Hope had such an amazing attitude this morning, her laugh infectious!! She was thoughtful to grab me a drink while I wait on my food to be freshly made! Will be back, thanks for your kindness this morning Hope !!!!!!

Waited 30 min in a parking spot for our meals. Food was unremarkable.

I wanna like crystal every time I come back home. I gotta stop and get me a shack. Well the sack now is six and set it twelve ha ha

I ordered a chik and a cheese krystal for around $6. I was told it would take three minutes and to wait at the front door. It actually took ten minutes, but it was worth the wait. The chik was hot and nicely assembled; chicken was well cooked and crunchy. The cheese krystal tasted fresh and was well made. I feel I've been missing out not coming here sooner. Server seemed nice and hurried out with the food - seemed like she was trying her best.

For myself as a deaf person, these people are so rude to me and putting me the last after they told me to drove up front and wait. I have been waiting for 25 mins and the guy behind me got fast ordered, not me.

Drove all the way here for a delivery and you're closed..... It clearly states you're open 24/7. Annoying

The food has gone so far down hill it's sad, got a couple of Krystal Chicks and the chicken was rubbery and chewy seemed to be freezer burnt completely not worth the money.

I used to love the food but I stopped going because the service went down hill. Guess that hasn't changed because this is false advertising. They are not open 24 hrs like they say. I was hungry as I was driving home from a long day. Wife suggested here as it advertises all over the place, including this local and online, that Krystals is now 24 hrs. However, as I reached this location, at 11:42 PM, everything was locked up tight with the lights off. Seriously guys, fix yourself. It isn't that difficult.

The crabby cake was good for fake crab. Chili Cheese pup, Chili Cheese was okay, pup was gray on the outside and pink in the middle. Disappointing.

I ordered our food online. Every place I looked said 24 hours. But for some reason they were closed when I went to get our order. I've tried calling but it says the number is disconnected. I'm still waiting on a refund. Contacting Krystal's via the link hasn't worked either

the staff is always so pleasant... the food however isn't what it used to be. I go once a year with high hopes but am reminded once again why I stopped going.

They only sell bottled water here, no cups of water

Please update the hours online. It should not say 24 hrs if I can't come through and order after 10pm on Sunday-Friday.

I don’t even want to rate this place. Nobody wants to answer the phone when I’ve called 10 times. The girl wearing the grey shirt looked like she was on crack and looked like she hates her job. Messed up badly on our food, tried to get refund and corporate number but again nobody knows how to answer the phone. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food. She told us to pull up at the front door (thinking we’re getting fresh food) but the food was extremely cold and awful. I definitely don’t ever want to go back And we can’t go back bc it’s already 9:30 at night so our kids was extremely fussy and tired.. I highly recommend not going to Krystal’s

The food was freshly cooked and some of the best Krystal burgers I have ever had, the guys in there working were on point, very attentive, and had great customer service.

The staff was friendly but painfully slow. They forgot my wife's order and my fries were limp. I believe they were under staffed.

Only 3 stars because of the price. Getting very expensive for the amount you get. Still love the food.

Requested a 24 pack and add additional condiments. Made to order perfectly. Still received it in an impressive time. Very friendly staff. Update 02.23.2024 can't seem to keep staff lately, not sure of the reason, went somewhere else for dinner.

Absolutely awful. Gave us so choice but to upcharge because they haven’t “updated the menu”. Piss poor service and rude workers.

Usually, they have great food and service, but after being sold, service and quality of the food has declined. Quite disappointed, the Krystal cheese burgers were too salty.

The American flag that is being flown, torn and tattered, in front of your building is disgraceful. Retire that flag asap.

WENT THRU DRIVE IN TWICE THIS WEEK EARLY PM, SERVICE WAS QUICK AND FRIENDLY. FOOD WAS FRESHLY COOKED AND HOT. HAD #1 ON MENU, FOR 4 SMALL CHEESEBURGER,FRIES AND COKE THOUGHT $13. WAS HIGH.

We ordered the pick 5 ( people they only have medium or large for the Fry's, tots, and drinks). The junkyard tots(these were delicious you can actually taste it all) and the 12 Krystal with cheese (they were so fresh). I went through drive thru I had to wait a little bit but it was worth it

I never had this before but it makes me remember white castle's. The burgers are similar, the food was hot and fresh. I was glad I got to try them.

