Food is always good but the waiting time is a bit long.

Be prepared to wait. During the witching hour, check tour order before you leave and just know, that ni matter how long the drive through line is, it will be faster than going inside, because the drive through gets priority. The staff are usually awesome, though. So if you have the time go inside and enjoy the hospitality.

45 minutes to get a burger, this is not "fast" food. Chick-fil-A is putting y'all to shame. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this location.

If you are a fan of long lines and dirty floors, you found your spot. I tried the drive through but it was half way around the building. Then I went inside and the floor in the kitchen was covered in grease, paper, and dropped ketchup packs. I'm done with this place. I wish I could give zero stars but this system won't let me.

It is absolutely insane that it take 30+ minutes EVERY TIME to go through the drive thru. SEVERAL workers in there yet they’re all just standing around.

Now to be fair, I love Whataburger in general. I do not like the Milton Whataburger for any reason. The food is always cold.The line is ridiculously long.They leave out sauces. They're rude and sloppy every single time.

On Saturday, July 28, 2024 My husband and I went to this location for the first time in a very long time. They were busy so we figured the food would be hot and flavorful. WOW, was I wrong, My husband ordered a #2 Double meat meal, No onion, No Mustard, add Mayo, and Jalapenos. I had a #1 single patty, NO onion, No mustard, add mayo. Dine in. When we got our food it was bagged like a To Go order. When I ordered my burger wrapper and Onion fell out, I opened the burger and it had extra onions on it. I took it back to the counter and told them I was allergic to Onion and they could have killed me. An old lady yelled at me that I was violating a health code because I was trying to hand back the burger. Then when I got the new burger I asked for 2 sides of mayo and the girl rolled her eyes at me and walked away. 2 minutes later she comes back with 2 cups of mayo. My husbands burger had the correct toppings but 5 tiny leaves of lettuce and a sliver of mayo. His tomatoes were not quite ripe yet and by the time he could eat it it was cold. We ordered at 12:12 pm and did not leave until 1pm. This meal was the driest, tasteless, and coldest meal we have ever had. How is it, that the drive thru was full, the restaurant was full, why is you can not smell food cooking? Makes you wonder.

Was after churches let out, wow, this place got busy Fast!!!!

I ordered a What-a-Chicken with no bun, no What-a-Sauce, grilled jalapeños and onions, and extra buffalo sauce. It was served in a hard shell salad container, with the lettuce and tomato nicely arranged. That was a delicious meal and exactly what I wanted. The gentleman taking our order was polite and understanding. The manager was kind enough to take time to answer a question. I recommend this restaurant.

went there and got a patty melt no onions cause im allergic, saw that there were onions and went back to ask them for a new sandwich, who im assuming was the shift manager was so sweet about it asked them to go ahead and make it and change their gloves so no onions come into contact with it, i get my new sandwich, go to take a bite, low and behold there were onions on it again at the bottom this time (so i wouldn't see it?) didn't bother going back in cause i didn't wanna go in a third time, ended up just throwing it away, im glad i'm not deathly allergic it just messes my gut up, don't think i'll come back to this one. nothing wrong with the employees they were sweet and apologetic(mainly who i'm assuming was the shift manager) but after a second time making it i feel it was just intentional

Sat in line in the drive thru for 30 minutes before being able to make an order. 15 plus people working inside. Why does it take so long to place an order and why have two lanes if you're not going to use them

This place needs some new employees or new management because it’s an absolute mess. I’m tired of having to come back inside because I’m given the wrong order or my order is wrong. Just do it right the first time or find a better job

What-A-Burger on Stewart Street in downtown Milton provides excellent food service and quality customer care. Every time I have eaten there the food is always fresh, tasty, and satisfyingly delicious. I love also the variety on their menu and their specialty items like the Chili Cheese Burger when it comes around each year! The management trains their staff with excellent skills and all the associates seem friendly and eager to assist. If you desire a nice fast food experience, with quality food and great customer service, this is one restaurant you won’t want to miss. To me they’re not just What-A-Burger, but also What-A-Great Experience!

