I can't drive by without stopping in for the best pastry in town

We were in Erie and looking for a good bakery! We purchased a dozen assorted cookies, a maple walnut cinnamon roll, a bear claw, and a blueberry flip! The maple roll was excellent, the best we ever had. Lots of walnuts on top, and texture was perfect! Husband loved the blueberry flip and sons said cookies were great! Will definitely remember this bakery next time we go back to Erie PA! 🥰

Awesome service. Everyone there is very friendly. Unfortunately had an issue recently with the bread. The pepperoni bread and one of the subs had mold. A very little spot ,could hardly see, but mold is mold.

Best cookies and Baklava in Erie!!! Friendly service. It's hard to get out of there without buying at least one of everything...

We ate the pie before I thought to take pictures, but the Dutch apple was incredible. Fantastic cannolis, cookies, cake balls.....all if it is fabulous.

It's THE Bakery to go to and so much more. If you are local, or visiting, its a must do kind of Erie thing! Pepperoni bread, maple cinnamon rolls, cheese, meats, so many choices !!!!

This bakery has been around forever and they still make the best pepperoni bread you can buy imo. I haven't lived in Erie for nearly 40 years bit I always try to get there whenever I'm in town. I see they're opening a 2nd location out on Buffalo Rd. Wish they had been open while I was there last month but then again maybe I don't. Probably would have gained 10 lbs and had a car full of goodies from there as well as all the other things I took back from Erie that you just can't get in Florida. 😁

Absolutely the best baked goods! Staff is always friendly. New owners, same recipes plus they enlarged their deli with lots of salad choices &other deli style delights. Fresh luncheon meats sliced to your liking & very affordable. They also carry local "Pot'o Gold" milk in individual serving sizes or half gallon glass jugs (deposit is needed for the jug but next time you buy it you simply exchange your washed out jug so no deposit). Best, creamiest milk ever! I also love the small business, locally made dog treats. All good ingredients, USA made. Pies, cinnamon rolls, pepperoni breads & balls.

I'm on a short Vaca with my family and we stopped in here because I love to check out small shops since you never know what you'll find. Now I've had pepperoni rolls/balls my entire life. But I have NEVER had ones as good as Arts! I live about 2 hours away and I'd drive those two hours just for the pepperoni rolls. I also got a lobster tail (the cream filled pastry version), a strawberry rhubarb flip (turnover), and some cookies. Everything I got was superb, I am impressed!

My favorite stop on the way to school in Cleveland, I am hooked on the buckeyes lol. Everything here is awesome and dangerously good.

The new owners changed the recipe for their maple rolls. I’m so disappointed. They used to be so fluffy and soft. Now they are hard and gooey.

I was going to buy poppy seed rolls and nut rolls from Sanders Market in Northeast. 7.99 each and 17 oz in weight. I waited until Art's on 26th reopened up Monday. They were 9.99 and 12.99 but weighed 27 and 28 oz. Absolutely stuffed like a Stromboli. Price per oz Art's is like 20% cheaper and more than 50% heavier. Baked locally not in WV, boxed and shipped. Can't wait until Art's comes to Buffalo Rd in Harborcreek

You have to try their pepperoni & cheese bread & torpedo balls both are awesome.

Yummy baked goods but every time I’ve gone there since the new owners took over, the employees are rude. Every time, without fail. Disappointing, might have to find a new go-to.

Quite the difference from the original owners. The customer service was not welcoming and the chicken salad tasted terrible.

Since the new owners took over, prices have been raised as expected, but they still have the same great quality and added some new items as well.

The bakery always smells lovely when you walk in. The staff is extremely friendly and pay attention to the customer as soon as they walk in. The pepperoni balls are perfection. My favorite cookie they make are the sugar cookies with royal icing and sprinkles. The baklava is so fresh and tasty. I can't wait till they set up the new Buffalo Road location near my home...I might have to get a gym membership too lol

This so-called bakery is joke,, the people that live in Erie that consider this a good bakery have obviously never been to Long Island New York or any of the five boroughs, I was so disappointed with the quality of the food ,, pretty much the same as what you get at walmart. And you're opening a second location? It's a good thing you have the ignorance of the people of Erie because you would never survive down in New York,,,

After Wegmans was a disappointment with their Peanut Butter Pie, I decided to try Art's Bakery. More than half the price of Wegmans and 1,000 times better. This was one of the best Peanut Butter Pies I have ever had - so creamy and flavorful! I also bought Elderberry Flips and a Mince Pie, which was the best my family has had too! Highly recommend their products. We can't wait to go back and have more!!!

I was never a fan of apple pie. BUT when I had their apple pie! It was AMAZINGLY D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.! It’s so good it makes you wanna slap yo momma😋😋😋😋 I can’t wait to try the rest of pies💕

Ordered a birthday cake with short notice and they had no problem making it! Taylor gave great customer service and made a delicious custom cheesecake for my husbands birthday! I’ve gotten cookies and other treats and everything was great!

When I come to Erie PA, I keep asking "When we going to Art's?" I love their homemade pastries, especially the elderberry pastries, and the pepperoni breads. They have local raw milk, goat milk fudge, scones, and peanutbutter buckeyes. Do not go there if you are hungry and do not have space in your trunk for everything you want to buy. There are so much more there, it is hard to choose what NOT to take home.

Excellent service. Every staff member appears equally able and willing to do every job and happy to help customers. Several people offered to help me as I browsed. Sadly I was not a fan of the cookie sandwich or the Apple flip. Plenty of other customers were ordering cookies and pies so it may just be personal. I will not return due to so many other pastry options in the area

So many wonderful sweet treats can be found as well as a wide assortment of baked goods. Always friendly staff. Among the best cookies you can find in Erie!

The best elderberry pie!!! Just a wonderful bakery, you don’t see bakeries like this anymore. I live a few hours away and every time we get here we go to Art’s. New owners, please don’t change it.

Food is great, usually busy. The lady waiting on me seemed to have better things to do, didn't converse much and just seemed annoyed. Other staff were great. Try the cinnamon rolls!

Had to stop here because there's a group here that loves the pepperoni balls from Arts Bakery but they're not just a bakery they have a deli And they sell Elderberry pie. My Favourite🙂🙂

My favorite thing about Art's is their sugar cookies! But everything there is good...at least everything that I've had. They have a great variety and they always have plenty of people to wait on you - which is unheard of nowadays. It's a bit of a drive but it's worth it.