EDIT: I did attempt a visit almost a year later and am updating my review based on the experience and your apology response. Your staff for the most part are the same employees that were there a year ago. They actually got worse. I got the scrambler bowl and was given 1 egg and the menu states that you get 2 eggs. Upon calling them to let them know she said I wouldn't get a refund or the 2nd egg that IS ADVERTISED ON THE MENU. I was told it was because of the location having new owners that they changed the scrambler to 1 egg despite the menu and online stating 2. She then said that that she knows who I am and where I work and I always have an issue and hung up on me because she wasn't going to argue over an egg. AS PER MY PREVIOUS REVIEW the issues I've had was asking them to correct the order when THEY WERE THE ONES WHO KEPT MESSING IT UP!!! Not due to a complaint with the quality or quantity or price. Only an issue because they prepared it incorrectly to what was ordered and listed on the reciept. And I was never rude about it. I'd just ask them to please correct it. Or at times I'd just give up and just ask to return it and we would order elsewhere because they would be so rude ABOUT THEIR SCREW UP. They would be mad at me for asking them to give me what I ordered instead of me just accepting what they felt like making. So even after a year of working to 'improve your employees performance' they STILL cannot get an order right. And when asked to correct it they refuse and resort to threatening your customers now. Yeah real improvement there! I am typically understanding and patient but not after this ordeal. You could improve by getting new staff who know how to read and comprehend a food order as well as the menu of the place they're employed at. Also upon reviewing the menu I saw that you can get a 3 egg meal with a meat toast and cheese grits for cheaper than the scrambler which makes no sense. If I could change the rating to no stars I would. I used to attempt eating here due to nostalgia and the food even though the prices are ridiculous but your staff was horrible enough to drive last nail in the coffin as a fast food choice for my friends, family, and coworkers. We are all done with this place. Previous review: Accuracy of the order is always an issue here. Even if it's a small order of two items. I ask for over easy eggs I get scrambled I ask for scrambled I get folded. They never put cheese in the scrambler bowl. Just today I ordered a biscuit with scrambled egg bacon and cheese and a bowl with sausage and over easy eggs. They folded the egg on the biscuit and didn't put cheese in the bowl. Couple days before that I ordered the same thing. They got the biscuit right and remembered the cheese in the bowl but scrambled the egg. It's annoying.

I eat here usually 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months or so. No more - I’m done. Today went back to eat during the week on a Monday after a previous attempt to eat here a few Sundays ago. I was ignored again for 5 minutes. She saw me but refused to acknowledge me. The side door to the establishment was locked giving customers only one way in creating a massive fire safety hazard. I unlocked the door instead of calling the Fire Chief. I saved the business from a citation. I was finally greeted but very poorly - she had a grumpy bad attitude. I felt like an intrusion not a customer . Another Customer commented to me that her customer service was terrible. I was finally asked what do I want and I declined service for a second time in two weeks and left without eating my favorite 3 egg breakfast. Only one person has ever shown exemplary customer service at this location and her name is “Alexa”, she will always get my business. On my last visit I went in on a Sunday. I was totally ignored at the front counter by somebody named Grace. She saw me enter and did not say hello or welcome - she totally acted like I was invisible in the store. If she was busy not a problem just acknowledge my presence and I’ll wait. The cook ended up putting his head around the corner and greeted me. This person Grace is a terrible representative of this franchise in Milton and I’m never coming back on a weekend. Seriously she is bad. I would have fired her on the spot. I left without ordering. I went back today one more chance on a Saturday. Again the cashier took forever to greet me. Zero smile. No positive attitude. I ordered the 3 egg breakfast. After 30 minutes of waiting still no breakfast. I was told she is waiting on the biscuit. After 40 minutes I got up and asked for a refund on my credit card. She refused. I said I will call the sheriff if you don’t refund my money after waiting 40 minutes. She finally refunded my money. Do NOT stop here on the weekends. Trust me. Best wishes Retired Navy Senior Chief

I wrote a good review in late 2021, early 2022. I still frequent this store until lately. The atmosphere is NOT conducive for business. Anywhere I have to go get fast food and EAT OUR SIDE because it's cooler outside than inside, I will not be back until they having working AC Nothing worse than a LONG day in the hot sun, to come to lunch and think you'll get some ac relief to find out it's hotter inside than outside. Owner maintenance CLEARLY doesn't care about business, customers, or it's employees.