If I could give this a zero I would. Maybe even negative numbers. I ordered fine then waited 25 minutes for my 3 burgers and 2 fries and the fries were stale and disgusting. One of my burgers wasn’t even thawed out yet and then my patty melt tasted like it has been sitting in their freezer for years. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked a meal more do better

Ok food as long as you are able to eat it there (for lunch/dinner at least). Food gets very greasy if you take to go. Breakfast items are less greasy and travel better. I would recommend the jalapeno biscuit on any breakfast sandwich.

How do you have drive thru and don't remember you cashed us out like 10+ minutes ago..and then not know where our food was...

Does anybody else come to this drive-thru, put your car in park, prop your feet up, connect your phone to your car bluetooth and stream your fave show because you know it's about to be a 45 minute wait? So do I. We need help.

The breakfast menu is the best in the area.

Came to get breakfast and sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting on their machine to reboot. They don’t tell you that you sit there till it is done till after you pay.

Lately they have been pretty good. I order on the app most of the time and I have had to go in a few times for my food but for the most part they are on top of things!

The food and service was good. The place was crowded and could have used a good cleaning. There were too many employees walking around for the customers to have to clean their own tables.

Horrible location we waited in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes the young female worker was very rude and not apologetic for the wait so just shrugged and said okay. I just don’t understand why it takes that long for food we could have gone to a sit down restaurant and get better service for the same price just without the tip. They should really re evaluate the team they have working there it embarrassing.

The absolute slowest of any fast food restaurant. It takes 40 or more minutes from ordering food to receiving your order. Management does not have this place together.

I have been in a ketchup war with this place for going on 8 months now. Pretty sure the ketchup must be made of gold because it's like prying teeth trying to get them to give you more than one pack. If you're reading this I'm pretty sure you're thinking "Really? All this over ketchup?" In response I say, oh yes. It has come to this. It doesn't matter if you put it in the extra notes, put an addition for ketchup, if you're ordering in calling your driver, calling the store itself and speaking to the manager and begging for ketchup. Ect ect.. even the drivers have made comments that this manager is the stingiest person they've ever met on ketchup. Part of this is now sheer curiosity. What does she do with the ketchup? Why does she refuse to let it go? Is there an empty solace in her eyes every time one packet leaves her grasp? I can understand her love for ketchup for the simple fact that I love it too, if she could only trust me with more than one packet of the delicious paste, if any come with my order at all. On the flip side let's break down the math shall we? According to online sources a large fry at Whataburger is 3.75 oz. We're going to assume the same for the onion rings approximately due to the fact that I'm tired of Googling it. So with my most recent order that gives me a total of 7.5 Oz of french fries / onion rings that were requested with ketchup. I received one packet of ketchup, more than usual. This is only one pack, not one pack per. So dividing this one packet, which is 1 oz of ketchup between the 7.5 oz of side orders is 0.1333333 ketchup per ounce of side. This means technically for even distribution I would not be able to even dip one morsel fully in the ketchup. Looking at the diagram I have created with my French fries you're looking about one raindrops worth of ketchup split between 20 or so fries. I don't think that would even be considered a light glaze. So yes I know this rant is long, 8 months in the making, but as I sit here and stare at my extremely dry dry fries I find myself mourning what they could have been with just a couple more packs of ketchup.

I love the chicken strip dinner the best. But my all-time favorites is seasonal it's the fish dinners. All the food there is good and fresh , the unsweetened tea is the best.always.

Only got tea but it's, convenient, on the way home, but we do get food n drink, most of the time. 🤓

It took some time to get my order. They were not busy until after I had gotten there then seven cars pulled behind. I was given fries instead of onion rings like I asked. But I was only charged for fries. The melt was fresh and tasty. Just all the sauces were smack in the middle of the burger. I give the boy at the window 5 stars because he's very polite. I've been there in a window, high volume and even though he's stressed. He shouldn't be so stressed and worried if he's going to make a mistake. It happens. There were people walking around the parking lot behind my truck. Kind of sketchy. But over all it was good. I'd post a pic of my burger except it's in my belly ❤️ Kid in the window: your not going to make everyone happy, your going to make mistakes. It happens. I did it for 11 years. You do the best you can with what you got. Don't be so hard on yourself. Your doing an amazing job 👌😁

Anytime we come here its a 30 minute wait in drive-thru no matter what time of the day, This location is got to be the slowest in santa rosa county. Been this way for years. They should be lucky to not have any competition nearby.

