "0 stars" level fish...even Stevie Wonder can see how that'll turn out. Expect to receive a third of the quality they are promoting for over twice the price that you should be paying for that quality of food. Avoid all the specialty sandwiches, stick to the roast beef, and you'll have a mediocre time with few jarring disappointments (like paying >$12 for a combo only to throw it away because it is practically inedible).

Eh, I really hate to say it,as I don't like to be negative...but I was very disappointed. It takes too long to get your food nowadays. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. No smiles on anyone's faces...folks act like they simply don't care or wanna be there...if you expect good pay you have to be a good employee.

Hit and miss with this one. But I'd have to say most days customer service is truly on point foods normally fresh and hot good it's been hot good clean restrooms which that's a rare thing to find in this town And then sometimes you can go in and you know everyone has a bad day but all in all a good place to go eat and they're relatively quick

extremely undercooked Buffalo chicken wrap, inedible.

Went drive-thru on 07/16/22. Took long than usual to order and get to the window. Food was mediocre at best. Fries and jalapeño bites were cold. Got the wrong chicken wrap. Staff was their usual friendly selves. Definitely disappointing and not up to the standards I've come to expect.

It was a busy time at noon on a Saturday in the drive-through lane, but everything from ordering to pick up went surprisingly quickly, and the food was excellent.

They like to close early so they don’t have to do their job. The lobbies always extremely hot they don’t know how to install an AC at all. Not sure if it’s really a business. Not saying I don’t love their food they could just do better when it comes to employees and maintaining their business.