My son loves theses burgers! I didn't know how many to get but they have a "bag" you can order and that's what I got him! I'm not a fan but he is and really hasn't got to go here much just enough to reel him in for life-; He's been working hard at school so I rewarded him with the only thing I knew he would enjoy and I was right!

Took 40 minutes to get 24 burgers. Lady was in there by herself on a Saturday. She was working so hard to keep up. Hire help!!

I will be surprised if this place is still open in the next year. Prices are high and the food quality is not like it used to be. They continue to have the chili they use on the hot dogs, but the bowl of chili apparently is just seasonal or offered whenever it's available. This visit will be my last.

New owners have employees working with almost no AC Buns for hotdogs chili chz pups have been stale past 4 visits. Workers are nice but skeleton crew. New owner took away 10% military discount. Whole place went downhill after they took over ownership.

They are terrible, and I gave them 2 chances to different times to get my order right, and they failed horribly. Beside staff being dirty, they serve you anything burnt cold and all. I ordered a scrambler once when I got home the gits were in the bag. They gave it to me in a busted cup knowingly. I ordered some crystals, no cheese, and no mustard. I got home, and they were all burnt. Also old and cold even had burnt onions still had mustard 0 outta 10 won't ever recommend

The Krystal's that we had weren't as good as they usually are. We also had the Chili Cheese fries. The chili they used was not a good brand.

I'm not a big fan of the krystal burgers. But I do love their chili cheese tots. The staff is amazing and really good at keeping you updated on your food if it is taking longer than expected.

Went today at 12:30 pm for Lunch. Keisha was great. She was so friendly and kind. It really is important and makes you want to come back when you have good service.

The breakfast bowl is yummy. The wings are spicy enough with a cold tea or beer. Service is good but can take a while if busy. They offer military discounts. Would recommend and will return

The service was redilous I ordered 12 Krystal plain and they put cheese on everyone of them then it took 25 minutes to get my order didn't medium size my fries and got the drinks wrong I called back down there and couldn't get any satisfaction I will not recommend no one go there

I spent 59 dollars it was terrible the fries where nasty they where reheated. the burgers where the worst Krystal burgers we have ever had.i won't ever go back it was a complete waste we ended up getting pizza it was that bad

Went here for the first time, and the burgers were overly salty and soggy. I happened to take off the bun and it was just so much salt and pepper on the bun along with the onions. It was too salty to even eat. Will not be coming back to this location.

3-10-2023 @500pm I stopped at Krystal’s tonight on my way home from work. I noticed the new building paint and landscaping and thought wow this is nice. Thought I’d get 2-double Krystal’s and 2-Chik. I order and the girl said $14.70. I thought I must be hearing wrong. At the window she (and a male coworker) were ready to hand me my bag and she said $14.70….. I replied for 4-sandwiches?! She replied, yes as she quoted the price of each item ($3.70 some cents) and I was dumbfounded. I said that is crazy! I’m not paying $14 for 4-sandwiches!!! She replied would you like something else? I laughed and said no and drove off. Are the employees now making $15 an hour? Or are they trying to lay off the recent upgrades? Food was good drinks were watered down terrible but that could be at fault of the machine. The staff seemed happy and honestly that's amazing seeing people smile and laugh during working is something I personally enjoy.

Just got home from buying the same platter every time for breakfast. Usually there's three fried eggs this time one fried egg!!!

My daughter and I went the end of January and we ordered the sackful, we got the burgers with cheese, 12 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. It has been the same price forever, less than 18 dollars for everything. We got to the drive thru, decided on the sackful, priced on the marque at $17.75, we got to the window and the fellow said that it was $33 dollars and some change. We questioned him and explained what we got, the price that it had always was and what was still posted. He said nope, it had gone up! Double the price! NO MORE KRYSTAL FOR ME! If we didn't just get ripped off then they might as well close the franchise, I can't imagine anyone paying those prices!

After I waited about 5 minutes behind the car in front of me. I get to the window paid for my order and was told to pull up. No one behind me. I asked for my money back. The manager was so nice and professional gave me my money back. I left without my order and went somewhere else.

Got the "original chik" meal and first bite tasted like, and had the texture of, canned chicken. Definitely a waste of money.

We live in Brewton Al and we shop often in Milton before we head home we almost always stop by Krystal's to get a cup of joe or soda and some glazed donut holes. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and we especially love Lindsey....you will always find a smile on her face. She takes time to talk to my husband and myself if she realizes we are in her store. We have never been disappointed with the service we receive at the Milton Krystal's.