This place used to be pretty good, as a matter of fact my review up until my edit right now was "it was the best restaurant around", that was 2 years ago though and they have been in decline ever since. A month ago, I finally got fed up with poor service and decided I would give it a break for a while. Tonight I decided to try it again and on top of poor service two out of the three meals that I ordered were completely wrong and not even close to what I ordered. It's absolutely ridiculous that places like this doesn't stress customer service and quality of service.

I frequent Whataburger often due to the fresh food clean restaurants and friendly staff. I placed an online order for a Bacon Whataburger with cheese. The app instructed me to give my name for my order. A staff member (only one wearing a blue button up shirt, whom I was told her name is sky) could really use a touch up on her people skills. She walked to the front with an order and looks at me and asked if I was number (whatever number), since the app didn’t give me a number I asked her was it for (my name Johnny B), she rudely say I wouldn’t know, I didn’t take your order the just turns her back on me and walks off. From the time I walked in the door, until the time I asked the young lady what the mgrs name was this one the only communication I received at all. Very much unlike most Whataburgers. The app said the order would be ready between 11:06-11:06 however it finally came out at 11:15 which is ok because it was prepared properly. My experience was less than normal and for this location I can truly say this staff is a reflection of Ms Sky, no conversation and attitudes. Hats off to the cooks, the food was great.

Late night dinner? Here's a place we found to be be open after midnight. Be prepared to wait, long, long time. Food and service were worth the wait. That was then. Now fast forwarding to July 20, 2022... Whataburger is not your primary for chicken strips. The breading is almost a 1/2 inch thick. I would have been much happier with nuggets or grilled chicken. Rates about a 2 star on that menu item. Update: 9 Sept 2023 Ordered Bisquit and Gravy which was double bad news with a doughy biscuit and heavily seasoned gravy. So far for biscuits the only place is Hardee's... Update: 14 Mar 2024 Same old thing: Doughy biscuits, but this time in addition, failed to give me ordered drink. I can furnish a better recipe for biscuits...I would be glad to.

Worst whataburger around. Abound like the plague.

I come to the Whataburger nearly every day for my breakfast and always place an order as I'm leaving my house. I walked in grabbed my normal coffee, and someone walks in behind me and orders the exact same order. They were about 3 minutes behind me, and my order had been placed approximately 5 minutes earlier. That individual got their exact same order before I got mine and I was pretty upset things that I wound up being late for work.

Walked in on a worker smoking weed in the girls bathroom 2\24. She had the nerve to be upset with me, she should be upset with whoever told her those things in her lip were a good idea. No wonder it takes forever to get my order.

It has gone downhill.. takes forever to get your food even if there isn't a line and you can taste onion on everything..

It's Not my cup of tea. I tried it many years ago in a totally different state. I didn't like it then and I really don't like it now. I thought I would give it a try as so many rave about its a great place to eat. I wasted my money and threw it away. The service wasn't bad, and they seem to get people through pretty quick. I know this is my opinion, so don't take my word for it. I have been places that I think is wonderful and many disagree.

Super evil. Small fries 1 ketchup, medium fries 2, large 3. They gave me 2 for large. It’s not the first time. So cruel.

Didn't tell me that mustard was going to be on my food, bacon wasn't done, tomatoes stacked in the middle of burger like poker chips, fries sucked, they refilled the sweet tea with unsweetened tea so when I refilled my cup my drink wasn't the same.

This was a sad representation of a Whataburger The manger on duty looked like she never has time to due laundry All though I got there around 7pm there was no coffee made and then after they made it I was done eating and ready to leave. It took 35 minutes for 1 cup of coffee This Whataburger use to be a nice place to eat however until the get new management they could serve the public better by closing

I usually do pick up where they bring it out to my car. Sometimes they take really long that’s my only issue.

