Dare I say, best gyro in Tampa? Classic food truck atmosphere kindness and speed. Couldn’t recommend more.

Best chicken schawarma and gyros of all time. Literally unbeatable.

I always get the Greek, as a bowl, and it's one of my favorite meals of the week. Chicken is amazing and serving sizes are generous. I try to come early though as service can be slow when they get busy, and they sometimes run out of chicken post-lunch-rush.

I was going to give 5 stars because my chicken gyro was delicious, however my husbands chicken ranch bacon sandwich was not satisfying because it was lacking bacon.

I was starving so my photo does not do justice to the food. Portions are very generous. Big thumbs up to the chicken schwarma and Greek fries. Carnitas was only OK. The pork was well done, but the flavors were sort of one dimensional. Still worth a return visit!

My son and I had a classic gyro today. It was delicious in every way. I could barely eat half of it. People were very nice as well.

I spent time in the Middle East...the Shawarma at Aristotle's, is as close as you're going to get, with a twist that makes them the best I have had anywhere in Tampa...The bowls are fantastic as well...great pricing and satisfying...Thank you to the team at Aristotle's!!!

The service was great and the food was even better. I got a traditional euro bowl with Greek rice and arugula base. It was seriously so freaking good. Large portion too- ate half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner. Trust me, visit this place.

Good for a food truck, although prices were a bit high (given it's a food truck). I had the classic, and it was good, but I would do something different next time. They have a lot of creative things on the menu. The biggest weakness of the classic pita was that the tzatziki was lacking in flavor. The signature chicken didn't look that good, although I didn't try it. The fries were a big let-down and suggest saving your money by not buying them. It isn't fast as it's kind of a one-man show, but he puts in a lot of effort to make sure you are satisfied. Also, the portions are quite large (especially the bowl).

Came here on accident looking for a different truck and was pleasantly surprised. I asked the cashier what the most popular item was and she stated it was the Classic Gyro. I got it as it comes and WOW! The ingredients are so fresh, the meat is flavorful and the flavors combined are perfect. I have no negative critique of the food. It wasn't soggy, there weren't random hard bits you had to spit out, it wasn't hard to eat. I LOVED the addition of the french fries on top. Although, it is a bit pricy for everyday pick up - it is priced reasonably based on presentation, flavor and ingredients. Money well spent.

The food was made to order and served fresh. I had the bulgolgi and it was delicious Mediterranean and Korean fusion is definitely amazing and worth a try. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend. The moment I started eating my gyro, I told my boyfriend, “omg this tastes like the gyros I used to have in Chicago!” Then saw that the owner had a Bearss hat on lol iykyk! Great food, can’t wait to go back!

This place is out of bounds delicious. I got a large bowl, and the portion sizes are very generous, good thing, because I couldn’t put my fork down. Very friendly service, their passion for food is evident. The meats were juicy, well-seasoned/well-marinaded. If you are sitting in your office in DT Tampa wondering what to have for lunch, do yourself a favor, and give this place a shot. Don’t be afraid to mix and match the Mediterranean with the Korean…to my surprise, they work well together. Can’t wait to come back and try a new combination!

OMG ❤️ ❤️!! I work downtown and have eaten at all the restaurants and food trucks in the area. Aristotle's has the tastiest and highest quality dishes in downtown for lunch or dinner. It has all the greek staples you'd want. It's also the only greek-asian fusion restaurant I've ever seen... if you're adventurous like me, you can give your tastebuds a real smacking if you'd like. I could tell that the people running Aristotle's are passionate about their menu and ingredients. I built a Large Bowl with their signature chicken (GET IT!), arugula base, kimchi, Korean cucumbers, tzatziki, and other amazing local ingredients!

Honestly... the best food you can find in tampa. Beyond tasty. Great prices and portions, fantastic people working there. I have had most of their handhelds and they are all amazing. I recently created my own bowl, I was baffled how a food truck has the BEST bowls in town.

Wow! The food quality is amazing The pita is excellent, the meat seasoned just right and true Greek style. The crispiness of the fries is super and with the feta is devine. Very well prices for the quality and quantity

As a vegan it can be hard to find good quality food in the area, I looked up this place and figured I had to try it out. I saw the review about the line, but when I got there, despite being busy, the line moved quickly. I got the falafel handheld, it was absolutely delicious and massive!! The ingredients surprised me, I can't believe a food truck gets food this fresh! I love the outdoor area they have as well. Everyone seemed to be loving their food. The bowls looked delicious, and I'll be trying them next. Will definitely be a frequent customer!

This brand new state-of-the-art food truck in the heart of Downtown Tampa is a great place to eat. On their opening day, I had their BBQ Chicken handheld and it was very delicious! The food is fresh and tasty! Ask for some of their sweet chili sauce on top, it was so good! Service was extremely accommodating and the owners were very nice to me. The ambiance of the turf outside and outdoor seating area was very nice too. You need to stop by here if you're hungry and in the area. Tell the co-owner, Noel, that Chris Saltys sent you via Yelp!

Was in Tampa today and decided to drop by the nearest place to get a Gyro. This place had good reviews so we swung by. HOLY MOLY, y’all…. One of the best G-D Gyro’s I’ve ever had. They were ON POINT. Problem is, they’re entirely too large for one person to eat on their own, I swear this thing had to be at least a pound and quite frankly, I think it was bigger than that. This bad boy was overstuffed with meat, delicious arugula, tomatoes, feta and fries. They didn’t skimp in any way, I wish I could have gotten a better photo. My hubby and I each got one but we each could barely eat half so next time we will split one. Highly recommended cause wow…. Just wow, man.

Summary at bottom. So I work right above this amazing little food truck. I haven't tried it yet so I thought I would since I always walk past it. They have an amazing selection of items, this time I tried out their gyro. I thought I was going to get a regular gyro, but the amazing dudes who worked there offered to put Bugolgi on my gyro since they only had a little bit left. Of course I said yes, and it was honestly life changing. This may be just one rare instance of being in the right place at the right time because that is not a regular offered menu item. I really wish they would add that to the menu as an amazing Mediterranean/Korean fusion dish, but of course the market prices for beef are always changing. I believe they have been in business for about three months, I had a lovely conversation with the workers (I'm assuming they were the owners as well). SUMMARY: Absolutely astonishing food. Would highly recommend the gyro or beef bugolgi. The men working there are the nicest guys who seem very happy with what they do. They clearly care about their customers and what they put into the food. Everything there is fresh and it really shows. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting downtown Tampa!!! I forgot to take photos since I demolished my gyro without a second thought.