Everything and the people there are always so great The only thing I have to complain about is rainy days. The floor is so slick I had to help an elderly lady. Keep from falling down twice. They need to do something about the floor when it's raining it is so slick

Long story short, ordered curbside pick up, watched it go in someone else’s car and they pulled away. They come back and it’s clear they received the wrong food. That bag came directly back out to be delivered to my car and I was expected to eat the food that someone else could have done anything to…….

Wow, where do I even start on this subject. Ok so I am from Texas, an What-a-burger is a childhood favorite of mine. Which is what has made me give this restaurant opportunities over and over again. But honestly this place is a travesty and an embarrassment to What-a-burger corporate and I'm not being hyperbolic. The employees here could not care less about customer service. In fact on the overnight crew, which I had the unfortunate opportunity to run into on occasion due to my job, the people are openly hostile and combative most of the time. The appearance is dirty and disheveled with trash and food littered throughout the dinning room. The outside looks trash can as well. And the food, which is the reason I used to go, has now fallen off so badly that ordering online and going through the drive-thru isn't even a viable option anymore. The restaurant is the only thing in the area open overnight and that is how they make money. Therefore the employees don't care about anything because the bosses don't care about it. I won't be returning until drastic measures are take. And should the Management care at all I have names and dates of incidents.

Took over an hour to get my food. I waited for 30 mins before even getting to the drive thru window. After paying at the window, I was asked to pull to the white line and was told they would bring out my food. They NEVER brought out my food. After another 30 mins of waiting at the white line for my food, I had to go in. Then I waited another 15 mins inside as they prepared my order while the worker told me “luckily I won’t have to pay again” when I never got my food at all to begin with that I paid for. Not the first time I’ve had bad service here.

Service SUCKED! Customers lined up after ordering food just waiting on their order. My wife and I ordered our food and waited 20+ minutes for our order as orders after ours were delivered to their tables. Very disappointed in the"fast food"service.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order. Politely asked for it to be cooked to order. I was rudely told by the young lady everything is cooked to order. I beg to differ. With that being said most places are under staffed still to this day. I am one that usually fills out the survey. However I chose to drive off because I was that upset. I didn't want to be rude in return so it was the best decision for me. The burgers and cheese are never hot like they use to be. I've never had an issue asking for cook to order anywhere. I will continue to drive to the one in front of Walmart. As far as Stewart St the management may want to look at who was in drive thru around 2-215pm.

Very very first time here.. and being celiac I requested my Cobb salad with chicken to have gloves changed… because of the gluten that had been touched prior.. Sky immediately started with an attitude in the back about my dietary request and this could be heard from the line to the waiting area.. mind you we had a 113.00 order and this small request it felt as if was too much for her to deal with and made me feel bad for such a dietary request. There aren’t many options for eating out for celiac people who cannot eat gluten and I was excited to try Whataburger for the first time.. sadly, while my food was good for service reasons.. I will not be coming back.

After I ordered my food it was ready within five minutes.The burger and fries was one of the best I've ever ate.The staff was also friendly.

Placed my order on the app. Waited over half an hour after the window time I was given for pickup only to get incorrect food that was cold. Waited another 30 minutes after my husband went in to get it remade for my food. I will more than likely not be returning to this location. Management did nothing to fix the issue other than complain from the grill line. Didn't speak to my husband or myself at all. The only positive I can mention from this experience is that the crew member who helped my husband was very polite and handled himself very well.

Not what it used to be when they first opened, and when I worked there. Visited during breakfast and waited in Lane B drive thru as they took the orders of 2 cars in Lane A. I was never acknowledged.

Great food I wish they were everywhere

We came for free Whataburger day Aug 8, 2023. Wasn’t too bad of a wait and we got our food without waiting too long. My burger wasn’t too hot, but other than that all was great. Our granddaughter enjoyed her meal too, as you can see in the pics.

I miss whatacatch sandwich but staff is still friendly and eager to correct anything that goes amiss. I think the days of two lane drive thru are in the past so some patience is required
